Day 55! Just shy of the 8 week mark, I reckon next week the Lemon cherries will be getting the 🔪 buds swollen out nice, still lots of white pistils and very clear trichomes, but with the way there developing I’ll have to keep a close eye.. gorillas starting to bulk up now, as always I’m looking forward to what this week brings, untill next time! 👊🏻

Very excited for my first grow! There are so many great resources online, I was encouraged to give this a try even though I was intimidated at first. The Kush Grow Kit put together a lot of the items which made it easy to get started. I added the grow tent and the fans and we're ready to grow. The kit recommended no nutrients for the first 2-3 weeks, so I'm waiting two weeks to add their vegetation nutrients. If anyone has a good reason to add them earlier, please comment! As far as light schedule, I was planning on doing 18 or 20 hours, but my buddy was like "what the heck?" let's just do 24/7. If anyone has a good reason to do less, please comment!

I got the purple pheno at last !! So glad actually... that it is actually changing colour and with so many more weeks left for it to continuously transition. Totally what I’m looking for in future breeding projects. Black amnesia haze fast: for its rooting and overall vigorous performance. Creating good yields each run And this one I’m still waiting to see how she goes! Way more grows in the future!

10/19: I fed today. Only one plant has any signs of deficiency..an Orange Sherbet that needs more Mg than everybody else. Serious stink now! Wow..gonna have to order another carbon filter.. I shot a little video of the soil remediation amendments I'm using these days. This will be the first time I use the Coast of Maine Lobster Compost. I usually use a different brand with added biochar and mycorrhizae, but I wanted to see what all the fuss is about the efficacy of lobster compost. Recipe: About 50 gallons of soil, previously flushed with TPS Liquidsoil to re-establish the microbial population. 1 cu ft - Coast of Maine lobster compost 15 lbs - Earthworm castings 4.5 lbs - Microgrow granular inoculant 4 lbs - Bokashi 4 lbs - Dr Earth Veggie, Tomato, and Herb organic fertilizer 2 lbs. - Nectar for the Gods - One Shot granular fertilizer 2 lbs - granular humic acid plus molasses 1/2 lb - texas greensand 1/2 lb - azomite 1/2 lb - dolomite 10/20: Halle Berry(Blackberry A) is getting soooo fat..maybe 20" in circumference! I spotted another couple of nanners on the Strawberry Pie and decided to leave them to do their thing..might be some very interesting hybrids as a result. It occurs to me that it's almost time to start germinating the next batch of beans...👍 10/23: Fed them and rotated the edge plants. Switched to Cha Ching. 10/24: Halle Berry is foxtailing a bit ever since I upped the wattage in the tiny tent. She's fading nicely..I'll probably flush her towards the end of next week. I started germinating the next batch of beans today, so I'm gonna need these bitches to hurry the fuck up now.. 10/26: Fed them and rearranged a little bit. I dialed back the ONE, increased CaMg and Sweet & Sticky. I flushed Halle Berry with 8 gallons of warm water and LiquidSoil. She's ripe, but I'll let her go another few days.

Aug 12: Ideally would have left this go for another week or two but pest pressure (aphids) meant it couldn't wait. Chopped. Easy and fun to grow variety with purple fan leaves developing about week 9. Buds remained mainly green with purplish hues. Nice plant structure and pretty decent coating of resin. Overall pleased with the outcome and would recommend to others who like a unique odor and reliable strain from FastBuds.

Day 40 from seed ( 3 in flower). To sat they had a slow start these BlackBerry are surging ahead now. Only # 2 seems to be smaller now. The pale # 3 is still gaining size with no signs of stopping at all, she has a lot of sites around her that need a pin down now they are long enough to reach pot edge.

2018-03-13 Week 11 Day 1 As I mentioned last week, the girls are growing like crazy since I changed to 600W HPS,and even though they haven't grown so much higher, they are definetly wider because of LST. My growroom is only about 1.8m2, so now the girls are so wide that there's not enough space for them to get wider, so now I will let them stretch. Nr 1 is 43 cm Nr 2 is 44 cm 2018-03-14 Day 2 I LST'd the girls one last time and also defoliated them mildly so all the tops get as much light as possible, hopefully increasing the yield in the end. I also turn the girls 1/4 lap every day to ensure that all sides of them get as much exposure to light as possible, it would've been great to have some kind of turntable that turns the girls 1 lap in 12 hours,, but until I find out a device that does just that,I'll keep on doing it manually. Added some videos for you to enjoy. 2018-03-18 Day 6 Watering the girls with 2l of plain water (pH 5.8), the soil were dry after 3 days since they got water and nutes. I want to release the remaining dry nutes buried in the soil. Some of the girls got burnt leaves but not from nutes, but from the hps-lamp, they've stretched so much so I raised the lamp about 10 cm, but now I'll keep an eye on the distance between the lamp and canopy, don't want them to get burnt again. I thought, i posted last week, but it seems like I did not click the save button, but luckily I did not delete last week’s images and videos, so I posted them and with the latest images and videos. I am honoured to be growing this strain, because my first attempt was gorilla glue but I lost it when I moved back to jozi from Limpopo… but here I am getting another stab at it, though it’s not GG#4, strains that contain the gorilla gene seem to be high THC strain, I am expecting couch potatoe high.

Überraschung der Woche: Die Permanent Marker zeigt eine erstaunlich dominante Indica-Struktur, kompakt, kräftig und mit ordentlich Selbstbewusstsein. Die Blätter sind groß, sattgrün und sehen so gesund aus, als hätten sie einen Fitnessvertrag abgeschlossen. Das Wachstum läuft rund, mit einem angenehm kurzen Nodienabstand, der schon jetzt Lust auf die nächsten Wochen macht. Insgesamt wirkt die Pflanze stabil und gut im Saft, keinerlei Zicken oder Stresssignale. Beim Beschneiden wurde es dann plötzlich sehr geruchsintensiv, ein erstes olfaktorisches Versprechen auf das, was noch kommt. Getoppt wurde sie ebenfalls, um die Energie etwas besser zu verteilen. Dabei haben wir gleich die untersten zwei Triebe entfernt, die ohnehin nur Zuschauer gewesen wären. Sehr starker Auftritt in Woche 3, diese Dame meint es ernst.

7/18 - Transplanted all three ladies into 3 gallon pots. As I did I sprinkled Oregonism XL (mycorrhizae) to the root ball to assist the roots in adhering happily to the soil. Then I watered with RO water and CalMag. 7/20 - Fed with liquid nutrients 7/22 - Started the brew on Terp Tea Grow. Gave all a light water and a foliar spray of Extreme Serene. 7/24 - Top dressed with Elemental (calcium supplement) and watered with the Terp Tea Grow. Both ladies are looking healthy and strong. They are full and vibrant. Will be flipping to flower at the end of next week! 7/25 - Check out Struggling Jack! She is the biggest one of all three! You would never guess she ever struggled. It's my opinion that the struggle actually made her stronger. Go Jack!
