Hey growmies, it's the fourth week of vegetation for the HighCloudz and boy is it growing 👌 The fanleafs are really big, bigger than my hand! The plant is doing well on the Plagron feeding and looks very healthy. As the plant grows fast already I'm thinking about switching to 12/12 before the end of the week. I don't have that much vertical space in my growbox and this lady will probably stretch due to it's Sativa genetics. To prepare the branches for the ScrOG I started to bend them outwards. My goal is to get a nice and even canopy once she starts blooming. Stay tuned for more pics and updates later this week 😊 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Even though the big fanleafs were cool, they blocked the light to the lower branches. I removed the biggest fanleafs and did some more LST for the upper branches, bending them outwards and to the side so they will hopefully have a good spot in the ScrOG net. The pant looks a bit run down after the defoliation and Cannabis bondage, but hey, she still has many weeks to go and I'm confident she will be a beauty once again :)

This one has been the second easiest harvest we ever did (back to the Purple Punch), the plant lost many leaves by herself, still pretty easy. she has a strong flavour and we literally cant wait to smoke her.

When I place the steel forks on the stems to keep them from growing up this strain will go all noodle like and bend more fluidly then all the other plants. its like spaghetti or some other pasta related wet noddle thing. Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Or I'll give them out to some friends and family maybe a little gorilla gardening project, but I will wait before getting ride of them all as I'm still kicking my self in the ass over the Blue Cindy loss. really liked that plant and wish its clones I gave out where still aorund. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% till flower is initiated then up to 100%, Will test out 13/11 I think as the schedule to give them some more photons for an extra hour vs 12/12 . All in all she's doing pretty well. Growth is pretty much all in the buds and the room now smells strongly of lemons :) yum yum yum. Wanna lick my fingers after touching the plant. She is starting to show some leaf damage. I'm not certain what it is but could be light burn? That light burned the shit out of my wife's plants last winter (she upgraded to Spider Farmer)... so could be. pH is pretty stable and checked every day or two. Temp and humidity are mostly steady. Nutes are maybe a touch low? I am purposefully keeping a modest feeding concentration but pretty sure it's well within safe range. I think it basically leaves the light or some sort of root issue but those roots are just so good looking. Tapering off the nutrients now into the home stretch. No more Big Bud to be added and as of next week she's in flush. Very excited. See the picture of the nutrient schedule for anyone interested... and feedback if you have any 😎 I added another mature plant to the room. A friend's attempt at soil growing did not work out (did not use proper grow light) so I'm trying to help her produce at least a few decent buds 😕. No harm, there's space in the place and plenty of light to go around. Anyone reading - do you have experience water washing? That's my plan for this lady.

Start of week 2 from seed . I introduced 8 more plants 2 ogesus og 2 amensia haze 1 royal haze 1 amensia gold 1 rhino Ryder 1 caramella The other 4 are doing really good !!! Coming close to their firsts small feed g! Little update day ten or 11 from seed sprout girls are working on their second and third leaves sets and I have 100% germ rate all 8 broke through the surface so excited! Little update at day 9 gave them all a small feed !!! All 4 looking amazing the new 8 5 outta 8 showing first true leaves 2 with shells and 1 still under !!!

Day 42 : Watering with co2 tab / 5L. Also added food again because i think they need it. Increased ppm to 850. Maybe the next one will be pure water. Ventilation works all the time when lights are on. Temp and humi are stable and this is good for the girls. 6 cm in 3 days. Patience is the key always. Also removed some burned leaves from all ladies. She is beautiful community. Edit (Day 46) : Watering with co2 tab every 5L. I watered with juices again at 850ppm because i felt that they need it. Only DsD drank pure water because of burns. She stopped height grow. Her buds are the most fat. She will be the first chop chop guys. :D :D :D . She is full of crystals.

clones from the seed grown plants. This is a F1 Fast strain. Photoperiod. I topped these plants that were autos. I see that topping these girls triggered something left over from the auto genetics...I have had autos on more than 1 occasion immediately start flowering. I am sure this would have had it not been a photoperiod. I have 10 clones of this and I will not be topping it until absolutely necessary. Had i not been down to 1 tent and a grow light I would have moved on with flowering those cute little things...

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. FD36 - True to form I completely forgot to take any pics before the lights were out. The third week in a row. I'm detecting a pattern... lol FD37 - Pics! FD38 - Today, I was proactive in trying to prevent botrytis (budrot) since I have had problems in the past when temperatures and humidity get too high in late flower. I started with defoliating hard by removing fan leaves. That should lower the humidity in the tent as there are fewer leaves to transpire moisture, and also increase the airflow around the buds. Finally, I put my small humidifier in the tent to further lower the humidity. FD41 - The anti-humidity measures are working. The tent went from an average RH in the high 60s to the high 40s. (The average RH in the last 24 hours was 48.9%.) I'm happy with that, which should be enough to avoid budrot. Better safe than sorry, so I did additional LST to open up the plants and thus increase the airflow around the buds. It's also helpful to increase light penetration, so win-win. FD42 - We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and things are chugging along in the tent. The buds are slowly fattening up, but it will take some time before they are done. There isn't much to do in the tent this late in flower besides watering. Today, each girl got 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5.
