Pulled this beautiful girl today and the house smells like an orchard, it’s truly something special this strain . Looks to be about a half pound so I’m just stoked. One day when I get sorted to breed my own or clone I’ll deffo be revisiting this strain , hands down my favourite smoke ever.

Not much of a change this week. Buds are getting fat. Smell is intense. Buds are getting very dense and cannot squeeze them at all now. Dealing with a phosphorus deficiency and have increased the blood feed and PK Boost to help out. I’m now having to water daily. She is taking up tons of water right now.

so checked the trichomes with my camera and this girl already has a fair few ambers. the aim is to let her go another 10 days so i can chop same time as my other plant. buds are looking amazing. 100 times better than my last grow theyre so dense and sticky. smells of candy with a chocolatey skunk tone to it

Was another good week, had mostly sun and only two days of rain, one of them being today. No vertical growth again this week but she is really filling in. Back on nutrients 3 days a week but cut water back to 6L in morning and an extra 4L in afternoon (only when very hot and soil dries faster). Did a good defoliation on day 2 of the week, removed any branches growing inwards and cleaned up all around. No shock next day and by end of week almost filled back in again. Will give it time to grow through net but for sure 1-2 more defoliation in the future. Gotta keep good airflow through the middle to avoid problems down the road. So originally I had planned on just using the garden stakes, but that's just not going to cut it so McGivered a good support system. 2x2x12 screwed into the corners of the skids (fit perfectly in existing holes) and horizontal supports to strengthen it up. Netting around and two rows up near the top. Ready to take on the weight that this girl is going to put on. I would think that should start flower in next week? 🤞 end of July but they're still getting 12hours direct sun + 3-4 hours a day of sun filtered through tree canopy. If she don't start soon it's gonna be a late finish!

Have Big Gas Puff on my Behalf! 👽 Declaring on September the First, Im Setting officialy the photopheriod as 20/04 hours resting too, they start in midnight as they will help to provide an ideal temperature at night, and thats the reason why stick with covering most of the day yet respecting some time off the grid, as for both mary jane plant processes like foliar feeding or the transplant depicted below and electronics used requires a bit of resting as lifespam testing and recomendations tend to stick on ‘calm your tits homie’ even on autoflowering scenarios, last consideration is the electricity bill as can become bothersome in some countries too. Moving on plant growth , I personally consider up to this date , a healthy growth even when i changed the substrate it has quite a possitive impact and that’s on having a number of survivors above the mínimum of plants i want to be spread each on 11 lt of ’ Organic Life Light Mix’ for the most oustanding Killer Kush FV, by using the growth vigor & not stressed AF criteria , as it’s always good to do backups in case i had a strong damping-off or like a bad germination scenario. Notice the quirk of ‘Pot on Pot’ made the transplant a bit easier, and how can make some small upgrades if added in your grow , if its on your market and fits your style as well. Regarding to feeding, new transplant soil was watered with Hesi boost, Top candy and BAC Calmag’s 2.0 (I chose this Brand specifically as it present other useful micronutrients on its composition ), as they first ones show to have quite a stimulant and refreshing effect on the babies, considering the size of more than decent root samples took before being moved on their final containers. This experience also introduced me the carencies i must attend usually on these type of soils, who also i do consider that being this deal of too light substrate, is a deal of a trade off too , like, im saying this this Organic Life Light Mix it’s not a bad product at all but consider is way more needy unlike traditional soils or even fuck, this shit is more airy than other light soils compositions hhahah, so, final words here, like at the same time the speed gained plus not a total damping off on germination phase & good interaction with fertilizers i use as plant interaction shows quite a good evolution, specially being keen on carencies and disbalances are faster to present and faster to attend , it requires more handling specially on feeding like all shit that is making this grow go at super fast speed , as i took some pics of root mass and it’s development shows it’s quite advanced yet on the optimal point to transplant. PS: I will stay with the non finalists , the more pansy Killer Kush aren’t totally discarded as the point of having backups to have a better coverage regarding to uncertainity of germination and the fact that still fuck up things and shit my pants in the near future, as usual, im a shitty grower if not noticed ! 😂😂😂. A great week. Included a diagram so you can better tell which plant is which. I will be changing that up come flower to better fit the plants so I'll label them later as well. Gonna flip to flower I believe to try and save space. Gonna be tight but wasn't planning that this time. Have to do a lot of training still. Haven't gotten to it due to being so busy with life. I got some BT var israelensis or something close to that for the fungus gnats thanks to @resimax and will test that. Lastly, you might catch a glance at the upcoming diary...

Day 15 fed enhancer

2018-04-10 Day 1 I gave the girls water and nutrients yesterday so nothing to drink today. Turned them 90 degrees today, to give my girls as much lightexposure as possible. The flowers get bigger and bigger for each day, Overall the ladies look really good, the colors are very nice, they look healthy. Somehow the photos of nr1 got lost, very strange, but great pics of nr2. Also added videos of them both. Power Plant XL nr 1 is 67 cm Power Plant XL nr 2 is 68 cm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Strain information Genetics for the famous Power Plant were captured by a group of Dutch growers on a trip to South Africa, back in the 90’s. They managed to breed a strain that was soon a popular choice in coffee shops of the Netherlands, most likely due to the soaring and intense Sativa high. Day 75 Gorilla Glue Auto This week I watched the gorilla glue auto gain weight, I continued with the Defoliation and took 1.5 L of water and nutrients every two days. See you next week

I’m using KIS organic a soil with fermented inputs and water soluble calcium, I’m using a KNF bloom and FPJ for nitrogen, and aloe for vitamins, and humic and amino acids. NO chemical fertilizers

D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

Everything is going well. Thought she would be a bit further on by now but she’s still tiny, hoping she takes a growth spurt soon.

Not much to be said for this lady. Her calmag issue seems to be still present and I'm suspecting lockout. She's on pHd water and calmag for now. Her aroma is amazing. So minty but cheesy at the same time. Amazing. She is fattening up good regardless of any issues. Not long to go for this girl!

The time is quickly approaching, when these three girls will be harvested and whole-plant dried for like 2 weeks or so. I believe I will be harvesting this coming weekend after I check the maturity of the trichomes. I'm hoping that Big Lemon produces at least 2 LBS of dried flowers.
