Hello Diary, I am truly privileged to be one of the first to try growing this revolutionary new strain. My dear friends at RQS sent me this new hybrid seed at the beginning of the year and I'm really looking forward to seeing the result. Let's see what they say about this new strain. Medusa is a true F1 hybrid created from pure, inbred cannabis lines. She boasts uniform growth traits, mouthwatering aromas and flavors, and plenty of potency. Combining genetics from inbred lines deriving from Sugar Magnolia, a thick and sweet indica, and American Beauty, a fast, fruity hybrid loved for its well-balanced, positive high, the result is an autoflowering F1 variety that produces fresh flavors, a unique cannabinoid profile, and large yields. Medusa F1 seeds produce elongated autoflowering plants with long, strong branches and well-spaced internodes. Plants regularly grow up to 80–85 cm tall and boast a fast flowering time of just 42–45 days (72 days from germination to harvest). Thanks to her genetics, Medusa F1 produces plenty of thick flowers with big, swollen calyxes that make for very easy trimming. Medusa F1 is very stable, handling stress and unfavorable growing conditions with ease, although she is somewhat susceptible to Botrytis, so make sure to keep tabs on the humidity in your grow room/garden. I prepare everything I need for planting in advance. I fill the AirPot to a little more than half and add 50g of Easy Boost Organic nutrition in pellets and mix with the soil, then add more Easy Roots Rhizobacter and Easy Roots - Mycorrhiza mix and fill the pot to the top with soil. After that, I soak the soil well with water, make a hole in the middle and carefully insert the seed into the hole with gloves and cover it. After doing this with all three pots, I placed them in the grow box and waited for them to sprout. The lights are 35 cm away from the pots. The humidity is not high, but as soon as the plants sprout, I will put in a humidifier. 14/01/2023 I moistened the soil a little with water. I need to keep the soil moist. 16/01/2023 The first plant has sprouted. We are still waiting for the other two. 17/01/2023 The second plant has sprouted, but I'm still waiting for the third. 18/01/2023 Unfortunately, the third plant did not sprout, so this time there will be only two plants on the "Farm". 21/01/2023 First joint watering. Everything going well buds continue to develop & put on size, starting to get frosty with trichomes & buds are sticky to touch & smell a bit aswell

(12/11-12/17) Days 8 to 14 Hope everyone enjoys the pictures. I will try to add a video and black back or cover pics by end of week every week. Week 1 Notes & Observations: Plant 1 and 2 have been showing nice steady growth. Both seem to have similar phenos so far, so Im looking forward to a nice straightforward grow and training with minimal variants. They will be kept in these containers until week 4+ VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity at ~75 to 80% while under a dome and temps will be monitored for 70- 75F daytime with 66-71F overnight. Im adjusting my lights and look to control them at ~250ppfd max. I will have to raise and lower pots inside the tent as I will be growing these at a different interval of other plants.

This week went well for the two jet fuels I'm really happy with them because I wasn't too sure how they would be. even though they're from the same parents they are too completely different phenotypes that I can see. different structure and shape to the leaves obviously very unstable genetics but gives me something new to see as well . Second week on the veg. And the drainage table repairs were done just in time. Moved all these plants into the recirc. System and within 24hours of transplant they were notably happy. I’ll add two more seedlings to the group for a total of 10 plants. Hopefully at least 50% are female🤞. This grows pretty much on autopilot now. All that will be left is regular plant maintenance and top offs to the finish👍.

Alls well havent had any hiccups yet. I may of mixed soil a little heavy at start of grow so ran 3 gal of plan ph water to get rid of any build up. The smell in tent is a blueberry/sweet candy smell with a slight citrus lingering in back. Starting giving sticky bandit everyother water. Each girl is drinking about 1 gal 1 1/2 every 3 days or so. CQ is def gonna need some support on side branches soon.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. It's like she already knows it's flowering time. Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

Trichromes are starting to be produced and buds are starting to form and get sticky, each plant is developing a nice smell but the strawberry is out performing the rest by a mile definitely a vigorous strain that just wants to go go go! Inter node spacing is crazy and looks like the girls are setting up to make some fat buds hopefully

And then there was one... This beast took over the tent and needed its own space so thats what I gave it and boy did it repay the favour! Plenty of really dense bud with a wonderful smell. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 💚

Plant are doing great smells are coming out amazing and bud are tightening and growing rapidly. Daily uploads until harvest.

Removed bloom from nutes. Last feed on 31st. Plain water twice spaced over 2 days Can't wait to harvest this baby. 1 month is worth the dry n cure!

Roots look very healthy I tried different method for starting the seedling that seem to work. Plant seems very healthy at 10 days of growth. Will try to do the shortest veg time possible. Having issue with water temp. I added some H2O2 and will make new solution tomorrow, will try to change it twice per week

10/21 Day 23 Trained with bend and secure, keeping her short-ish. Nodes coming up nicely, color is good, not watering till tomorrow just not quite ready for it. Day 14 - This girl was topped above the second node! She's showing some variegation, but is growing very strong! She's growing in Schultz premium potting mix, and is getting watered with de-chlorinated tap water at a dosage of 1 red solo cup every day from days 1-7, then 2 solo cups from days 7-14.
