Start of week Height = 50cm She has reached a total height of 50cm so far and have grown almost 20 cm in a week, her flowers are starting to grow all over, she really enjoys being under the Qboard. 13/02-2024 - Day 43 - Watered 2.8L 15/02-2024 - Day 45 - She is really growing and has reached 55 cm height, her flowers are starting to gain size aswell. 17/02-2024 - Day 47 - Watered 2,1L, my baby has reached 57 cm and damned she has ALOT of buds im really excited about this cutie 😍 19/02-2024 - Day 49 - End of week I had considered trying out defoliation on her, as i think she has grown very bushy and might spend energy on branches that wont produce any good yeild. i reconsidered due to the advices i got from my question. i will continue without defoliation and keep gently bending fanleaves so they dont block light. She has been growing a lil less taller this week than the previous, but her buds are starting to look nice, and they are ALL OVER her 😍 the first trichs are appearing. Height = 61cm

This strain is an interesting skunk cross, she is growing fast, strong and big 💪🏻💚

Things are looking good. I'm in a bit of a time crunch so I think I'm going to harvest early. Sometime this week probably, just shy of 8 weeks. Cool strain to grow. Very interesting calyx formations at the crowns. I dried a couple small buds and threw them in my vape a few days later and the terpenes seem great. Can't wait to see how it tastes fully cured. I'm going to wash and decarb the buds before curing them, and I've never done that before, so I'll post that here too. Thanks to everyone who read and commented! Happy growing!

11 June - week later from last update. Girls doing great. Noticed ants nest rite under couple of girls soil and small amounts aphids(black). Foliar Spray them mix of neem oil, baking soda and dish soap. Ordered some ant bait station for kill them. Feed girls with seed sprouts tea, alga grow, sea weed and home made cal-mag.

Their structures remain remarkably similar, tall, strong, and full of energy, while each holds onto her own personality, expressed in leaf form and flower shape. This week we noticed a few small spots on the leaves. Nothing dramatic, nothing to sound alarms about, but enough to remind us that plants, like people, sometimes whisper when they need something. It could be calcium, it could be another minor imbalance, but the key is observation. We’ll keep a close eye, watching for patterns, listening to what the girls want to tell us, and adjusting gently if needed. 🌱 Quick Recap (For Those Just Joining) From the start, this run has been about detail and care. • Germination was clean and quick, the girls leaping from seed into life. • Veg was marked by strong branching, healthy leaves, and the unforgettable funky unicorn foliage of Pheno #2. • Transplanting into super soil and fabric pots gave them the room to spread their roots and breathe. • The shift into flower was smooth, guided by careful lighting, steady feeding, and a balance of Aptus and Plagron nutrients. • Weeks 4 and 5 saw sativa-like stretch, white hairs bursting across every cola, and canopy lights filling every corner with photons. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell. Fue una experiencia nueva utilizando este ciclo de cultivo 12/12hrs, encuentro que es una excelente producción para el ciclo utilizado. Psicodelicia es una planta que recomiendo, buen aspecto, de un excelente desarrollo. Además de una excelente producción. Las flores cosechadas están perfectas para realizar extracciones, contienen mucha resina pegajosa y olorosa.

End of week 8! Took the girls off their nutes and starting the flush. Lowered the light intensity for 2 reasons. 1. It’s hot as balls and 90+ with no Silca could be an issue. They actually seem to be much happier already with only being a few degrees lower. 2. I want to see if less intense light/heat could replicate the end of the season sun if they were growing au natural 🤷‍♂️🏻

Die Bilder sind früh am Morgen aufgenommen worden, deshalb das viele Gegenlicht. Bei dieser Hitze ist es besser die Outdoor Tätigkeiten morgens zu erledigen. Was für eine Woche; Temperaturrekorde wurden gebrochen, in meiner Region noch über 40° C. Es musste vielfach gewässert 💦werden, die Fruit Bomb Punch ließ auch ab und zu ihre Blätter hängen, jedoch gab es glücklicherweise keine Trockenschäden wie an der Blueberry die Woche zuvor. 18 cm Zuwachs trotz der Hitze und ein gleichmäßiges buschiges Wachstum ist recht passabel. Allerdings werden nun die Abstände zwischen den Pflanzen geringer, ich werde sie etwas auseinanderrücken müssen. Kein Fraß Kein Trockenschaden Kein Windbruch Keine Unterdüngung (evntl. etwas zuviel) Eigentlich langweilig... aber das Ziel ist eine gesunde Outdoor Pflanze mit gutem Ertrag. I harvest her today and got 396,39g wet flower! I am super happy with my first grow! The LST and topping was a wonderful combination. I couldn't weight all together, because I didn't have a big enough bowl to fit all. Update: I got 88,02g weed after drying. Update: After trimming I got 61,39g left. With the 26,63g Trim i am going to make ice Hash.

SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... I topped autos! 😳😳🤯🤯 I figured they were doing so well and hadn't entered flower yet; let's do our best to keep them small and get multiple good buds instead of just one. This will also give me the best opportunity to lst them down using ties. Stayed tuned for that! This girl is doing the best out of them all still. She was the whole real I decided to top them. I'm looking forward to what she'll produce.
