18/02: The plants sugar leaves are starting to turn yellow being a good sign they are nearly done. Added more cable ties as again the colas are getting too heavy for the actual stalks. Should be a good harvest. Few more days on the nutes then to flush.

11/03 - Comenzo su primera semana en etapa de crecimiento. Pego el estiron mas rapido ahora, esta midiendo 10 cm de alto. Seguramente la deje 3 semanas en crecimiento. Finishing final week before the flip to flower. All three ladies looking great. Swapped out taller legs for plant stand supporting Napali Pink (NPK, 13"), compared to The Bling (17") and Mimosa (15"). I pulled all smaller nodes starting at base and working up to 1/2/3 nodes, trying to maintain a tight node spacing for future bud development. Eliminated sucker branches. Released tension wire holding down NPK to get her to catch up with other two. I should have potted up, but plan to tomorrow (Day 2 of Week 1 Flower) to their finishing size of 7 gal fabric pots. Expecting some excellent root growth, resulting in hopefully bigger buds! Mimosa - she was the one to have first caught Powdery Mildew, having accidentally left her outside when I transplanted a few weeks ago. Sprayed her down well with potassium bicarbonate/veg oil/Dawn/water solution. Eliminated PM, but some leaves burned in process. Nevertheless, she bounced back well. She is also the tallest in the bunch at 18" tall. Napali Pink (NPK) - she was added in about a week after the other two; Hawaiian cultivar of Hindu Sun/Kauai Electric/Alaskan Thunderfuck; she is also the most hardiest and was the only plant to not get PM! Attribute that to her tropical roots, making her less susceptible to PM. She is the shortest at 13". Changed out the legs of the plant stand to accommodate and bring her up to same height as others. The Bling - this one surprised me big-time! I was ruling her out initially, after suffering some bad trauma (her main stalk was damaged), which caused her to grow 3-blade leaves! Weeks passed and she bounced back. She also contracted PM, but not as bad. A very lanky strain, with some weird node spacing. Trying to tighten up by defoliating to top node on all stems. She responded well and has since started to grow normally again, with 7-blade leaves.

Sun's Out, Slungs Out—And a Total Glow-Up! We’ve officially hit Week 3, and what a difference a bit of sunshine makes! The sun finally broke through over the last couple of days, and the response from the plants was instant. They took a massive leap forward in growth. Since she’s getting bigger, I started LST (Low Stress Training) to open up her canopy, and she's taking to it nicely (check out the pictures!). Feeding remains simple: just straight tap water for now, saving the extra nutrients for the upcoming stretch into bloom. I also treated her to a preventative misting of neem oil solution yesterday just to keep her safe and clean. Appearance: Remember how I mentioned she was looking a bit pale at the beginning? Well, she’s had a total glow-up! Since settling into the big pot and soaking up that real sunlight, her leaves have turned a much darker green. She looks incredibly healthy and vibrant right now, and I couldn't be happier with her progress. Don't forget to swing by the Black Orchid Auto diary to see her unique, dark foliage! Week 6, here we are.... finally after 6 months of repeated losses and lessons, we've finally made it! Secret ingredient that no one told me. Uv sterilizer and pythoff Overall I think Grape og is doing well. Notice that in early veg she handles stress, topping and lst nicely but further down in veg she had more temperament, showed more nute burn, slow growth from defoil and topping but bounces back rather quickly even after a complete cut down to her bareback of stems. Light went from 60% to 90% over Week 5 to Week 6, next 2 days she'll be at 100% ready for flowering. 2 set AC infinity bar lights will go in over this week as well as my scrogg net. Nutrients this round Floramax veg1 Floramax organabud Floramax flowering enhancer ( 1/4 ) dose Flairforms roots Sleepz with the fishes ( pythoff ) Cyco platinum series silica Floramax Calmag E.c 2.2 Ph 5.9-6 Will continue to keep doing lst and defoilation. I like to keep my lst on for my whole grow due to the way I LST, this will be the first time using a scrogg net to help with spread management, if I feel confident and comfortable ill remove lst in later flower if scrogg net will hold in place other the lady will curl in on herself

Getoppt +Lst, paar Trauermücken....

Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

Going good, not giving away to much as had a problem with fastbuds customer service so won't be going into much detail as I don't want to promote there seeds. Normally I wanted to do a Mainlining// SCROG. But the Stalks of the Gorilla_ladies are so Sturdy and strong. No way for SCROG. So i just let them grow. They turned out resinous and very smelly.
