The stretch is complete, finally starting to see the blooms fatten up some. Still struggling with nute because of miracle gro soil. Making the best of it. Four of the seven plants are getting full nutes with very little signs of trouble. The remaining three I am supplying with half the nutes every other watering, the soil has affected those the most. I am looking forward to how much the plants flowers mature this week.

Potted up four gorilla girl xl in to 5 gal pots, using plagron light mix.🇬🇧 moistened the The soil gently in advance with 1l regular tap water and 4ml root juice. Using gloves pushed the seed just under the soil. dusted over With a bit more soil, added A tiny bit more water gently as possible and finally covered with humidity domes *Day 2, all four seeds germinated over night, chuffed! removed Humidity domes *Day 3, Two of the Four seeds are expressing yellowing, one just Having 1 yellow leaf. I’m guessing this was down to the seed case partially being stuck. and or bad ph. Ph up and down on route. *Day 4, mixed up a litre of cal-mag buffed Tap water, left out to dechlorinate/come to room temp and watered accordingly. Plant’s #1 and #2 progress. Plant 3# yellow leaf dropped. Plant 4# stunted but think she’ll be ok *Day 5, gave mini feed bio- grow and cal-mag then ph to 6.0. I changed the light cycle to 18hrs on, 6 off also *Day 6, possible nitrogen toxicity:/, just water from now

Harvest time! I chopped her down early this week. She's been drying and is almost ready to take a weight for the harvest entry. She needs a day or two more though... she's not quite there yet.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Harvest day 73 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. What up fam, weekly update on these absolute gorgeous girls. Nothing happing much this week besides the flower sites maturing more day by day. Over all its been like cruise control, still feeling 16oz daily. Happy Growing.

Hello Diary. We have reached the 9th week, 6 weeks of flowering and I think we are nearing the end. My estimate is another week until harvest. I look the situation with trichomes every day, most of them are milky, when I notice that some brown ones appear here and there, it is time to harvest. Along with Sherbet Queen on the “Farm” are two Mimosa Auto, which have grown huge, over 110cm so it’s pretty crowded in the grow-box. That's why it became quite difficult for me to take them out of the grow box so as not to damage them. The color of the leaves slightly takes on a lighter green color which slowly becomes yellowish, the flowers are nicely filled, they are big and heavy so I had to connect the plant a bit to the stick and fabric pot to stabilize it and prevent the branches from cracking. The temperature was high this week, around 30 degrees, and this is caused by the great heat outside which was above average this week. Humidity is a little above 50%, which is more than would be ideal, the cause is also heat, so the soil evaporates more and releases moisture. I have two fans that blow for 24 hours and thus prevent the potential occurrence of mold or similar problems. Ventilation also works at maximum power. Watering is still every two days, and more or less that’s all that happened this week, I’m patiently waiting for the harvest. Here is a brief overview of the week. 11/07/2021 - Day 57. Watering. I always prepare about 8 liters of water, p.H I adjusted to 6.4 and watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 50% humidity. 13/07/2021 - Day 59. Watering. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 55% humidity. 15/07/2021 - Day 61. Watering. p.H - 6.2 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 53% humidity. 17/07/2021 - Day 63. Watering and photography. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 60% humidity. That’s it for this week, a little more and there will be a harvest, I can’t wait for next week. Until then, enjoy.

11/30-12/5: Major stretch from the Muscadine Wine's and one of the Sucrose Overdose. I supercropped and tied down the apex on the big SO and I'll probably have to supercrop both MW's before it's over. The Platonium and GG4 aren't stretching vertically nearly as quickly, but have massive leaves and huge diameters (problem children). Sugar Bref is a shorty, like the Berry Bomb, but both have very thick stalks and may, yet, do some stretching. Both MW's and the big SO not only have red stems, but they have red leaf veins and the outer edges of the fan leaves have a nice pale-green to red gradient coloration....swexy!😍

My first coco grow...2 plants Well one of the plants became a tree🤭 1. northern light auto untopped in spider farmer tent 150x150 cm (5×5) with Aptus nutrients...this one goes out of control...let see if I can repeat this crazyness 2. northern light auto topped in spider farmer tent 70x70 cm and mainly TA nutrients Nutrients mentioned above are for NL topped (2.) in smaller tent (pictures follow) NL untopped (F-MILF) got this week the following: Aptus Topbooster 6 drops/l Aptus P-boost 12 drops/l Aptus K-boost 6 drops/l Aptus regulator 3 drops/l Aptus All in one 0.6 ml/l Aptus CaMg 0.6 ml/l TA Silicate 0.4g/l For tree days got (installed self-watering): Plagron Coco A 2.2 ml/l Plagron Coco B 2.2 ml/l Aptus K-boost 6 drops Xpert CalMg 2 ml/l (better for self watering (more fluent), the other Aptus solution leaves too much residues) Next two weeks completely self watering (2 weeks off)

11/17 Week 8 Man I will be glad when this grow is over, if making mistakes promotes learning well... Im a fricking PHD ... Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. No foliar today 11/23 The thickness of the hair growth on Layla is amazing! Will try and get pics at lights out of it if my crappy camera will catch it. Never seen anything like it, once again THIS this is what we intended by growing Stardawg :) Update: Pics and vid hope it comes through well enough as for the green in that tent and the dense hairs on Layla

Hello:) New week, new problems:) this time it‘s the two plants in the back. Both drink less water than the two in the front, I suspect overwatering but I don‘t really know. The tropical cookies on the right has some light yellowing on the leaves, apparently potassium deficiency but due to the roots not taking it up, not actual deficiency in the soil. All just a chatgpt theory though so I took that with a grain of salt. It could also just be the start of normal fade since we‘re in week 7 now and I think they will be done in about 2 weeks… Let‘s see, they are fattening up nicely though, looking more frosty every day. Especially the buds of the chocolate sherbet in the back left are becoming fat fast:)

Day 50 - Day 3 - 9/2 - Moved up to 3/4 strength of Plagron today, no extras, just about 5ml of cal mag. 850ppm @ 5.8ph. - 9" tall today still Day 51 - Day 4 - 9/3 - 9.5" tall! woohoo!! - Gave 4 liters today, wash her out a bit but kept ppm same. - Runoff coming out about 1000 ppm. Day 52 - Day 5 - 9/4 - 10" Tall - Gave another 4 liters today, but added in some power buds for some fun! Day 53 - Day 6 - 9/5 - 10" tall still - Accidently added my additives before my bloom today....I mean I'm just using one additive i guess, LOL the Power Buds. Well....I'm not remaking, she can yell at me if she doesn't like it LOL - Still giving 3/4 strength at about 850 ppm Day 54 - Day 7 - 9/6 - 10.5" - Went a little under today, gave only about 710 ppm at 6.1 ph. 4 liters. - Noticed a couple of tips today, will bring her back down, probably go back to 1/2 strength over the next few feedings. - Still on 5ml of cal mag. Day 55 - Day 8 - 9/7 - Lowered her today, Gave about 13ml of bloom, no additives. 15ml/gal is 3/4 strength btw LOL. 660ppm @ 5.8ph. - First runoff was in the 900s, so gave full 4 liters to lower a bit, but only made it to the 800s. - Went ahead and just made a small cal mag rinse of about 250ppm and a bit of SLF real quick to bring her ppm down some more. Gave her 2 liters. Got her to 720ppm @ 5.7ph runoff. - 10.5" - Will go to normal feed tomorrow at 1/2 strength (10ml/gal). Day 56 - Day 9 - 9/8 - IT'S MY 24TH ANIVERARY TODAY!!! 24 years, 2 beautiful boy that are all grown up now, and 12 wonderful cats. It's been an amazing journey! - Week 2 of Flower starts today! - 11" tall - Normal feed, but at 1/2 strength now, about 636 ppm @ 6.0 ph. Added some power buds too today. Gave 2 liters. - Runoff was 700ppm @ 6.1. Perfect! - Think I found her sweet spot, 1/2 strength at about 650 ppm for now....at least till next week LOL **Happy Anniversary, Babe! Well, she started to hold on to some salts after her flip into flower. She liked that small flush I gave. I will keep her low on the ppm side. She'll be dropping that cal mag soon too! Don't want to forget that, I forgot to drop it in Trillianz and got some orange leaves. I swear, I have to rely on Alexa to remind me of EVERYTHING! Maybe I smoke too much.... Slushie is gorgeous! Loving those bushy leaves and the cats are too! Nice pretty color too. She should start stretching more soon. Can't wait.

Like someone being married for 20 years she's really starting to fatten up. Bought the new dehumidifier which is really helping me, expecting her to really gain some weight the coming weeks. Thx for having a look

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. So far so good. Frost Banger is showing some purple hues and the Purple Haze is full on developing purple buds. The FBA2504 is my fav in this run shes tall and still growing, looking healthy except she has a lil Phosphorus deficiency at her top leaves but other than that they all are doing good. We are already on day 43 with this run!
