GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 5 OF FLOWER. Ok guys, this week ran ok for one girl and less for her sister, so i will go on details individually. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As I has commenting since the beginning I think this could be a nice strain to grow with minimal water and nutes, keep that in mind when growing this strain, i learned the hard way. What happened with this girl is that salt builded up in the medium and de stabilised mainly the PH, creating a super acidic medium, thats my bad, i failed to id earlier. So back to spotting, and a bit of yellowing showing, so some deficiencies, i honestly don’t know how this is going to end. I flushed her 4 days a go with PH water to 6.5, that raised the medium runoff from 5.0 to 5.4-5.6, and flushed again with tap water, is alkaline at 8.1+, runoff is still 5.6, so that raised more concern with that input range getting so acidic runoff is bad, and in the end of flush received a dose of voodoo juice, big bloom, calmag and top candy, that are all organic at regular ph, EC at 1.8. I know the PH fluctuation can worse the scenario. I’m been apocalyptic is just that i’m feeling a bit turn down now, i was expecting this girl to run flawlessly, heads up will try my best to correct issues, just wished she was like her sister…

Tag 81: Die Fat Banana hat sich viel mehr gestreckt als ich es erwartet hatte. Der Abstand zur Lampe ist sehr knapp kaum noch 30cm. Die Lampe hängt knapp unter der Decke und leicht schräge. Ich hoffe das sie nicht noch größer wird 😰

Hello growers day 83 the buds are in the jar I cut her down on day 75 so not bad I like her she didn’t play up one just gave her feed and she loves it I had her on a 20/4 light cycle from the start I gave her water for first 10 days then hit her with bio grow/bloom until I see her first pistols then I gave bio grow/bloom /top max/ bio heaven up till day 61 then I flushed for 2 weeks and cut her down on day 75 all in all I think she done pretty well iv got some nice buds in the jar so happy days until next time be safe and happy growing ✌️

Haven't touched much of anything, and the roots are starting to find their way out of the basket.

Plants are going into flower. I took night time pics so you can see them sleep. They are a all looking great. This girl is looking great she is 24 inches. Very nice branching on all three plants. I should defoleate and remove some of the bottom branches now.

Zu Beginn der Woche wurde auf Blüte umgestellt. Mit dem bisherigen Wuchs bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Pflanze zeigt ein gleichmäßiges Blätterdach, wächst buschig und hat viele Nebentriebe gebildet, die nun Licht bekommen. Bisher habe ich nur wenige Blätter entfernt. Gelegentlich habe ich oben einzelne nach innen wachsende Blätter entfernt, wenn sie darunterliegende Triebe verdeckten. Da die Luftfeuchtigkeit bisher unproblematisch ist und sich keine Staunässe zwischen den Blättern bildet, sehe ich derzeit keinen Grund, mehr Blattmasse zu entfernen. Eine stärkere Entlaubung plane ich für den 21. Blütetag, wenn ich auch Lolli Poppen werde. Der Stretch hält sich bislang in Grenzen. Das hatte ich allerdings auch erwartet. Bis zum Ende der Woche hat sich die Pflanze um 10 cm gestreckt und die Zeltfläche gut ausgefüllt. Zur Umstellung auf die Blüte habe ich die LED auf 40 % erhöht, um die entfallenen sechs Lichtstunden auszugleichen. Der Luftbefeuchter ist ausgeschaltet, und den Controller habe ich auf Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsregelung umgestellt. In der Lichtphase wird nur die Temperatur berücksichtigt, in der Dunkelphase dagegen nur die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Zieltemperatur liegt bei 25 °C, die Zielluftfeuchtigkeit bei 50 %. Die Abluft ist dabei auf mindestens 10 % und höchstens 30 % eingestellt. Da beide Werte stark von den Bedingungen im Grow Room abhängen, läuft die Abluft meist auf 30 %. Aktiv von außen gegensteuern würde ich nur, wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Grow Room so hoch steigt, dass sie sich im Zelt nicht mehr unter 60 % halten lässt. In diesem Fall würde im Grow Room ein Luftentfeuchter zum Einsatz kommen, vor dem eine aktive Zuluft zum Zelt positioniert wäre. -4/23/23 Start of Week --Week 5 -4/24/23 (day 37) --Observations: FIMed top recovering slowly --Comments: may top this plant because the recovery time on the FIM attempt is taking to much time. -4/25/23 (day 38) --Changes: topped main stem, also added some other plants to the pot (cilantro, lemon balm, lemon basil) --Comments: today I topped the main stem because I didn't like the way it was recovering from FIMing. decided to remove the top in a way that left one branch node and not the normal two, should give all the branches space to grow during flower. also gave this girl some friends so that she is not alone. -4/26/23 (day 39) --Observations: topped location healing good, underside branch doing good --Comments: recovering quickly from the topping. also I will be removing the underside branch before I flip to flower along with the lowest branch on the main stem, will be using them for clones. -4/29/23 (day 42) --Observations: almost fully recovered from the topping, getting a little clustered near the center --Comments: this experimental grow style is not working the way I thought that it would, but it is still doing really well. excited to see what this plant will look like when it starts flowering. I continue to spray with nutrients every day, will stop halfway through week one flower cycle and switch to spraying with Build-a-Soil's Build-a-Bloom until the end of week 4. also will switch watering nutrients at the end of week one flower. -4/29/23 End of Week
