Die Lemon Cherry Gelato hat sich trotz ihrer Herausforderungen wunderbar entwickelt und sieht gesund aus. Klar, das Training ist sehr anspruchsvoll und die extrem kurzen Nodienabstände machen das Ganze zu einer echten Puzzle-Aufgabe, aber leicht kann ja jeder. Sie ist jetzt schön kompakt aber wir hoffen das sie durch den Stretch doch noch an Höhe gewinnt. Wir haben uns für eine gewisse Radikalität entschieden und ihr beide Seitentriebe genommen, um die Pflanze auf eine Achse zu stellen. Und, wer hätte es gedacht? Sie nimmt es gelassen und zeigt sich gesund und stark, als hätte sie nie etwas anderes gekannt. Der enge Wuchs gibt ihr eine sehr solide Form, und auch wenn sie noch ein bisschen klein und buschig ist, freuen wir uns auf das, was da noch kommt. Vielleicht bleibt sie klein, aber sie wird auf jeden Fall topfit und ein echtes Highlight in unserem Zelt werden! :-)

11/02 - Pre-harvest 109g of wet bud (tare weight of plate 358g). Letting the rest go for some more days. Light lowered to 28cm. 16/02 - Plant fully harvested. Total 209 g wet with all the stem you see on the last pic. Hang drying in 20-21°C, 55-60% humidity. Strong hay smell of the pre-harvest buds, not yet ready. Will update final dried weight later to see the results. 19/02 - After 8 days of drying, the pre-harvested buds have been trimmed & moved to curing stage in jar. 24g dry out of that batch (was 109g wet). Monitoring humidity in the jar to keep around 62%. Still leaving the second harvest to hang and dry 2 more days. 21/02 - Total dried result: 24g nice top buds 13g second grade buds from second harvest 12g loose popcorn buds for edibles Total 49 g / 57 watts 0.86 g/watt ratio. Not too bad, but can and will be improved next run. Lessons learnt: 1. Definitely will build some activated carbon filter to decrease smell. 2. More lollipopping / defoliation on lower parts at start of flower to decrease loose popcorn. 3. More balanced nutes in pre/mid flower to avoid extensive yellowing. 4. Adding bone meal to soil from start to let it degrade fully. 5. Applying 4 times of bottom feed to avoid drying out the bottom of pot. 6. Never let lights closer than 27cm. 7. Maybe try 20/4 schedule. 8. Might let it go beyond week 16 to let trychomes start to amber. Luckily the hay smell is totally gone during the cure. Very happy with the results. Well, This week wasn't so great. Turns out that when the cat got into the Euphoria patch she snapped some stems. They were still being supported by the surrounding soil so I didn't notice it right away, as I didn't want to investigate too thoroughly and risk causing more harm to the delicate seedlings. When they began to droop in the next few days I knew. I suppose if I hadn't stressed them so much they may have recovered. But at the same time, It's survival of the fittest here. I'm an outdoor grower, and to be brutally honest I don't have the time to be fawning over every finicky seedling. I need strong plants, and none of the other seedlings were stressed out by the overfeeding. There's a part of me that feels like it wasn't meant to be. I said a few nice words before they went into the compost. So I'm down to one, and you know what? That's ok! This is why I got a 3 pack, in case something happened, and you know what? It did. I'd feel like a real dumb@$$ if I'd only ordered 1 seed. $h!t happens, your brain fog messes up the dilution ratio on the fertilizer and your nosy cat acts like a twat. It's life. And I still have other plants. So, this remaining seedling didn't get any nutes this week, just a flush when she aired out a bit more and then re-potted in Coast of Maine Bar Harbor blend potting soil. I color coordinated pots and strains so Euphoria got the bright yellow. We had a couple cold, drizzly days when they stayed inside under the lights and on the heatmat which Ive set down to 70F. Will probably get pinched next week.

First Harvest-Crazy Day. I had no choice, only to cut it early, but at that moment I thought it was time. I had to leave for 2 weeks and GPT told me it posile to cut now. So I cut my plant, by colas and left them for 2 weeks in fresh frosen to make hash later. 2 weeks later i got some 5 gramm of hash , dry rest of weed ,smoke it in one week. I have got high, but not stoned. at least I got something😂 watch the pictures and lough on me ,I totaly deserved. This week went pretty well, other than she stretched like crazy and I am now getting worried about running out of vertical space. I also had a few of my bottom leaves get a few brown and yellow spots on them. I did post some pics and asked a question, thank you for the responses, much appreciated! I am thinking about adding my Spyder Farmer LED 100 Watt light into the tent for the nebula auto because it is about 23 inches shorter than the sour diesel. I believe it would only raise my temp about 2 degrees, and possibly lower the humidity by one or two percent. I must say my dehumidifier has been a freaking stud, running 24X7 and not complaining. I should look into adding another unit, it has been in the mid 90's and muggy for about a week. So far I have to say I am super impressed and excited with this setup, the genetics, and with growing this wonderful plant in general. Already planning ahead to my next grow, and what I can do better. I have been enjoying myself and I really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions! I am having a blast and am excited to see what this lady will give up in a few weeks!

Oben wurde schon etwas entlaubt – so viel, dass man es inzwischen kaum noch sieht, weil die Damen schneller nachlegen als man schneiden kann. Der große Eingriff steht aber noch aus: Lollipopping Phase II – die chirurgische Endrunde. Wenn der untere Bereich fertig freigestellt ist, bleibt nur noch pure Effizienzmaschine übrig: Stamm, Weg, Bud. Blütenentwicklung Die Blütenstände haben diese Woche einen riesigen Sprung gemacht. Von „Wir probieren mal was aus“ zu „Okay, jetzt legen wir richtig los“. Die Cluster sind gut verteilt, dicht, voller frischer, weißer Pistillen und alles schreit danach, dass die nächsten Wochen interessant werden. Und das Beste: Reib mal an einem Zuckerblatt – da kommt dir schon jetzt dieses knackige Zitronenterpen-Profil entgegen. So klar und frisch, dass es fast im Auge brennt… im positiven Sinne. Mit der kommenden Lollipop-Operation und weiterem Lichtdruck dürfte die Anlage jetzt in die Phase kommen, in der man sich fragt: „Wie voll kann ein 120er Zelt eigentlich werden, bevor es rechtlich als Landwirtschaft gilt?“ -------------------------------------------------- Flowering Week 3 – Controlled Chaos in the Citrus Laboratory This week inside the tent felt like watching a scientific experiment slowly slip out of control — but exactly in the way we hoped for. Growth & Structure The stretch has officially calmed down. The plants are now pretending they were perfectly civilized all along. Instead of reaching for the sky, they’re now channeling all energy into bud production. The canopy has turned into a uniform green wave, aligned like a carefully arranged leaf array. Some defoliation was done earlier, though the girls have grown so fast that it’s barely noticeable anymore. But the big procedure is still ahead: Lollipopping Phase II – the surgical finale. Once the lower section is fully cleaned, only pure efficiency remains: stem, pathway, bud. Bud Development The flowers made a huge jump this week. They went from “We’re experimenting…” to “Alright, now we’re getting serious.” The clusters are evenly distributed, dense, and bursting with fresh white pistils — everything is signaling that the next weeks are going to be fun. And the highlight: Rub one of the sugar leaves… that crisp lemon terpene profile already hits you. Sharp, fresh, and almost stinging the eyes — in the best possible way. Out of the 155 plants one room is starting to get a whole bunch of yellow leaves. And yellow plants. It started after I used the fish emulsion. :S The other two rooms are looking very green and bushy. Continuing LST on most of the plants. The leaves grow in every week or so.

Week 4: We are officially one month into our grow! things have been going pretty smooth so far and that’s exciting!! Yesterday we picked up our Gaia Green 4-4-4, repotted one watermelon zkittles into 5gal, and we we watered both Sunday and yesterday (oops). With that and the topping done, we plan to give them the week to recover and then start LST and feeding. You’ll notice a large number of plants were moved outside… those were all auto seeds that we got for free from Seedsman and Perry’s Magic Beans (Northern Lights, Critical + 2.0, M+M, and High C) shout out to them!! In a week or so the clones will be moved out and we will have our final 4 in the tent.
