Not much to say about this real first grow week’s start. Everything looks ok, steady growth at 40% light. I had to restart the control app a few times, therefore the broken graphs. At night times, the control software tries to attain optimum humidity rather than optimum VPD. That’s why VPD is dropping when the lights are out. CO2 is back to baseline – really wonder what the reliable values are … I found I have to silence the blowers when a timelapse photo is being taken. The shaking you see at the beginning of the grow video should not appear, or to a much less degree, in the future. Day 13 (July 30th) shows good, steady growth. Leaves are a bit spotty, although less then the processed images show. Something to be worried about? I would not currently … All are developing their 3rd nodes now. The controlling Raspberry Pi crashed last night when I tried to access it remotely … ;( – looks like the Connect software is in need of an update. The leaf temperature sensor is now really aimed at lady-to-be nr. 1’s leaves. Nothing to change that I see. I won’t cut the top yet, just watered the outer circle of the big pots slightly to encourage root growth. Day 14: Nice growth. First plant is now at 11 cm, and at 12 cm on day 15. Nothing special to report so far, except for I had to move the internal camera a bit upwards to keep little lady #1 in focus. Day 16 and last day of this week (Aug 2nd): The young ladies are now at about 14 cm tall. Growth looks very compact though. I think the two inside girls will lose their heads next week; I’d still prefer to have one or two more nodes available. Pictures of this day are taken at the end of the plants’ day. Notice their leaves are pointing upwards, which should be a sign that they want more light. I turned the lights up by another 20% for a total of 60 W now. Weather was pretty hot the last days so it wasn’t possible to stay in optimum VPD range but as long as growth is this satisfying I don’t mind. I will water them slightly at their next day start. Outside plant’s soil humidity might still be at around 58% officially, but drying starts at around 40% with this measurement and the sensors are placed quite closely to the stems so outer soil is dryer. I am preparing the plant water with some additions and a frequency imprint suing some Solfeggio and Schumann frequencies.

Day 28 Flowering: The bud building continues. FFT#8 Is so sad to look at now in comparison. she is budding but so small it will be a shock to get a joint from her .lol FFT#9 Is looking like a real contender for yield champion this run. Her long forming colas are so good to look at close up and so neatly packed in too. She has many long donkey's to fill out now and with 5 weeks left to run, I think she will do well. She is smelling nice and fruity with a hint of fuel too now and beginning to push trichrome production too. Still cannot place her strain yet but one i will certainly be doing again when I find out. FFT#10 Has some very thick colas forming up and plenty of sugar leaves to cover in her abundant trichs. She is a great producer of frost already and I am convinced she has some cookie or wedding cake in her parentage ?. Her darker colour and wider leaves show her Indica leaning before her wider noded structure does. she smells a dangerous earthy spicey aroma now and i think she will give the Fft#9 a run for yield too. She did respond to the gentler lst I did with keeping her 5th but it has meant she kept saying more vertical than wide and flat. not an issue i am pleased to find out and I coukd possibly use more height in the next run I do with the autos lined up to do. I had hoped Fastbuds would have responded with a request to run their genetics but time ran out waiting and I needed to plan so went with another breeders autos offered. It’s now showing pistils pretty well, and I got some critical peyote from Barney farms In a napkin right now There is a little burnt tip on fan leaves I think too much nitrogen since it’s in the big pot and the leaves are dark green. But looks good happy I picked the internodes during preflower too

Day 92: what’s happening guys! Week 14 is here. Temps have been okay and humidity has been okay. I’ve got the 400w hps set up and it’s dropped temps slightly and slightly raised humidity which is what I wanted. In my opinion she’s looking ready for the chop! I’m seeing plenty of cloudy trichomes and a few ambers and I’m going for less of a couch lock so I’m thinking around now she is ready. I started plain water 6 days ago and she’s recieved 2L,1L and then 1L again today. All leaves have started yellowing, I imagine this is the plant pulling the nitrogen from the leaves as there’s none at the roots. How much longer does she need to be fed plain water for before she is ready for the chop? Thanks! Stay safe and happy growing✌️🌱🍁 End of the day edit: I decided to harvest the majority of her. The bottoms just a bit under developed so I’ll leave it going a bit longer. After chopping and taking photos out of the hps light the nugs are looking a tinge purple although I can’t see it as strong with my eyes. Hopefully I’ll get a wet weight later so I can add it to the diary later on. Temp is around 24c and humidity is 45-55. How does that sound? I’ve got extractor at the top and a fan at the bottom. We’ll see how long it takes to dry, hoping to go for atleast 5 days. With the virus going around I’m really making use of what I have at home so hopefully the climate will hold up🤞 any tips and advice about drying and curing etc is hugely appreciated🙏 I’ll be back with the harvest update once she’s dried out✌️many thanks happy growing!🍁🌱 She weighed in wet at 110 grams. I've come to the conclusion that I'm dealing with an Iron issue with this one. Giving it more Calcium in the lime water probably wasn't the best idea, though I thought it would help stabilize the PH. Hard to tell if it's an excess or deficiency. I figured it would be an excess since we have a high amount of iron in our water. So, I think my best course of action is flushing with some sledgehammer first of all. That's what seems to be the recommended course of action. Then we can top dress with some Coast of Maine 5-2-4 for a good round amount of nutrition and hopefully that will help it out of it's funk so it can recover before it's too late😳.

Critical x Animal Cookies is doing good for her size. She is under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She is the smallest of 4 in the run. I did a solution change today. I changed the air stone a few days ago. I also added a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to the solution. She is developing a lot of resin so far. 🤞🏻she keeps going strong. . . . Day 21, topping was done yesterday, we entered the 4th week, I did not make any transactions today. Day 24, watering Day 25, I took 2 leaves from each plant Day 26, watering empty (only voodo and 2ml bloom)

Was a good learning experience. I'm not going to get near the weight I expected from these, and though the bud turned out really tasty, I don't think I'll grow it again. I'm not sure I would recommend to a newbie. It was in some awesome living soil, but some deficiencies crept up in flower, and I wasn't impressed with the roots upon post mortem exam. On second look, even the photo on msnl's site shows some spots that looks like deficiencies. Definitely some grower errors here, but all of my ongoing grows faced the same challenges and these just seemed less adaptable. Anyhow, I've been graced with some clean meds for now, and I'm a happy growin hooman. 👽 I also probably won't do any more autoflowers moving forward. Just not my style. There are some great peeps doing outstanding work with autos though. Best to them and all! :) D82 - 12.12 - cut the second auto cheese yesterday. Let her go as long as I was comfortable. Think her run in with the gnats resulted in the the deficiencies. Awfully covered in trichs, so it should make for tasty smoke after dried, trimmed and cured.. Shall update

Ladies are looking and smelling amazing, truly zenzational! You can notice the different phenos that came out. One is pure zkittlez while the other three in bud structure are sweet zenzation (zkittlez x grape ape) in those three two of them smell like grape juice. Hope that turns out like some fine red wine taste when cured. Dropped the amount of water a bit and also nutrients. From next week onward only water.

She was looking slightly rough from whatever started to eat those few leaves but by the end of the week you can hardly tell she was even affected. It was very rainy and cloudy most of the week so I only had to water once with my cal mag/kelp solution, and she got a good amount of rain which seemed to help her growth rate despite the cloudiness. This week it going to be very sunny so should be a big week for growth.

Hello growers day 63 in the garden with crystal candy auto the girls are packing they look beautiful I’m still flushing and getting a nice fade on the leafs another week and they should be ready to come done the smell coming off these girls is delicious I’m getting very excited to try them I haven’t done anything this week besides giving water and that’s it so until next week be safe and happy growing ✌️

Week 10 started today 8/8. Gave them their final trim. Going to let them recoup for a week and then switch the light. I'm still super pumped and can't wait to see if this works out!
