She still won't stop stretching. I went and it down into my main grow room and set up an improvised grow corner. Another light that give less blue light and more space allowing to hang the light in a higher position.

2nd Time Around "I WANT CANDY" grew 4 inches this week and is very bushy. @DivineSeeds website says that Auto Candy will have thick growth on the sides of her plants and I can attest that it is true. I tried to take a couple of pictures that showed how thick she is. It rained a little this week, so I only fed her a couple of times. I can't wait for her to start flowering and smell her melted sugar aroma. As always, Let's chat it up! See ya next week.

This week I tried out amino boost to see how it would affect the size and density of the buds. I am quite impressed by the turnaround time of efficiency...Just 2 days after the feed, the buds looking alot more frosty 😀..Getting thick too..

Unfortunately, the plants have numerous leaves which look unhealthy (discolored, droopy, crispy/decayed). I removed the 3-4 worst looking leaves from each plant every other day, although I know that can be harmful to autos. Started adding in "Sensi Cal" this week to hopefully rebound from potential mineral deficiencies. Still using Recharge microbes once a week. Nutrients are now being administered accurately and at 1/4 the recommended level. Despite the unhealthy state of the plants, the pre-flowering bud sites look pretty good to me. I'm happy to see healthy looking pistils. Needless to say, I'm very eager to get these girls back on track and looking vibrant and verdant ASAP.

Responden muy bien al training, y están teniendo mejor forma. Solo he tenido un problema con una que tiene las raíces un poco marrón y las estoy tratando con peroxido de hidrógeno ya que no tengo hidroguard porque no lo venden en este país :(. Aún no se cuanto tiempo darle más de vege acepto consejos!

Loved growing this beauty she smelled amazing the whole way through. I wish I got more off her but hey I’ll get em next time. This strain isn’t too potent but you feel a nice calming relaxing wave and a gentle soothing high after your first hit. I feel as if there might be a higher amount of CBD in this girl because of that. At the end of the day it get my lady and I high and I’m all good with y’all thank you again for checking on my grows hope y’all stay around 👏

Some of the buds/ leafs were starting to turn brown. It seems like it was a bit past it's prime, I harvested on day 60 of flower. The strain was 56-63 days Jack Herer by pHenos Nursery. The trichoms looked ready, I did have some issues that I've noted in previous weeks but it smells amazing and I can't wait for it to finish drying and curing!

Well there's been so much growth in this week compared to last week! I am struggling with the little bit of nitrogen toxicity on one of my plants. I was going to send these plants to flower at the end of next week but I have to go out of town for two weeks. When I get back I will send the girls the flower. Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. Grow is going well. Continue to struggle with cal mag deficiency. Simply can't give them enough cal mag. The smell is getting very strong. I think I am going to transfer the amnesia auto into a seperate container as it's developing much faster. This would mean taking down the make shift scrog net. Would appreciate input. Happy growing!

Well unfortunatly due some technical issue on GD's side my pictures and videos arent uploading right so sorry for that. All plants seem to be adjusting fine and i took a cut (when topping) of the top right grape & cream cause she handled everything like a champ so far where the others had some difficulties. We'll see if that holds up come harvest time but maybe a cross between that pheno and a seedsister might be viable. Still just water. I did adjust the blumats to dry up a little more and the plants are taking that for the better. Continuing to use nutrients from 9 days ago. Mostly added back water to the tank to reduce the EC, as it was too high in my opinion. Going to try and milk another week out of the nutrients in the tank at the moment, as there are no obvious signs of deficiencies to note. As you can see, I have opted not to defoliate at all for this grow. So far I have only cut off two leaves just so I can get to my filler cap easily. I am doing a little supercropping here and there to level up the canopy. In just over a week they have grown from 51 cm to 93 cm. So a good 80% increase in height. An average of 2 inches of growth per day. If they grow similarly to my last crop, they should have just under 2 weeks stretching left to do. Happy new year!
