All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 77/7 PPFD is between 470 and 700 again with little vertical growth after all the HST/LST over last few days. I used 15 minutes of UV mid day with 15 minutes (30 total) IR before and after main light timers. VPD was better today with 73F/55%RH/40%ILV Turning off the humidifier was the key this time. All in all she looks fine for the day, I am hoping to get the new tent up tomorrow and will see if I can get her to fully stretch out again to allow each cola enough space to bulk with light and wind Day 78/8 Tent conditions improved today because I was able to fix the sizing issue - I now have a Spider Farmer Pro-Grade Grow Tent, 48"x48"x80" VPD is harder to get the humidity down in so I may have to put in a second de-humidifier or open another vent port, currently I have a 6" ILV pulling against a 4" open air vent hole. I would have tinkered with it a bit more but I was getting close to lights out so I left it. VPD for most of the day was 74F/55%RH/40%ILV in the Mars Hydro Tent. I current have 68F/65%RH/40%ILV for overnight. Lights are about the same as yesterday with 80% power I am getting 470 to 700 ppfd from 42" from soil to light and since the plant is about 20" that gives her about 22" leaves to light. Im currently using the same 2x4 Bloom Plus LED light centered in the tent but I have another 2x4 Bloom Plus scheduled for delivery on Monday or Tuesday. - She had 20 minutes of UV and 30 minutes total of IR (15/15) I am hoping this allows her to spread out and receive full light/air on each cola - So I also placed 2 more fans in the tent at plant level to help circulate the air better. Day 79/9 PPFD was little changed since yesterday as was vertical growth (I think she's trying to spread back out again.) - ppfd was between 480 and 710 with 25 minutes of UV and 30 of IR (18/18) VPD was a struggle to get under 60 - I now have 2 de-humidifiers in teh tent witht the ILV set to kick up anytime she hits 62%RH. Mostly though I was able to get it down to 55 to 61 - Temps are easier to control with 4 fans and the ILV triggers. Day 80/10 VPD was 74 to 77F today with humidity still pushing 62% with 2 humidifiers today when the tent was closed. Otherwise I was able to reduce the humidity to 35 to 45% with the door open long enough (in MN fall with temps are around 30s) So I had my door open for a bit today because I installed my second Bloom Plus XP2500 LED lights today and had to reroute most of the wires. PPFD after completion ranged from 550 at lowest to 750 - I only did 20 minutes of UV since yesterday was her first day at 20. I also increased the IR to 30/30 with 15 before and after lights on/off - so a total of 1 hr total at lights on/off Feels dry so I plan to feed tomorrow morning with about 3 gallons of 6.3ph de-chlorinated tap water feed in a 10:90 ratio of Veg/Bloom mix Day 81/11 I fed her today with 3 gallons of 6.4ph de-chlorinated tap water with a 25:75 ratio of Veg/Bloom mix at 500ppm. Runoff showed a ph of 6.5 and 1750 ppm. VPD was more stable today after I opened another open air vent hole on another side of the side. 76F/55%RH with ILV on auto when needed. PPFD ranged from 550 to 750 again with the lights at about 42 and she's now 34x28wide x22 tall, so about 20 inches from lights. Still only hit her with 20minutes of UV and an hour of IR with 30/30 at main light schedule with 15/15 before and after. Day 83/13 Almost two weeks since flip. Turning the lights down yesterday seemed to help, little to no new burn progression on those identified yesterday and new growth with no new burn. Will continue to monitor. Nute transfer seems to also slowed progression with the leaves only turning brown where they yellowed before and little to no new yellowing. VPD doing better as well - I turned the heat down just slightly so now avg temps are about 73 - 75F and humidity under 59%RH with the OLV set to auto for limit controls PPFD most unchanged after I started the day with a little LST on the center cola that was getting ahead of the rest. I also released teh last branch being tied - now all colas are simply help by the tomato rings. Once it was leveled PPFD was 750 at highest and about 550 for the lowest.

dwarf is flowering nicely, was laying in the tent today listening to funky music and smoking :D couldnt get too many pictures because of bad lighting but took a nice little video of the trichomes :) started giving more nutrients as a friend told me flowering plants take up more water and phosphorus to produce buds :) gonna be like a kid on christmas day when i get my medicine harvested :D thanks for keeping up with the diary and the best of luck to you all! Day 52 - 29/10/19 Flushed the dwarf today along with my other plants, runoff had a ppm of 467 and ph 6.45. im going to try and get it closer to 6. with this plant being sprouting test ive come a long way and learned a lot :) its gonna be a small harvest, and is developing buds at a much smaller rate than the other two plants :) still im very excited. maybe week 10-11 harvest if im lucky haha. Day 53 - 30//10/19 Couldnt sleep at all as i have no buds left, after being restless in bed for 4 hours i got up and removed about 6-8 pistils from lower growth and rolled it up. almost the same quality high as street weed so im impressed :) taste was slightly harsh but man. finally happy to be on the road to good quality medicine:) il upsate soon with pictures of the plant! Day 54 - 31/10/19 Pictures and videos updated for all three of my diaries. im entirely happy with my hobby :) my Royal Dwarf is just flowering away on her own time, dont think theres long left for her now, maybe 3 weeks? check the videos and let me know what you think below in the comments! im not expecting this plant to grow any taller just to finish the buds for a nice little harvest :) finally shes developed enough to provide a smell and its much like a tropical fruit, something like a mango but i couldnt quite put my finger on it :) i love fruity smoke so roll on the last few weeks of flowering :) (i hope)

6/15. Glad I listened to my intuition and held off watering. IT Rained andctheb again last night. Plants seem to be doingvreal well. Slight burn on lower leaves where it was before from being in the garage and I found on spot that LOOKED like it could've been caused by a pillar but it's right on a burn. I sefoliated one leaf. This is minor stuff. Next watering I'll be adding silica. I'm not giving nutes until the plants tell the need them. The 3 gallon ones may receive nutes first as they'll run out. I'll update as I progress. Went back over at 8:30. It's just overcast with showers. Plants seemed to like it. They all look good. Noticed a chunk out of a leaf and a POSSIBLE pillar spot. I'm going to have to get the BT out and and give the girls an application. I'm waiting until they settle in a bit more though. I need to start LST as well AND the light dep. Unfortunately "life" has made things difficult. I'll get back over there today though and I'll start the light dep. Kinda makes me wonder though. The 1pth planet I wanted to light deo is tge same size as the others in the much bigger containers. The thought came that maybe I should just hold on to them as extras in case something happens. My grow buddy mentioned the droopiness of a couple of my plants in this video and how I hadn't been watering. This kinda scared me so I ran over and checked the too few inches on the two that had a little droop and came out dry. I had some water already phed ready to go (I'm hoping that the ph doesn't change if it's stored a day or two) and used the gallon to moisten the dry topsoil. Looking back over my diary we have had nothing but rain. I then tried the "lift the pot method" and came to the conclusion that these bags were indeed still holding moisture. I assumed they would be considering the thunderstorms we've had. I held off on fullt watering because the weather said the next dry day is going to be Monday. Today is Friday so thats two solid days of rain. Three if you count today through the night. I concentrated my watering of the one gallon on the couple plants that appeared to droop. If it doesn't rain like they say it will I will need to water. I need to set up a decent watering schedule but I need it to hold off raining long enough to do so. UPDATE: I WENT BACK OVER AND PUT THE 3 GALS IN FOR BED AND CHECKED OUT THE REST OF THE GARDEN. I WATERED THE 3 GAL GIRLS A LITTLE MORE SINCE THEY WONT BE OUTSIDE. THE BIT OF WATER I GAVE SEEMED TO HELP LIFT SOME OF THE GIRLS. AT LEAST I THINK IT DID. THE RAIN SHOULDVE COME ALREADY. I WOULDVE WATERED MORE HAD THE BAGS NOT BEEN SO HEAVY. 6/17 Rained all night which is good. Brought the three transplants out but left them under the overhang so they. Dont get soaked. So far light depoing is going good. Well its only been two nights but we'll see. I'll update as I go. Not feeling well today. Went back over and checked on the plants and did a video. Probably won't get uploaded until tomorrow. I'm giving it a shot. It's raining in good shape. Plants looked fine when I was there. I need to get my supports and my trellis in place. Video won't upload. No suprise. I'll get it tomorrow. 6/18 Uploaded videos if they fuck up from me editing I'm gonna be pissed. Anyway it's still pouring with high winds. I added a couple supports where it looked like it needed it. I need to put my trellis up. I've been able to keep up with the light dep and those plants haven't been used and abused. They stay in the building facing the sun when the weather is this bad. I think they're looking great. I may start a new diary just for them. Sun came out around four. Trying to upload a couple videos but doesn't look like it's going to happen. Tucked the three little ones in at six. It had stopped raining and the wind died down some. If adverse conditions create good plants then I'm on the way to a great harvest. Minor bleaching and burns on a few lower fan leaves and some wrinkling on some from wind burn other than that plants seem to be acclimated. Did a video but will have to wait until tomorrow to upload 6/19 It's not raining! We got four inches this past storm lol. Having the bags raised on pollens I believe has greatly helped. As did the high winds that help dry the soil in the bag. Had to add a few temporary supports. Light dep is going good. Adjusted amd found a better spot. I'm considering getting "pool noodles" or some other thing like a Hulu hoops or pvc pipe and making either a frame on the roof for the entire cage or on top of each individual plants posts so I could roll clear plastic over it when it rains. I'm thinking about later on in the fall when this could really help. I found a roll of plastic. Also thought about putting that up on the back wall but I didn't. What I'm doing right now is working. I just need to keep up with it. I also need a solid watering schedule to stick too. It's hard when each plants needs are different. Oh well. I'm just happy to be growing again. I pray to the cannabis gods and the Lord above himself that I'm not plagued with the problems of last year. 6/20. I'm sick as fuck but I got the little girls out in the sun. Light dep is going good. They were thirsty (especially the bushy 10th planet so I gave them about 3/4 of a gallon of water. Got lots of run off from 10th planet. Didn't notice as much from the others but I was hurrying. I'll upload later. Still sick. 6/21 Plants seem to be doing great. I removed some lower growth on a few just to see how they respond. I'm going to do some defoliation down low and I want to see how the plants respond. I'm planning my first full watering Thursday as we have a real good stretch of weather after that. Grow bags are still heavy as hell so they have sufficient water. I'll be adding silica nextcl watering. Not time for nutes but I think it would be okay to start the silica and in another week I might start small doses of nutes. The light dep on the little girls is go8ng great! It's cool I'll get to sample some of these strains before fall. I'll update after I do something. Tucked the girls in at 6. I might need to think about transplanting that 10th planet in the 3 gallon. I watered until runoff yesterday and it's light as hell today. Plus I fimked it and it's bushy as hell. I've Bern turning it si it gets all angles of the sun. I have a bag of 707 left and a 5 gallon bucket with holes drilled all over it like an air pot and a ten gallon grow bag. This will take some thought. Hot af today. I wad able to lift the grow bags so I decided tomorrow will be the girls first real watering. I think I'll be adding silica and possibly kelp me kelp you due to the heat stress I've been noticing. Nothing bad just a few tacoed leaves. I've had several people that have seen my grow in person tell me that this is by far the healthiest (not biggest I've had bigger) but by farcthe healthies5 crop I've grown. They believe I'll have my best year ever this year. I hope they are right. Vid won't be uploaded until tomorrow. 6/22 WATERED TODAY. I'm still a little gun shy with watering. That fusarium last year pretty much traumatized me. I left the container plants alone. I gave them a little water but not enough to do much. I used a pump sprayer on a mist setting and went one by one and back around gently watering the entire medium. This took forever and I'll be finding a different way to water. I hope this was enough water. I'll check later on and if they look like they want more I give it to them. I started LST on the light dep 10th planet and tucked some branches of a another under the tomato cage. I had missed that earlier. I also went around and cleaned up the bottoms on most. Getting rid of things that will amount to nothing. I noticed what looked like thrip damage on ONE leaf on ONE plant. I also saw a chunk missing from a grasshopper bite and a finger of a fan leaf petiol was broken so I'm going to need to get my ipm up and running. I'm unsure whether I'll be using chemicals or predators. Probably BT and spinosad. That's what I've had the best luck with. I also noticed bottom leaves dying off on the bottom of a couple plants. It was where the burns were though so I'm almost 100% its just related to the light burns they got when i first put them up. I'll be updating the diary as I do more stuff.

Well, I was wrong about the stretch. Afraid I'm running out of height in my tent.

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. I removed all the fan leaves and left the buds on the branches to dry. 1-12 Temperature: 16°c to 19.5°c Humidity: 50% to 56% 2-12 Temperature: 14.7°c to 18.5°c Humidity: 54% to 57% 3-12 Temperature: 16.1°c to 18.9°c Humidity: 54% to 59% 4-12 Temperature: 15.5°c to 17.5°c Humidity: 57% to 62% 5-12 Temperature: 15.2°c to 17.7°c Humidity: 60% to 71% 6-12 Temperature: 16.5°c to 17.8°c Humidity: 60% to 66% 7-12 Temperature: 16.4°c to 17.9°c Humidity: 57% to 63% 8-12 Temperature: 16.6°c to 18.5°c Humidity: 56% to 60% 9-12 Temperature: 16.9°c to 19°c Humidity: 57% to 62% 10-12 Temperature: 17.4°c to 19.5°c Humidity: 60% to 64% 12-12 Temperature: 17.9°c to 20.1°c Humidity: 61% to 76% 14-12 The buds felt dry enough and ready to get their final trim before they go into the jar for curing! The buds smell a little like standard weed not so special but that doesn't surprise me as the plant looked in bad shape almost the whole grow. Exited to see some return on the hash, will be making fresh frozen so that should be cool.
