No signs of flowering yet, maybe slight formation of calxys beginning. Been spraying with molasses, neem, cal mag and liquid kelp (bioweed) and superthrive just once to hopefully delay flowering to increase yield. P.S. if youre new at growing DO NOT try this unless you know what your doing with hormones etc. Theres a chance it can turn your girls hermie. Just be aware!

This has been one of the easiest grows I had so far. The feeding was the key. Amending with a ‘Grow’ amendment(rich in Nitrogen) and supplement with Bloom liquid nutrients. Watering as often as possible and using RO water. Even though I had a pest invasion the girls did great.

The plant mulch is an exclusive mixture of harped mulch, nutrient-rich natural fertiliser, hill sand and long-term matured compost. The mixture provides a porous and airy structure, which ensures that both water and nutrients are easily accessible to the plant's roots. Stay tuned and Keep it green 😎

16.4.25: I have retied the fabric ties again, as they're growing like crazy. Trying to open up the plant, to grow out as well as up. This will also create new colas. At this stage, I'm trying not to over fertilise like I did with the last grow. Focusing on Cal-Mag amino acids and Mega Crop Part A. The medium is my custom super soil, which is already fertilised with Ecothrive dry amendments. So I could just add water. However, as we've already run into deficiency, that would be careless. I find it easy to keep an eye on the plants and carefully inspect them daily to act quickly when issues arise. Learning how to determine the issue is what I'm still learning, which is the hard part 😅 It's all fun though, and I'm really enjoying this grow with all the toppings and FIMs. So far so good! 23.4.25: I hope everyone had a great 420! Fastbuds Mystery seed #1 is doing well, she has stayed bushier relative to the RQS Northern Lights, also there has not been so much growth. The bud sites are developing well and have tight internodal spacing. I'm determining when to relax the LST as we are now in the beginning of week 3 flower. I do have height. However, I'd like to keep it reasonable. You never know when they will stop growing. I'm not really adjusting any ties since the last time. I have also noticed that there are signs of Nitrogen excess. Instead of Mega Crop Part A and Cal-Mag amino acids, I will use Bud explosion PK booster with the Cal-Mag. This will make the N5 the only Nitrogen being given. It still may be too much, but will monitor closely to see the effect this change will make, if any. Balancing the nutrients is very important for me to learn, and it's going to be an ongoing process. I watered today with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients: ♡ 1/2 Tsp of Bud Explosion PK booster by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients 23.4.25: Plant seemed to be drinking heavily, so I watered again with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with;- ♡ 2.5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients, and ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 1/8 tsp. Here we are in what it will be the final week... I am now at day 61 and I'm considering to cut at the end of this current week... in 2 days basically... I recently bought a scope that allows me to check the trichomes and I can see all milky ones, I also posted some videos of it, please guys let me know your thoughts... Beside this buds are hard like rocks and smell still pretty intense and I cannot wait to taste this short but bulky phenotype. I decided to give her few more days, so next week will be chopping her, this mostly cause I watered her last time on Day 61 and now I am basically just waiting for the soil to be dry. I count to put her in the dark for 48 hours at Day 65 and finally chop her at day 67, I cannot wait to update you for the harvesting part. Deep Forrest auto is growing great. She is producing more pistils, and starting to stretch. I have been switching her feed to the blooming nutrition. She has been growing really strong. Semana 8 acho que a planta teve. Um leve ouverfert e com isso caiu o Ph segurei um pouco na nutrição e aumentei o Ph da Rega

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) Still cruising, everything has been running very smoothly and the smell is just undoubtedly off the charts. The ladies are showing off some colour and are fading naturally bringing out hues of orange and purple. I also noticed that the leaves and buds closest to the lights are showing significantly more colour that the ones that are further away. The colas are also getting heavy and there are some side colas that are hanging and needed to be reinforced to keep them upright. (This is a good thing obviously) I know I said I would start the flush (not giving any more nutrients/top-ups) but I decided to give them a small dose of Boom Bloom just to give the ladies that final boost. I boosted them in the middle of the week and the flush has begun after that. Only water from now until harvest. Pest Report: None Smell Report: HEAVEN

14-05-2021 (DAY 59) Se realizó el cambio de solución. Las plantas vienen espléndidas y con el Safe roots de Hydrotek ya no tuve mas problemas de raíces. Está entrando la flora mas potente y formándose los Buds.

A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

These 6 slurricane are set up to be some frosty MFr's. 4 phenos, im hoping at least one of em is the frostiest nug ive ever seen, cuz thats what the marketing told me. A smaller stature plant than some of the others, but one of em is just a fkn mutant. The growth in the coco/perlite hempy's is astounding, right up there with DWC. Many of these girls have outgrown their mother which resides in 5 gallons of soilless. Loving the node structure and red stems on this plant. F11 and all is good. Environment on point, smell in check, and visiting the garden only 3 times a week. Stay tuned for some monster nuggies!!!

Platinum Gelato by In House Genetics Harvested in 2021 This is a partial diary. The "week" is relative to 12/12 light schedule. So, "week 5" is 35 nights of flower and not the 5th week of the grow unlike all of my other diaries. By far the frostiest strain I've ever grown. Not a whole lot of flavor, but certainly didn't taste bad, either. If forced to describe, maybe vanilla/creamy flavored. This one looked sexier, but Garlic Storm was better.
