Feeding nutes based on chart, water in (sameday) ..... clean compost brewer and brew new batch (sameday) ..... use compost tea once wk (nextday, water in lil) and discard and clean for next week.... defoliation a lil daily..... HENCE ... becoming more of a chore or should I say we have a great relationship right now. A coexistence, a sudden need for one another. They are my sheep and I am there shephard! Now lets harvest some cotton!

Everything is looking really good. I decided to remove more fan leaves than I was comfortable with, I guess I will see how it affects overall growth. I figure the stretch should be done, so now the main focus is on the flowers. The smell is sweet like berries that were dipped in kerosene (like toxic gas)

24 Oct 2021 Week 16 began yesterday, but the first watering of the week was today. I’m keeping up with the flush, starting the 2nd week today. Hopefully I’ll be able to harvest in a few days. My Trio is looking really lovely. Their buds are covered in trichomes that glisten under the lights. They are starting to darken in color in some areas like their mother did. They may take on some pinkish/purple hues before it’s all done. Some of their leaves are turning purple as well. The sugar leaves are somewhat dark, but still green. All three of them are very nice to look at, and their smell is super strong! It’s really nice in my grow room! Yesterday I went out and got some more of those support sticks from the local home store and provided support for all of the branches that needed it. Which was a lot! I got 7 new support sticks and used them all. All of the branches are now supported and flourishing! Today each of my girls received a gallon of properly pH’ed water, and each had a sufficient amount of runoff from which to gather measurements. The process went as follows: C1 & C2 had an initial pH of 6.9, and C3’s initial pH was 6.8. I added .2ml of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.4 for C1, and 6.3 for C2 and C3. TDS going in was 88 ppm for C1, 86 ppm for C2, and 84 ppm for C3. Runoff measurements were a little weird. The runoff pH for C1 was 5.9. The TDS was (at first) 600 ppm. I thought that was an incredible drop from the other day, so I did it again. It was 603 ppm the second time. Ok, moving along nicely! The runoff for C2 was pH - 5.8, and TDS was 1101 ppm. 😳 That’s a lot more than C1. C3 had a pH of 5.6, and TDS of 1212 ppm. Which is even more; so I measured a little more from C1 again, and the 3rd time it measured 736 ppm. 🤔 That seems weird to me, but I’ll keep an eye on it. If it continues to be that low then I will end up harvesting it before the others which won’t be so terrible. I’ll just have to wait and see. The temperature in the tent was 81F, and humidity was 47%. My ladies are looking lovely and growing better than I could have hoped for. This grow has been awesome, but I can’t wait to be done. Happy growing everyone! 27 Oct 2021 Feeding/flushing time again! I was somewhat perplexed the other day when I got the runoff reading for the TDS in C1. It was 500-600 ppm less than C2 & C3 respectively. Since I was having some issues with the TDS meter I thought that IT may be the cause. I made a note to check on it today, and there seems to be no problem with the TDS meter at all. Keep reading for details. My plants are still looking as lovely as I could ever have hoped for! C1 has started showing more color changes than the other 2, and the only thing I can say the difference is, is that I defoliated some of C1’s larger fan leaves last week, and wasn’t able to do the same for the other 2. That is the ONLY thing I can think of that has been different between all 3 plants this entire grow. Regardless, all 3 plants are looking wonderful! Today each of my lovely ladies received a gallon of property pH’ed water with an expected amount of runoff for testing. The preparation went as follows: C1 & C2 had an initial pH of 6.9, and C3 was at 7.0. I added 0.2ml’s of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted the pH of all 3 gallons to 6.3. TDS going in for C1 & C2 was 85 ppm, and C3 was 84 ppm. Runoff levels were different for all three plants. C2’s runoff pH was 5.7, and TDS was 1041 ppm. C3’s pH was 5.6, and TDS was 1059 ppm. Last time C1 was significantly lower than the others, and I thought that maybe it was a TDS meter issue. Evidently it wasn’t. C1’s TDS today was 526 ppm! 😳 still much lower than the others, and pretty much ready for harvest. The temperature in the tent was 81F, and humidity was 43%. Although harvest time is much closer, I don’t believe it will be done in time for this month’s grow diary of the month contest. So sad, but that’s life. Happy growing everyone! See you again soon. 29 Oct 2021 Today is the last day of week 16. I was planning on continuing the flush today, but remembered something that I had forgotten about…. I remembered the branch that had broken off of C1 back on October 10th in week 14. She had held on for well over a week in a can of water, but finally her leaves started to droop. I hung it up all by itself in my small tent to dry. Until today that is! I took it outside and trimmed it on my deck. Even outside, in a pleasant breeze, the amazing smell of this branch was easily detected. It’s kind of windy, rainy, and chilly here today, but still …. That sweet blueberry muffin smell was there. Her buds; still covered in the dried, crystallized trichomes were super sticky! I must admit that they are the stickiest buds I have grown to date. I weighed the dry bud to add to the grand total of C1’s harvest later. Then I ground it up and smoked it. All I am going to say is that from my reaction to smoking it; I have decided that no additional flushing is needed. After all, what I smoked today broke right before I started flushing, and I could taste nothing other than what I would hope to taste. So my fellow Growmies; I am ending this week right here. White widow has finished at 64 days. Great plant with a stress free final week. She was on just water this week and was left to dry out for the last 3 days before the chop She's only in a 3l pot of light mix that is only holding probably 2.5l so all in all I'm very happy with her wet weight. I don't see there being too much loss on this one as she drys out as her buds are rock hard dense and leaf mass is at a minimum. Back in 10 days of 18c and 50%. Thanks for looking.

Oh so this is my first entry on GrowDiaries. This Red Dragon started from seed I believe sometime early April. It's been in a 2 gallon pot for a good month and now is ready to be transplanted in a 15 gallon cloth pot. I'm probably gonna do that today, with some fiming. I have a mix ready, made of 1/5 dirt,1/5 chicken manure, 2/5 peat moss, 2/5 perlite, and roughly a tablespoon of lime and sulfur, as well as bone meal and stove ashes. I'm a newbie experimenting so feel free to tell me if I'm doing it all wrong :D

Will update more once dry and then do smoke report!!! But this strain was amazing to grow i love beleaf they have outdone it on this 1. That coverage of teicomes to the smell and look of the buds just amazing. The size of some of these buds is massive like a soda can but 2 of them long just massive. The 2 week of flush is what way brought on the swell and the crazy color just beautiful! From a deap read/ purple to a bright yellow orange to a deep dark almost black purples!!! Hallo dear Growmies, This week, the plan had to be changed again regarding the harvest. As time passed, two other plants also signed up for the chop as the trichs were ripened enough. So we have now 4 ready and one still not. I put the ready ones for 72 hours of darkness in the middle of the week and the lonely one in a separate small tent under a Spider Farmer sf1000. Will wait until she is fully ripened as well.🌱🌞 This is why I decided to make one more week as a flowering and the next report will be the harvest. Tomorrow will start the chop chop.✂️👩‍🌾 They got the last two weeks only PH’d plain water, hoping to increase the quality of the buds. I am still amazed by the autumn colours in the garden. Every pheno has it’s own characteristic. The color, formation of the bud’s, scent on each of these ladies are just lovely.🍁 By the way, it is surprising for me that three different phenotypes grew from the five seeds. It is unusual for this strain. More info follows after harvest. The smell is very strong in the whole house if I open the tent even a little.😎 Is completely unreal and I am so very excited to sample each pheno and share it with you fellows for review. Great stuff, all the seeds are up. One still has it's helmet on, but it'll grow out of it soon. The Carl #2 seed seems to be a mutant of some kind as it has way too many cotyledons. Gave smaller amounts of water while they were seeds, gonna slowly increase to normal now that they've all popped up. I'm gonna start with a very light feeding of bloom ferts to promote rooting, and then use no nutes for the first couple weeks. The plan for these plants will be to try and create as much lateral growth as possible while the weather gets nice outside, then I'll transfer one of the best phenos and one of the not as good phenos to 25gal pots and stick em in the sun. I'm gonna be trying to do pest control with a combination of predator insects and deterrent plants. The main goal of the outdoor grow is to test and develop my IPM skills while trying to grow the biggest plants possible. -2/6/2021 Been a solid week so far, the growth has been fairly vigorous as of last night; it would seem that the root mass finally reached an acceptable size. -2/7/2021 Watered with a bit of bloom nutes and some VeloKelp, shot a timelapse.

Day 21 - 710 Diesel Auto This plant is a fast grower. The 4 lower nodes are stretching out into branches and in a few days I’ll pin them down with 6” garden staples. All new growth looks free of burns so I’m going to start feeding again. I'm learning I don't need to keep my humidifier on 24/7 so I just run it when needed and I keep my exhaust fan off to retain high humidity. My grow tent is a little warm but I think it's worth it for the high humidity while in early growth. Technique: Topped her on day 18 with no issues. Light: Platinum LED P300 set to veg mode @ 20" above plant providing about ~28,000 LUX Watering/Nutrients: plain RO water Environment: 4x2 Grow Tent. Temps low of 68 - high of 91 with RH of 80% Soil: ~6 gallons of Foxfarm Ocean Forest w/ 4 extra quarts of perlite added. Temperaturen 0 Grad draußen mit aktiver Zuluft .... im Growraum daher etwas kälter mit ca. 23 Grad während dem Tag und 16-17 Grad in der Nacht. Umluft Max stufe um Schimmel keine Chance zu geben. Luftfeuchtigkeit während der Nacht Max. 46 % RLF und 36 während der Beleuchtung. Buds fühlen sich fest an und riechen sehr stark

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.
