Week 12: Pineapple Poison - Flower Power & A Towering Princess Emerges! Yo growmies! Flowering watch is officially over, and guess what? The Pineapple Poison is throwing a bud party! We spotted the first signs last week - tiny white hairs like a shy hello from the flowering fairies. This week, those hairs are getting bolder, multiplying like rabbits in a magic hat! Flower power, activate! The excitement doesn't stop there. This girl is on a vertical vacation, stretching another 17cm to a whopping 155cm! That's right, she's practically taller than my 12-year-old at this point! Speaking of growth spurts, we've been blessed with a sunshine and rain tag team this week, and the Pineapple Poison is loving it. New shoots and leaves are popping up like popcorn kernels, which is why I did a little more mainlining magic. Gotta keep those popcorn nugs at bay and focus on the main event: frost-covered colas the size of pineapples! (Okay, maybe not that big, but you get the picture.) Now, the burning question: support systems. Anyone got tips on how to keep this towering beauty from toppling over? Comments are open, growmies, because this girl might need a trellis or some kind of ganja-gardening Eiffel Tower to support her future weight! Je n'ai pas effectué de defoliation Je suis passé à de l'engrais en mode pré-floraison jusqu'à arrêt de l'étirement auquel cas je passerai en l'engraissement en floraison pure. À présent, je vais les laisser tranquilles et croiser les doigts pour que la préfloraison au 19e jour ne soit pas suivie de petits ennuis avec des plants de petites tailles 🙏🤞 🌱

Another week of epic growth: the Haze sisters put on 20cm, and their myriad buds grew considerably, though I worry that I have allowed far too many buds to form - each plant has several dozen, which I suspect may stunt their growth?

Strawberry Amnesia is growing well. I have defoliated her and lollipopped her some today. I switched her light time today for flowering. I will do a solution change on her next update. Everything is looking good. All plants are doing great, we did decide to flush and PH runoff, everything looks good..The Gorilla are a lighter shade than the rest (a little hard to see under the lights) after some reading we learned this is a genetic trait and our attempts to get them a shade darker has resulted in a few burnt tips so we've backed off on the addition nitrogen and are now sticking to out typical flower feeding schedules. These buds are insanely frosty with 2-3 more weeks to go, they look almost furry to the touch.. i'm already convinced this Seedsman Peyote crosses are going to make some of the best tincture we've had in a while! We'll probably cut all nutrients at the end of this week and let them finish on what's already present in the media.. trichomes are roughly 70% clear (30% cloudy) atm and we'll check again early next week! The others are looking OK. I may have seen first pistils... The heights are : afghani #1 - 22.0 cm (+3.0) sensi skunk - 18.5 cm (+1.0) hindu kush - 18.5 cm (+2.0) shiva skunk - 11.0 cm (-0.5) 2024/01/24 : spayed with Foliar Spray from B.A.C. last night, don't know if it was OK for shiva skunk, we'll see. 3 others are preflowering without a doubt now. afghani #1 - 24.0 cm (+2.0) sensi skunk - 20.0 cm (+1.5) hindu kush - 21.0 cm (+2.5) shiva skunk - 11.5 cm (+0.5) 2024/01/25 : shiva skunk is struggling but it's not done yet. 📋 Nach 16 Wochen Gesamtlaufzeit ist heute der Tag der Ernte für die Mimosa x Orange Punch von Barneys Farm gekommen. Die Pflanzen stehen voll im Harz und haben ihr biologisches Ziel erreicht. Ich beende den Run punktgenau und bereite alles für die Trocknung vor. Die Genetik hat über die gesamte Zeit eine beeindruckende Stabilität gezeigt und liefert jetzt zum Abschluss genau das optische Bild, das man von einer Top-Sorte erwartet. 🌡️ Die klimatischen Bedingungen in der Zielgeraden waren stabil und auf den Punkt. Der CO2-Wert lag im Schnitt bei 736 ppm, was den Pflanzen geholfen hat, die Blütenmasse bis zum letzten Tag kompakt zu halten. Maßnahmen gab es diese Woche außer der Kontrolle der Werte keine mehr, die Pflanzen haben nur noch ihr restliches Wasser verbraucht. 📸 Ein Blick auf die Fotos zeigt den hervorragenden Zustand der Buds. Die Blütenstruktur ist extrem dicht und zeigt die typische kompakte Form mit leichten Ausstülpungen an den Spitzen. Die Harzproduktion ist massiv, die Trichome überziehen nicht nur die Blüten, sondern auch die Zuckerblätter wie eine dichte Schicht aus Puderzucker. Farblich hat die Pflanze ein wunderschönes Spektrum von tiefem Violett bis fast Schwarz in den Blättern entwickelt, was einen starken Kontrast zu den hellen, harzigen Blüten bildet. Die Stempel sind fast vollständig braun und zurückgezogen, was das Ende des Reifeprozesses markiert. In der Nahaufnahme sieht man, dass die Trichomköpfe perfekt milchig mit ersten bernsteinfarbenen Einschlägen sind. ✂️ Jetzt geht es in den Trockenraum. Die Buds sind beim Zerlegen extrem klebrig und verströmen ein schweres Aroma von Zitrusfrüchten und süßem Treibstoff. Die Dichte der Blüten ist beeindruckend, da gibt nichts nach, wenn man sie leicht zusammendrückt. Die nächsten Tage verbringen sie bei kühlen Temperaturen und kontrollierter Luftfeuchtigkeit, bevor es ans Curen geht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Harzbesatz und der allgemeinen Vitalität bis zum letzten Tag. Das Ergebnis im Glas wird sicher ein Genuss.

Decided I didn’t want to wait for the entire canopy to fill so I figured I’d do some lollipopping and one last vegetative feeding before flipping to flower in a few days after they have a couple days to stabilize after all the trimming I did today. In retrospect, looking at the before and after I may have gotten a little too heavy handed with the lollipopping and defoliation but you live and learn. The advice I got here like 3 weeks ago to back off the watering and let the soil dry out completely for like a week really helped the plant bounce back from the overwatering I was doing. Another lesson learned. Thanks again for all the experienced advice! The new growth leaves show none of the same issues the old ones were. I’m looking forward to flipping to flower and I love the fact that this is such a fast flowering strand!

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: Hi there! Here we go let's say half way. Plants are pretty these Original Sensible Seeds genetics are fantastic! The 2 OG and the Runtz Gum is very strechy. Black Ghost is pretty shorter bushier plant. Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG approx the same height Do-Si-Dos OG is taller a bit. Wedding Gelato is really cool little, bushy anf nice buds forming not problem with her all she is quiet. Do-Si-Dos OG has some deficiency and leaf gets dry but nothing very serious..... Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Day 65 : officially 1st day of flush . Changed the reservoir with fresh water and 1.2g/5 gallons of Yucca extract and 5ml/gallon of Cleanex from Botanicare . Day 68- I did some defoliate. Few more days until harvest.
