They are going slow but steady. Holding back on watering to help fight the gnats. They were with too many last week. Some yellow points because of an 'on the limit' foliar feed. Nothing to worry about. Still very lush greens. I'm thinking the main reason for their slower growth, is the fan that is on high. My mission from the start s to get thick stalks and branches, to facilitate larger buds. Also, I'm pushing the SP 3000 to its max for the age of my plants, they don't have to reach for the light, resulting in shorter, bushier plants. I don't mind, I think the flowering stretch will make up for that and fill the tent. Still very happy with the SP-3000 from Mars Hydro, a much more constant and manageable climate in the tent, a dream to work with. I made a thank you video for @MarsHydroLED, of course, to also show off my music. I'm thinking one or two more weeks before resetting the light schedule for flowering. June 24: decided to tie down more branches and also the smaller plant that had lost its root as a baby but kept going. With tie down it’s starting to look like a single plant. It’s also starting to flower after 8 weeks of slowish vegetative growth, and this is likely due to the overnight temperatures. It has been a cool and wet June here. June 27: this plant is doing great and it is really responding well to the tie down. I always figured this was more an indoor technique but it certainly is working great outdoor on this auto White Widow. I love growing weed. Endless variations and techniques to be applied.

Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful Apple Betty ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 - I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the stems close to the base, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM…my mix is Promix HP with about 20% worm castings added to it. This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development by adding all kinds of interconnected webbing and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ x2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. Day 84 from seed Each auto is in different flowering weeks So post is sorta confusing as my first diary Sorry! Everything seems to be doing good. Just been feeding water since last update. I will have new lights soon 4800 evo from mars hydro 2024 version planning to harvest the GDP before switching the lights out. Day 87 swapped the light to the mars hydro 4800 evo 2024 model running 40-50 percent 12-20 inch from cannopies adjusting them slowly to new light and much higher pffd than before

Not a lot happening, just filling out rectangles in the scrog net. Need smaller rectangles, these are 15cm...

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----prior 4 weeks updates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - Thermo/Hygro meter

Welcome growers And also the week n°3 of veg. is finished for this young AYAHUASCA PURPLE 😈 She is the little girl of the garden, but in terms of health and growing vigor she is no less than the other girls 🌿 About five days ago I have transplanted into a 3l plastic pot.. Usually my choice of pot is the smartpot or the airpot 💯 Since the aeration of the substrate will be less than in my usual growing style, due to the choice of the pot, I have chosen to use a greater quantity of coco coir in the substrate.. I have mixed around 50% of light-mix soil (Canna professional and Biobizz), a 30% of coco coir (Atami), 10% worm-cast or humus (Atami) and around a 5% perlite wich it's already present in the light -mix.. I have also put a few micorizzae (Micosat F), like 10 grams, in direct contact with the roots and around 4 grams of Microlife (Bionova) in pellet form I will use this last one also for making an areated Tea, but during flowering.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Root-Juice (Biobizz) and Rizostimo (Biomagno) for the last time, plus a little bit of silicium (Bionova) and then Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) {This last two i have used in a foliar spray solution} Simply a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 About the lights 💡 I currently using for the first time, two Mars-Hydro SP3000, running at 25% of the power for now.. Next week im going to increase at least to 50% ⬆️ Onestly this lights looks pretty solid, definetly intense, with a spectrum really close ro the sun light One of the cool things about it it's that you can connected each one toghter with a cable and so you can controll the intensity of the lights very easy, in a precis way 👌 We will see in this months how they works And that's pretty much everything..
