Despite starting a week later than the others, Acapulco Gold filled the gap thanks to its natural genetic strength. Clear sativa structure, long-fingered leaves, slightly more spaced internodes, but with excellent reactivity to pruning. VPD: 1.2 EC solution: 1.45 mS/cm Daytime temperature: 28.3°C 💧 Fertigation: Uniform hydration on 40 L of BioBizz All-Mix substrate with pre-switch mycorrhizal treatment (Extreme Mykos + Carboload). Sensizym and Rhino Skin in metabolic support. 🧠 Notes: Some leaves show marginal yellowing, corrected with the calibrated insertion of Cal-Mag. The plant expands very homogeneously, ready to receive active floral stimulators starting from mid-week. 🔧 Objective: control of the stretch, shade management in the lower part with direct ventilation and completion of the last 10% of the SCROG network.

Leve picancia e nada doce.

Moved to cropsalt bloom and work casting this week

We grew two plants of Zamnesia Seeds' Alien OG and chose to manage them completely differently, precisely to observe the differences between the two plants. This first plant was left to grow without training or pruning, simply following its natural development. Next week, we'll share our experience with the second plant, which we mainlined. Just looking at this first Alien OG, you can tell it's a truly vigorous strain. The plant reached a remarkable size and proved very productive, developing long, very large colas, which are definitely one of the characteristics that impressed me most. Resin production was also good. The buds had a good amount of trichomes, and overall, the final result conveyed a good sense of quality. The interesting thing will be to compare this harvest with that of the second plant, grown mainlined: two plants of the same genetics, but with completely different management. It will be interesting to see how the technique influenced the structure, bud distribution, and final yield. Regarding this first Alien OG, the verdict is decidedly positive: **huge plant, excellent productivity, very long and abundant colas, and a good amount of resin**. A strain that, left to grow freely, has demonstrated all its vigor. Growth is clearly excellent thanks to a controlled PPFD. We're providing the right amount of light at every stage and are experiencing potency spikes thanks to Zamnesia. PPFD - We achieve a PPFD of 800 μmol/m²/s (shorter plants) up to approximately 1250 μmol/m²/s, using CO2 to reduce clade formation and high-intensity lighting. Measurements taken with Phantom Photobio https://photobio.com/ Lighting - The lamp used is the fantastic Zamnesia Phytonaut 480W LED, set at 85% to provide a good average PPFD for all plants, both those closer to 20 cm (1250 μmol/m²/s) and those around 40-50 cm (750-850 μmol/m²/s). The growth and vigor across all four plants continue to impress, filling out their canopy space with deep green, healthy foliage. Sunlight Optimization & Layout Adjustments With the sun tracking differently as we push deeper into August, maximizing every hour of direct light is critical. Today, the entire quartet was carefully rearranged on the deck. Shifting the positions of the 25-gallon containers ensures that the peripheral branches and lower growth get their fair share of unfiltered exposure, keeping the canopy uniform and preventing any shaded bottlenecks. Feeding & Nutrition: Sea Kelp Tonic Today marks an important milestone in the weekly feeding schedule: it is sea kelp tonic day. Applying this organic tonic provides a rich array of natural micronutrients, trace minerals, and beneficial growth hormones to support root vigor, enhance stress resistance, and fuel sustained vegetative health as the plants continue their upward push. Hello growers! Tonns of defoliation and branch management this week. I added 2nd pack of stretching wires I actually don't know how to manage THAT amount of branches Shall we count this stage as a flower or veg. Well, it's transitioning At the beginning of the week PPM was 1040, by the end it's 1700+ It's hard to maintain correct level, when we add water, not changing it, i wanted to add more bloom nutrients. And she dinks well now.
