The plants have taken to their Earthboxes, especially #1 with the BuildASoil Light. The Earthbox with my Coots mix was the runt, plus I damaged the roots during transplant so it has an uphill battle, but I wouldn't count it out yet. It was looking droopy and with slight discoloration, but after a drench of Kashi Blend Tea (1/3 cup Kashi Blend, 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses in 1 gallon of water for 24 hours) it perked right up. As for preventative pest management, I've kept doing foliar applications every 4 days of EM-FPE -> EM-1, next week I will incorporate the just-finished EM-5. I made a JADAM wetting agent (JWA) but I have realized even local bottled water is too mineral-heavy for it, so I will need to find a source of distilled water if I want to use it in my foliar regime. Next week I will begin doing LST to get some more tops going. At some point I plan to add a trellis, I have been busy with work but I will find the time to set up something, preferably a trellis that can move with the Earthbox to facilitate maintenance and not have them fixed in place for the entire training and flowering cycles.

Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

This week I focused only on bending and tucking the branches under the scrog net, trying to fill the entire space as evenly as possible. No other changes were made — just guiding the growth and keeping the canopy level. If everything continues like this, I might flip to flower next week 🌿💪

the two BPP R3 in soil went into bloom. the dwc are starting to enter bloom slowly as well 36-42 The veg and seedling cycle on the three gallon pot was short and it's gone into bloom with very little stretching. All of the plants look healthy, they look fine, no nutrient. Or PH issues Only one banana purple punch has been in bloom for about two weeks.Two out of the other four are about to finish stretching and go into bloom, and the fourth one is still a little stunted.And delayed. BLUE CUSH 35 Days from sprout. Light training. Leaf tucking and pony tailing. Pony tailing seems to help with the side branching. She is genetically a small plant I believe, but she might be smaller then expected.. Possibly due to lower RH early on. Otherwise she seems to be doing ok. Attempted a layer of clay pellets after soaking in PH'd water for 16 hours, to combat the gnats from reaching the soil. I feel like sand may have been a better choice and removed the clay before feeding again. There are so few gnats that its not much of an issue, but I'd like to eliminate the threat before flowering really kicks in.

Another good week for these girls, they are getting more and more thc day by day, still some weeks to go as we are still on the week 5, this strain is a really easy to grow strain which dont require that much attention, i just provided some guanokalong powders and shes good to go 👍😁

NOTES: Keeping EC at around 1,5 and pH at 6,0-6,2. Everything looks great and I'm hoping for amazing crop to start the year with! One Ayahuasca Purple seems to be clearly ahead of others in flowering but that's fine. I'm going to harvest them all at the same time so I'll have a few different terpene profiles on the finished product, since they are all grown from seeds and not from clones. Day78 (2.1.) Day79 (3.1.) Light defoliation to reveal more bud sites and to remove some lower growth that aren't getting any light. Day80 (4.1.) At last I've finished defoliating and pruning for all my plants. I think there is no need to remove anything before harvesting them. It took a hell lot of time to finish since I have 13 plants pretty close to each other that I can't move separetly. Also using garden-ties to bend some plants a bit for better light coverage. Day81 (5.1.) Day82 (6.1.) Tied some more branches for better light coverage. Day83 (7.1.) Day84 (8.1.) I found a hermaphodite/bi-sexual plant! Strain was Kush Mintz and I haven't seen any signs on other plants. Keeping close eye on everything, hopefully I got it removed on time... I cut it off after analyzing the situation and hang it to dry in another room. It was clearly the smallest plant even though it seemed to flower just fine till this day when I found out those small banana-like pollen sacks. I'm praying this won't ruin my entire crop.🙏 Added a couple pics after removing it from the tent.

This lady is such a beautiful bush full of heavy flowers, stinky as hell guys, very terpy, for all the sweet indica hybrids there you have authentic gold. Very sweet and the tops are absolutely wonderful, it's beautiful to see those fat nuggets. From what I've read about growing Auto's, it says to feed them about half the amount of what you would a photoperiod plant, but i have been giving her nearly full strength nutrients & she is doing great. Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Week 3 (Day 21) Flower- This was the last week of messing about, no more defoliating or bending and flexing. Did a heavy defoliation. Noticed some yellowing of the lower level leaves, added a few +mls of the grow and bud bottles, will water mid week with straight ph’d water (6.5) as I don’t want my medium to get to high, or get nutrient lockout. these nutes uptake best between 5.8 and 6.2, otherwise rolling along nicely. 😎💨

WEEK 3 ! They grew like fu*k this week and all started to look healthy again since the first set of leaves were kinda bleached. it was most def PH issues, I think I found my sweet spot at PH 6. Tonight I will raise the LED to 500w and start adding Co2. I also added an extra pot full of coco and nutrients under each pots since the roots were already popping through my Air Pots.

been such a great week, temps perfect, humidity is low enough (could be lower) but is what it is! i am going to start flush next week for my girls that are ready! I've introduced calmag at this stage too as they all needed it! maybe 1 week left on this girl, will use my mag lense to specify when ill chop her

Uma planta estava muito travada e pela minha experiência não vale a pena o custo da manutenção dessas plantinhas é chato mas preciso do espaço e do tempo para cultivar plantas que deem resultado. Coloquei um gancho leve em cada planta hoje para ver se aumenta a área verde.
