Well, this week has been eventful. What started with a fly deciding to lay eggs in my buckets with larvae swimming around and chilling on my roots turned into a bit of a disaster. I used very weak H2O2 (diluted 3% solution). To try and clean infestation, the roots didn’t like it, even though the actual concentration of H2O2 was probs less than 0.25%. Lesson learned 🙃 It has given some of them a touch of root rot (this is an assumption because I can’t figure out what else it could have been). So growth has stunted a lot. Just before the bug problem, I increased EC to 1.1, this was probably another mistake, the smaller girls at the back with a smaller root mass got massive lock out, potassium, mag and calcium by the looks of it, coupled with a few not so well timed PH swings out of the 5.5-6.5 range gave me a lot to combat this week. But, life goes on, they’re still alive (just about)... As this is probably the hardest curve ball I’ve had thrown at me since I started growing canna, I have cut back the EC to 0.56 to allow them to heal. Probably wrongly decided to top them all as they were growing past 7th node, either it’s gonna pay off, or I’ll be posting harvest details of 0g by this time next week 👽 I am on a stay at home holiday from work for the next 3 weeks, so looks like my babies are staying in the ICU and I’ll do my best to bring them back to life 😊

Of the four plants Barney's LSD Auto is the most vivacious, with the Strawberry Cheesecake and Onyx only a week or so behind. The Northern Lights Auto is very disappointing with absolutely no branching...and some discolouration in the leaves. If she doesn't show some branching after topping, I'm going to pull her and grow a different plant. Real estate in my grow room is in high demand and I won't waste it on a dud plant :D

July 5: starting fourth week and she is finally getting some traction. The conditions are good for some fast vegetative growth. I need to remember to not over-fertilize this auto. July 8: faster growth starting. She’s bigger than the Chemdawg auto. July 10: topped this auto early in the morning. Likely needs some N. July 11: fan leaves are getting bigger after being topped. She’s about 50% bigger than the Chemdawg auto which was started at the same time. Other diaries have the auto overdose not autoflowering and we’ll have to see what happens. My autos were started about 3 weeks later than I wanted this year but it turned out to be a very cool spring. These autos are catching summer heat and hopefully it’s not too much for them at this early stage. July 12: she’s noticeably bigger this morning. Done with heat wave now and back to ideal cannabis growing temperatures.

Lo demás de 10 pegada heavy sabor increíble, cogollos duros como rocas y bañados de una gran capa de polen. El ambiente del secado se mantuvo en 23 grados de media y la humedad estuvo por debajo de los 45% en todo momento. Poco más la verdad estuve encantado de poder cultivar una genética tan potente . Un saludazo que paséis un final de año increíble y por supuesto buenos humazooos💨💨💨.

By the way, here some snap of the ladies in a "Pretty in Pink" version! About the girls, nothing changed everything changed :D they stack flowers and have a wonderful bouquet of... real strawberry! I've flushed 'em with 20Lt of pure tap water, and I've only have to wait I also upload a very special Christmas video, had some fun doing it! The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

I am a bit late to updating, but I'm here! She has been growing beautifully! I've been trying to situate the light because I have been noticing some signs of light stress. I turned the light intensity down to 80% and it seems to be improving. I have noticed the leaf tips are turning a light green. I fed nutrients and 1/4 teaspoon of Recharge last night, and I used a 1/2 teaspoon the feeding prior to that. I'm guessing it may be from the additional feeding of Recharge, so I'm going to keep an eye on things. I did my first topping to the main stem and the side growth to see the outcome. Stay tuned for more!

Wow this week has been a super bulking week. Buds are huge and dense when you squeeze between thumb and forefinger there’s no give at all. Very sticky lives up to the GG name. Smell is very strong earthy and almost a diesel undertone.

Looking at little yellow, I added some nitrogen and magnesium to the water and we will see if the sickly yellow color subsides.

Days 63-69 Update: Nothing to do really but keep an eye on water and when to harvest. Letting the smaller three use up their stored energy rather than give more food. The big guy is still going to get nutrients because there’s a while left. Sometime this coming week I’ll chop down the shorter three plants. Trichomes are about 80% cloudy, but very little amber. Day 70 Update: nothing new to report.
