📆 Week 13, 4-10 April 2024 4-10 April - Let the plant grow and observed, assessing maturity. 📑 Buds have fattened up and matured. The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. Die Hitze der letzten Wochen macht sich nun doch bemerkbar. Die Buds beginnen wieder zu foxtailen, und einige Blätter zeigen vertrocknete Spitzen und Ränder. Vermutlich liegt die Ursache bei mir, da ich die LED-Leistung früher an die Temperaturen hätte anpassen müssen. Wahrscheinlich konnte die Pflanze bei diesen Temperaturen und der Lichtleistung Wasser und Nährstoffe nicht mehr schnell genug transportieren. Die LED habe ich vorerst wieder auf 50 % reduziert und senke sie nächste Woche wahrscheinlich um weitere 10 %. Die Buds sehen dennoch gut aus, und einige ordentliche Kolben sind dabei. Jetzt gilt es, die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Blick zu behalten und für ausreichend Umluft zu sorgen. Beides liegt aktuell im grünen Bereich: Umluft ist ausreichend vorhanden, und die Luftfeuchtigkeit wird nur bei Regen kritisch. Für den Notfall steht ein Luftentfeuchter bereit. Three weeks into flower and things are moving along. I defoliated some of the lower branches and spread out a few branches here and there. Other than that it's the same situation as always. Nutrients are pumping and lights are beaming. Everything is running smooth and all is well with the world. Like some namaste shit going on around here at the moment. Could very well just be the calm before the storm...

420Fastbuds FBT2309/Week 6 What up growmies. Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. This week we've had some temperature swings and wow did they not like getting down into the high 50's. They both bounced back but won't be letting it get that cold again if I can help. Flower sites are all over with pistols. No signs of any major issues so will keep the same routine. The stretching phase for all 3 of these girls seems to have finished now and they look to be going full steam ahead into bud production Carried out a good bit of defoliation over the last week to help expose more of the lower bud sites while also still continuing to rotate the pots to help spread the light coverage. The smell is increasingly turning sweeter as these buds develop more and more. 🍭 All on track so far 🤞🏻 ✌️

End of week one and seedlings are looking good. Sprouted fast, stretched a bit because the light was too far but that was fixed by the end of the week. Leaves are opening up and spreading out fast. Some roots are already showing up on the sides of the cup. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

I'm leaning more toward killing 1 or 2 plants, rather than risk all of them getting overly stressed from too many defoliations. I completely underestimated how much these Cannabis plants would grow, especially once they started to stretch. I'm going to start saving the water that is collected through the dehumidifier. She is doing well and continue to stack on buds, I continue to fed her the same schedule and dosage of nutes, it seems to be working well. In a week I'll switch them to flowering, I did topping again and keep defoliating so they don't shade each other and the canopy stays even, we keep going! 🙌🙌
