She's going stronger. Now she's in flower it looks like she'll be finishing veg smaller than hoped for but will still have good few bud sites. Week 3 of flower So we had a power outtage due to a storm that came through. Lost power from 10a-6p which is most of my day cycle. So there is that. The plants looks really well. Noticed a bit of spotting so I added some cal/mag with my last watering. Buds are hella frosty you can definitely see the Banana Butter cups coming through. (12/2-12/9, days 35 to 41) Hope everyone enjoys the pictures. I will try to add a video and black back or cover pics by end of week every week. Week 4 Notes & Observations: Plant 1 is doing great, not much to worry about with it's last topping or HST breakage. Plant 2 however is showing severe damage to what is supposed to be a mainlined support for half of the plant. I am considering taking it completely off as the growth is very slow on that side now and I will have to add mostly permanent supports to it should it fully recover. I'll make my decision by the end of the week when I plan to top again. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 70- 75F daytime and 66-71F overnight. Im adjusting my lights and look to control them at ~400ppfd max. Meaning slight increase over last week but mostly just growth increase. Feed & Monitor: ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5.*** (last feed was day 34) Testing something new with this set of plants. I decided to 'starve' the plants while topping/training. No longer than 12 days, but a long time before next feed. The idea being that I want them to grow roots out to find water and then when I feed, I can do it in a deep large feed allowing/forcing more of what she needs into growth rather than recovery. Just a theory for now, but that's what I decided. If I see any signs of wilting or water stress I will cancel the test.

Trotzdem arbeitet sie unbeirrt weiter an ihren XXL-Buds und legt Woche für Woche an Blütenmasse zu. Die Strawberry AK bleibt der ruhige Vermittler zwischen den Extremen und zieht ihr Programm ohne großes Drama durch. Sie entwickelt ihre Blüten kontinuierlich weiter und hält sich dabei angenehm aus jeder Diskussion heraus. Die Chicken & Waffles hingegen steht weiterhin tiefgrün im Zelt und wirkt, als würde sie sich über das ganze Klima-Chaos der letzten Woche eher amüsieren. Frech grinst sie in die Kamera, als hätte sie von all den Schwankungen überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. Während die anderen beiden hier und da kleine Spuren der wechselnden Bedingungen zeigen, macht sie einfach stoisch ihr Ding und sieht dabei aus, als wäre alles exakt nach Plan gelaufen. 😄?🌱 Auch beim Klima gibt es Neuigkeiten: Der lange erwartete Luftentfeuchter ist endlich angekommen und wurde direkt ins Setup integriert. Nach den feuchten Wochen zuletzt war es höchste Zeit für Verstärkung. Ob er am Ende der erhoffte Gamechanger wird, muss sich allerdings erst noch zeigen. Her colas are growing longer and more spear-shaped, appearing noticeably less uniform than those of her two competitors. Fruit Bomb Punch is somewhat the wild child of the field and makes it most obvious that she enjoys a hearty breakfast. As the hungriest plant in the grow, she also carries the most visible marks of the constantly changing conditions. Nevertheless, she keeps pushing forward, working relentlessly on her XXL buds and adding more flower mass week after week. Strawberry AK remains the calm mediator between the extremes. She quietly goes about her business, steadily developing her flowers without creating much drama along the way. Chicken & Waffles, on the other hand, is still standing deep green in the tent and looks as if she's rather amused by all the climate chaos of the past week. She keeps grinning cheekily at the camera as though she hasn't noticed any of the fluctuations at all. While the other two occasionally show small signs of the changing conditions, she simply carries on as if everything is going exactly according to plan. 😄?🌱 There is also some news on the environmental front: the long-awaited dehumidifier has finally arrived and has been integrated into the setup. After the persistently humid weeks, reinforcements were long overdue. Whether it will turn out to be the game changer I'm hoping for remains to be seen. For now, it's time to observe, collect data and see what the newest member of the team can actually bring to the table. Even though conditions haven't always been ideal lately, all three ladies are looking better than one might expect after a week of weather-related ups and downs. The buds keep stacking, resin production is visibly increasing, and opening the tent now comes with a proper wall of terpenes. 🍓💥?🌱

- Week 6 - ----- Day 36 ----- No feeding today as it was tomorrow so nutrient line up isn't up yet. I'll do that tomorrow. Ladies are perfect, I can't wait. less than 30 days away. ----- Day 37 ----- Today is feeding but back left is behind the other 3 again, gave the other 3 500ml of tap water (10ppm) to prevent turgor pressure loss while back left dries up. Should be feeding in 3-4 hours. 23L 1100-1500ppm (new feeding, so ppm end is not known atm) 6.4 pH Plants are insane, big Bertha has become middle Bertha as the other stems have fattened up quickly. Speaking of which plants are in bulk period, 3~ weeks left so it's an exciting time to watch them fatten up. **UPDATE** Fed at 1000ppm 23L 6.4pH The removal of FloraNova Bloom, and letting the chelated Diamond Nectar go to work on the molasses brings down the "accountable" parts by the machine I use. 1000ppm is full strength on all fertilizers being used. I might add more molassses in the future and bring it up to 2ml/L, and maybe a smidge of epsom salts next feeding via foliar or direct feeding after I do some research. No more KoolBloom liquid, KoolBloom powder begins and she's a strong one. ----- Day 38 ----- Yesterday back left plant has me unnecessarily anxious. It didn't need watering till 2 hours before lights off. What I did is fed the other 3 90% of the feeding, and only gave back left 10% (closed the irrigation heads till the end of feeding). I'm HOPING it was the plant transitioning from pre-bulk flower to bulk-flower stage, and maybe it slowed down photosynthesis to concentrate on hormonal changes. I dont know I'm anxious and just talkin out loud. I'll know within 72 hours if there's a major issue with back left. Plant looks fine, i'm just paranoid. Pictures later today around mid light cycle. Buds are getting insanely fat. **Update** Was bored. Here's some wicked shots. Still 25-27~ days left and its big bulk time. Can't wait to see them at the end. ----- Day 39 ----- Everything is great. Feeding late tonight or potentially tomorrow depending on back left plant. I want to make sure bottom center of the root zone has dried out and doesn't begin to mold before I water again. This will also help prevent fungus gnats in the soil. I'll keep the other 3 away from turgor pressure loss, but they got 90% of the feeding last time so I expect them to dry by the time back left is. *** Update *** Now the other 3 plants who were faster on water intake than back left yesterday have slowed down. Weed growing knowledge at a Horticultural greenhouse scientific repeatable level is pure fucking garbage. I have 6~ books and checked dozens of sites and there was major conflicting info on water intake. That's the problem with cannabis, it was illegal for so damn long horticulture practices and knowledge never molded or were used in the process and now it's anyone's fucking guess as to who is telling truth or is spouting bullshit bro-science. Don't even get me started on names. What a stupid god damn naming system "counter-culture" created... I'm growing wedding cake.. WEDDING CAKE? Wtf. That's stupid as shit. Give weed botanical Latin names based on appearance and technical factors PLEASE!!!!!! If I could name this plant it would be (Cannibas v. hybrid 'multa-magnum-fragum-gemmae-dulcis') why? It's due to it being a; Cannabis plant, hybrid variety 'multiple big bud strawberry candy' showing off multiple long bud stems smelling of candy, Is that more convoluted and arrogant than Wedding cake? YES, it is. Is it better? YES fuck your stupid wedding cake name. That's dumb. And you should feel bad. Still want to argue? Name it Cannabis v. Hybrid 'crustulam nuptias' THERE! Wedding cake. fuuuck! 99.99% of plant names are Latin. Anyways... back to the point... I hypothesize that there is a secondary transition portion of flower where the plant (like in stretch transition) pauses its growth to move the hormone and nutrient production to other sources. This secondary pause happens JUST before bulk session begins. This hypothesis states roughly that up until final big bulk period (last 3-4 weeks), fan leaves and sugar leaves could still be produced by the plant during a "predator" or "high weather event" situation that would cripple the plants photosynthesis for final bud/seeding production during early to mid stage flowering. Once the plant has reached adequate nutrient reserves or some other time or light cycle based trigger, it removes the hormonal/internal production/ability of sugar/fan leaves still being potentially produced out of the internode stem cells and fully stops that ability and concentrates 100% of growth on bud structure and protection of bud structures through THC/CBA/CBC/CBD etc. (Im a little tipsy, can't spell cannabinoid leave me alone...) production. Tonight I will at 30 minutes before lights off be judging the water requirements during sleep of each plant to prevent turgor pressure loss, and to allow each plant to finish this transition and get back to major water intake by feeding tomorrow morning. It's insanely obvious somethings changed. I Was worried that leaving back left plant with stagnant water in the bottom saucer (pot doesn't sit directly in the water but is 3 inches above it) had released mold spores and started destroying the root mass of the back left plant but: 1) No obvious plant death signs, weakness or other aspects of it being a slow death from bottom up. 2) The other plants did the same damn thing within 48 hours.... and the back left plant is by far the largest and gets the most "light" due to its size hence it would most likely (HYPOTHESIS) finish its secondary cycle a bit faster due to just volume and weight. Listen i'm not gonna say this is all 100% correct knowledge, It's based off feeling and "knowing" plant cycles as a greenhouse certified Horticultural Technician. Repeated efforts to grow and replicating situations that created these things over and over is the real proof and will come in time. One major benefit is the fact I WILL be re-flowering these for the VERY LEAST 3 full flowering cycles as long as they don't die during flower to veg transition. I will be getting them THC tested EVERY SINGLE flower cycle to prove without a doubt the "maximum maturity" possible of a weed plant re-veg flower cycling, just like how we know by the 5th or 6th successive clone, the DNA will deteriorate and the grow will be stunted or a lesser bud high and yield. God I fucking ramble when I'm bored and tipsy. ----- Day 40 ----- Fed at 1350ppm 6.3pH 23L Plants are doing great. **Update** Little fun video from mid light cycle. Roughly 20-25 days left. Will finish at 30% amber 70% cloudy and will cut branch by branch as they are done, not in a rush to do 1 single cut and will let them survive to re-veg easier and less stressful. ----- Day 41 ----- Easy day. Tropicanna Glookies tips on back right are beginning to darken and become purple. I am hoping this whole plant turns purple in last 2-3 weeks. Canna PK 13/14: 20ml. Still trucking along. I had my lights turned up a bit high, I've turned them down a few days ago and all the plants seemed to enjoy it.

Added hi yield mag sulfate due to nitrogen deficiency. Immediately got better Moved light up as high as possible Starting to have to think about a slight smell issue. I don’t have the luxury of a window to blow exhaust out of a window so I assume that’s my issue even though I have a carbon filter and whatnot.

81th TOTAL GROW DAY, 40th BLOOMING DAY: Flushed suddenly down to 0,4, alternating with pure RO water, 0,03 or so. Dealing with a hot summer can't keep lower temps, sure there'd be more colours if temps were decreasing... But no complains at all, it's a fruity- skunky breath in the air.

Hello Everyone, I didn't felt like updating last week, sorry for that. It was like 25 to 30 degrees celcius for the last time this summer. I enjoyed the beach, bars and restaurants. The plants had a good sunny week as well. Photos for this week are made at the end of week 5 of flowering. 3 of 6 plants are ready for harvest. Somehow it didn't suprised me, the plants stayed small and developed fast. I was thinking about a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks but those 3 only needed 5. Why? Well they didn't drink that fast anymore, pots stayed heavy for a long time, all the Pistils on the buds started to get brown and the thc was looking milky and the buds are full with it. Gues i will keep flowering the other 3 for 1 or 2 weeks. Lets see how it goes. I did run out of PK 13-14 last week and Green sensation at the end of this week, So a kind of good timing. I will just increase the base nutrients a little bit to compensate it. I know many growers just growing with base nutes and get good harvests as well lol. As long as the 3 remaining plants like to drink their feedings fast and the Pistils stay white, I will keep giving them nutes for another 1-2 weeks. When they start to struggle I will start flushing. Until next week!

26.12.24: These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3. They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies. I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Ernte nach 64Tagen. Für den falschen ph wert ganz akzeptabel. Auch erst mein 1ter richtiger grow. Hat spaß gemacht. Nächstes mal wird einiges besser. Wenn die blpten fertig sind gibts noch mehr bilder.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ Nice and easy, liking to grow this girls, they are vigorous and i already can see white roots at the bottom of my 15l pots, so they rooted very well. Training wise, just some FIMing in the two girls. Had an issue with the humidifier forgot to turn off and almost burnt my LED, as the humidity raised to 99%, like growing underwater lol... ------SM.BLUEBERRY COMMENT------ FIMimg did not have a good effect on this girl, topping would be better, so basically I'm not seen a lot of branching out for now.

22/11/2021 all plants are doing well with some clearly larger than others. they have taken well to the root juice and the bio heaven and will continue root juice in the first week. Light is at 50% brightness. 26/11/2021 - masses of leaves - plants have taken to the pots well - slight bending issue with one where it was stretching for the light but it is now propped with sticks so hopefully will straighten out. All plants look set to be nice and tall.

Last week of flower. Flushing plants this week with 150 to 200ml water ph 7.0 to 8.0each day Day 76 plants are pretty much ready for harvest. Buds have fattened up a abit. Day 77. Alot more orange hairs. Buds fattening up still by a little. Plenty of milky trichomes. Harder to spot orange trichomes but can see them.
