8/25 -Plants responded well to the increase on volume of water fed. Im really liking the +50 mLs a feeding (every other day) -Only a few of the oldest leaves have started wilting. This is normal and expected as those leaves have been used and abused the worse. I left them on originally because it seemed the plant was pulling nutrients from those two leaves specifically if there was any kind of deficiency. As I took care of the Ca/Mg/Fe issue a few weeks ago those spots went away. -The canopy is so damn thick defoliation doesn't allow for light penetration down to the coco. 🤷‍♂️🏻🤷‍♂️🏻 -I really shouldn't complain since these plants are definitely going to harvest big. Very excited -Building 4 separately raisable platforms so I can start growing my Fall plants. Only have 1 light, limited space for my grows but I don't want to waste a month of vegetation. If the platforms work as designed I am very confident ill be able to grow staggered harvests. The goal is to always have weed ready and cured for me to smoke. Buying from dispensaries is getting to be too expensive. -Went back and re red some online forums about growing in coco as I had no experience going in. All the forums said to essentially flood the coco on a daily basis. I have no idea how that is successful--when I tried that I almost killed my plants. Listening to the plant and reading its signals is WAY more efficient for me. The time lapse allows me to look at the plants normal day/night trends. SUCH a good idea plus it makes for a really great video at the end of the grow. 8/26 -NEw nutrient solution made. Same nutrient concentration and strength. -Cheese lowered 1.5 inches on its stilts. Its definitely stretching according to the Time Lapse -Cream Cookies smell is getting stronger and stronger every day. Cheese is the first smell to start developing. -Slight color change starting to occur on Cream Cookies. -Its beginning to become more obvious that Cream Cookies is transitioning focus from maintaining older leaves birthed in early vegetative growth and transitioning to only focusing on bud production. Lower growth is beginning to wilt out. A Natural lollipop if you will. 8/30 -Cream cookie buds are really really really starting to thicken and fill out. Looks like the final buds are going to be quite dense. The smell is really developing on cream cookies. Cant really put my finger on the exact smell but there is a definite strong cheese odor followed by a strong earthy smell. No sweet/citrus smells yet. -Cheese is flowering completely differently from cream cookies. It seems three of the main cola branches are going to yield absolutely huge buds. These main cola bud sites are stretching and small flowering nodes dominate the landscape of the branch all the way from the soil line to the canopy. It seems like the flowers are going to really fill in around the branches. -Lower branches of Cream Cookies starting to become more rigid, taking on rigid character of the main stem. Makes me think that the buds are becoming sufficiently heavy that the plant needs to reinforce some branches to avoid bending over and falling. Love to see it. -Slight signs of stress observed, going to reduce concentration of bloom nutrients to 11 mL/gal. Still should have all the nutrients the plant needs just in a less concentrated solution.

7/1 Day 92 from sprout, day 37 of flower. Worth mentioning I started counting day 1 of flower from the day I switched the lights to 12/12. I guess some people count days of flower differently than that, but that’s mine. Buds have been packing on the frost over the past few days and slowly getting fatter. I know I won’t be getting any massive buds just because I topped multiple times and have a good amount of lower bud sites growing but that’s perfectly fine with me. Generally it looks like I’ll be getting golf ball sized buds all around. I also noticed I had 1 top bud site that was getting a lot more light than the others. Well I happen to be able to move that bar around away from that bud site in order to better disperse the light and even out the PAR map a bit. So I slid that over which allowed me to safely stay under 1000 PAR at that top while increasing my light up to 75%. This should result in more light for the lower parts while staying essentially the same up top. 7/5 Day 96 from sprout, day 41 of flower. I gave the light a small nudge past 75% yesterday and I haven’t seen any light stress yet. I’ll keep nudging it higher until I see something, but I gotta be near the limit. Most of my top sites are sitting around 900 PAR, but I have two sites that spike up to around 1050 PAR. I do have two CO2 bags resting on top of my light but it’s impossible to know how much that helps, if at all. Growth has been great though; buds remain frosty and are slowly getting bigger still. The top half of the buds will be of respectable size, no monsters but good solid bud. I’ll still have some larf way down in the lower half though, an unfortunate consequence of the insane stretch and being unsure how much to hack off in that scenario. I debated trimming them all off now but I’m thinking at this point in flower I should just leave her alone and grow. 7/6 It’s possible I found my upper limit on light intensity. I started to see some faint yellow areas appear on some leaves and there’s an increase of dry crispy leaf tips. So at least for this grow I think I’ve established that 75% power is the max I can do. For now I’ve backed off the lights to the last hash mark before 75%, which has most tops sitting at around 750 PAR and a few others at 850 PAR for a max DLI of 36.7. I’ll probably go back up to 75% next week.

This week it's been warm and such a bad time for my AC to go out but overall temps been in the mid it's inside the tent and the plants seem to not mind at all. They're still getting fed 16oz daily. I'd say from the looks, maybe 2-3 more weeks until harvest. Happy Growing

Day22: As said in Week3, I will not keep this perspective for the whole grow, as it doesn't really show the size of the plant. But it gives a nice view of how to top leaves grow :) The flashes that you see in the video is the humidifier. It pumps out vapour every hour for 15mins. So basically a quarter of each second of the video will be when the humidifier runs. Day23: I changed it, as I wanted to see the size as well. Day24 - Day28: Happy, healthy growth.

Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

Fast Buds CA (still don't have a clue what CA stands for). Looking better. I gave her an overdose of Recharge and I think it helped bring some green back to the leaves. I'll probably OD her again. Nice little bud sites developing! 😃

As of day 28, the Blue Dream'Matic has been growing very vigorously with tons of branching. I have added to the plant's timelapse to include the previous weeks growth. I have begun training it wide, and considering it is not yet in its flowering stretch, it will be a pretty good sized auto. I am sticking with around 1.2ms/cm during fertigation as any higher than that produces leaf tip issues for this plant. Any lower leaf issues seem to have stopped and all the new growth is healthy. Its very close to switching over to flowering, so I will be transitioning the nutrients and updating the diary to reflect that. Thanks for reading! 👍🌱 Day 30: flowering has begun.
