6/12/22: - today makes day 7 of flower/start of week 2 - no other updates besides massive growth the last week 6/13/22: - tucked branches under net - did some defoliation for air movement and expose bottom tops 6/14/22: - refilled reservoir 6/15/22: - ppfd 710 in center, 500-700 around edges, lights about 18 inches from canopy at 90% 6/18/22: - refilled reservoir - growth has been explosive with 1-2 inches a day.

Alot of low stress training this week trying to get the canopy ready for the scrog net. Topped all 3 gg4 plants. Started adding a bit more nutrients.

This week we dropped 4 testers in a mix of Posidesine(Oregon's Only) and water for 24hr. All 4 seeds went into paper towel that was placed in clkne dome with a temp of 86.5 and humidity of 99%. Pot prep as follows for all 4 seeds 3gal using Fox Farms Light Warrior Natural Seed Starter× Roots Organic Formula 707 by Aurora Innovations×Wiggleworm Soil Builder(wormcastings 3cups) DOWN TO EARTH dry amendments as follows BIOLIVE 9TBSPS AZOMITE 3TBSPS KELP MEAL 3 TBSPS ALFALFA MEAL 5TBSPS OYSTERSHELL 5TBSPS HUMIC ACID 1TBSPS All 4 seeds germinated and where potted on 11-3-19 All 4 broke soil on 11-5-19 and were watered with Recharge and Athenas Aminas Day 1 was recorded on 11-6-19 Day 2 was recorded on 11-7-19 and all plants were watered with Cytoplus, Azos, Mykos, and Mammoth P Day 4 was recorded on 11-9-19 and this strain #09 Pheno #1 was watered with Athenas Aminas

Day 26: the girls are starting to smeeeelllll aloooot! They haven’t popped the hairs yet but almost there! I just want them to start stretching soon so I can use my net! They are to small for that right now but in a week maybe 😃😍 Day 28: hey last day of this week. I can’t wait to see these girls flower. I won’t train them so much more because I need a faster harvest this time. My last grow I trained them like this until week 5/6. So I will let them stretch and start using the net. I connected my autopots yesterday and everything seems to be just fine. Mars hydro SP3000 High PPFD at 2.8 umol/j, average yield at 2.5g/w, increasing your yield 50% or more compared with old blurple and HPS lights, 300 watts output. Dimmer knob added, more convenient to adjust the brightness. A very stable environment this week. Everything on cruise control with feedings coming in every other day. All plants do have fading leaves on the bottom that eventually fall off and dry up. Outside temps on the rise which should be challenging with out AC. I do like the fact that the humidity is down due to temp and can keep mildew and mold at bay with minimal effort.

This grow was full of great smells, tastes, and beautiful looking buds with a harvest time of only 10 weeks. Yeah, I would have liked the buds to have came out more dense in some locations, however with such a short life cycle and exotic visuals this strain offers its a good compromise. I was surprised this strain did so well while in hydroponics given its sensitivity to nutrients, but I think the fast earlier growth DWC offers allowed it to sustain. I'm looking forward to doing this strain again with a better nitrogen scheduling and using Great White Mycorrhizae from the start to see how dense we can get these buds. These are the type of buds you can't find in a dispensary anywhere and if your lucky enough to you will be paying top dollar to walk out with them. They are in small felt pots for now, but I plan to transplant them in to big pots very soon. I want to try to avoid root bound plants... I've got some 30gal pots lined up.

Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one.
