I got a week and a half notice that I had to go on a work trip out of country for 10 days, so the clown show continued. I was definitely overwatering them. Thanks @shinsimilla, I saw the difference after waiting a few extra days. Also, I definitely should have started LST at least a week earlier than I did. Now for work issues: I found an old security camera that the cats had knocked over a million times and damaged. With a lot of tape, I got it working again and set up in the tent so I could see what’s going on while gone. Be warned, the photos are NOT good quality. I also looked up DIY self-watering systems. I needed it as simple as possible to reduce the risk of something breaking while I was thousands of miles away. I found one where it wicks water up a cotton or wool string. I took two long planters, lined them with a construction garbage bag to be the reservoirs. Even though the floor of the grow tent is waterproof and I put plastic between the floor and outside of the grow tent, I didn’t want to risk any water getting out while I was away. I was nervous y’all. Basically, you wet the fabric then use a chopstick to run the it through the plant from bottom to top. It needs to be long enough to have a few inches sitting in the bottom of the reservoir. I filled each with 3L of water with the BioBizz nutrients mixed in and ph’d to 6.1. More info in week 5.

De esta semana destacaré el cambio de luminaria, los Cob por el ATS Pro 300W. al 75% que vendrian a ser 225W. áprox. Algo menos de W de lo que estaban pero al tratarse de una nueva luminaria con más umoles no creo que se me estresen mucho. Más adelante cuando ya estén floreciendo subiré al 100% 300W. Riego cada 3 dias , a final de semana 900ml / planta. Último dia de la quinta semana poda de bajos , añadido unos tutores y el esperado 😜CAMBIO DE FOTOPERIODO a 12/12h. 🙏

Week 6 Notes & Observations: No new issues to note, no mites found after the first and I have used Spinosad twice now just in case. P2 is getting stressed over ties and no ring, so I decided they will both go on a ring after i broke another branch without realizing it. Found it the next day and then topped the other side to gain two colas there - still 8 set but with varied start time's and points. Still looking to flip around new year’s day. Day 58 (last feed was day 55) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, this time P1 weighed 12lbs 1oz. (12lbs 10oz before last feed) and P2 weighed 11lbs 8oz before feed (11lbs 8oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of purified water with a mix of Veg/Bloom Mix concentrates - 300ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2) and 190ppm Bloom Mix (recipe on week 5) with 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) . The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.75ph (6.25 last time). After feed this time, P1 weighed 21lbs 5oz and P2 also weighed 21lbs 11oz (both weighed 20lbs 9oz after last feed). I got ~8 cups of runoff on P1 and 10 cups on P2 this time (8 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 after last feed). Runoff for P1 ph was 6.42 with 970ppm (6.36 with 1110ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.41 with 980ppm ( 6.35 with 1170ppm last feed). no top soil tests this time as ph is mostly showing no issues - next feed will be 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water and 6.5 to 6.75ph again - I dont see any issues from feed or training.

Starting to get some nice frosty flowers. The cycling UVB has really made the terps start early. She is getting smelly which is great - a bit behind the others, but so far she is healthy and stretching well. Regular tea and water regimen and weekly nutes. I plan to add another layer of topsoil with nutes next week. Humidity control has been a slight issue. After watering I am typically hitting 80 - 85 rH - so will need to watch this. I could open the grow room door to reduce the rH but then I lose the CO2 buildup. Will stay the course for now.

We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The fifth and last autoflowering for now of this round that we present to you is another classic of the classics always in the Zamnesia version. We have already grown it once and we sincerely hope to find the purple phenotype, Mythical mythological herb really in music and in everything, WE ARE TALKING To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand well whether it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in a jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water almost certainly the seed is healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening of the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root has come out it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out too much, in the absorbent paper you can wait a little longer in water no. - Phase 3 --- While I soaked the seeds I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. Up to now I have not put the light on, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Plant is too large for tent. Flowering underway and starting to develop frost on leaves. Not much smell. Lower leaves slowly develop brown edges and wilt/drop off. Slow flowering strain it seems.

The new year has begun , and as they say, who first starts, sooner ends, fine! Sleeves up, it starts. 💪😎 This year I start with 2 boxes of 4 pots, 11 liters. After a year of trying light type soil, I start to use main coco, ,perlite and soil, with percentages equal to 80% ,20%, 20%. I previously wet the coconut, previously in a 9-liter brick with warm water, about 4 liters, with the nourishing addition of coconut a + b, put perlite, and finally the soil. Loaded the pots and immediately put to germinate directly in the pot. The box I will use is a mammoth 80lite, purchased 6 months ago, a great product, excellent workmanship, I do not pass a thread of light. As for the lighting I used a MARSHYDRO TS 1000. Is the best novice LED grow light, serving adequate light to 2-4 plants. Its reasonable price, marked yield improvement, and variable output control make it friendly to new growers.
