Nothing much happened since last week. The foxtailing continues on the NYC and BJ. Mostly white pistils still. Found another banana on the SAD. It's definitely going to take a few more weeks.

Fed nutes at 6.3 pH. Runoff was close to 7 pH. Other than that they look like they're doing well. Very sticky and very fragrant. The leaves of the CBD Blue Shark are a nice dark shiny green. The Wedding Cake is lighter. The profiles of both are starting to come out in the flowers. The CBD Blue Shark has these long, dramatic white pistils. The Wedding Cake is starting to show its creamy colouration with red hairs mixing in with the white and looking very delicious. The smell is incredible in there now. Fruity and creamy and delicious.

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it. Week 3 from clone, wicking buckets, the smaller plants are in 2 gallon pots. Going to weed out the males, clone the females and keep the best one

I harvested part of it! I had a problem with this plant until 3 weeks of flowering It messed up the whole plant. 😣😒

Buds are growing day by day. The smell is still weak but very pleasant. We are halfway through the flowering, so the final countdown to the final cut down will begin soon 😎

Hard to believe it's been another week. These beautiful girls are growing great. They're definitely swelling amazing especially at the top colas. Starting to see some faded leaves so I think I'll back down my nutes from 1050 to around 800. All in all Happy Growing

🦆**Grow Report by Zuppler - Week 6 Flowering Phase**🏆🏻 Ayo, what’s poppin’, fam? Zuppler back with that Week 6 flowering update, straight from the heat. We hittin’ the late stages of flower, and the girls are still stackin’ up them buds, but I had to make a few adjustments this week. Caught a little leaf burn – nothin’ major, just a sign the nutes were hittin’ too hard. So I dialed it back a bit, gave ‘em a lighter mix to keep things in check. I also switched things up with the feed – swapped out Big Bud for Overdrive. Figured it’s time to really push these girls through the finish line, and Overdrive’s gonna help bring out that extra weight and resin in these last weeks. So far, they’re takin' it well, no stress. The buds are still thickening up nice, and trichs are gettin’ cloudier by the day. The whole grow room’s smellin' loud now, like someone cracked open a stash. Temps and humidity still locked in, keepin' everything balanced while they finish out strong. We’re cruisin’ towards the end, just lettin’ these ladies do their thing. With the nutes adjusted, I’m expecting them to bounce back from that slight burn and finish up real clean. A few more weeks, and we’re lookin’ at a solid harvest. Zuppler out. Day 35 is first Day with 12-12 ger. I get the lights at 60 cm above top of plants with 700 ppfd. About 50% and sprayt them with Neem oil. Placed ScroG net Day 36 lights at 828 PPFD Day 37 lights at 884 PPFD Day 38 lights at 890 PPFD, Distance 66cm Day 39 lights at 890 PPFD Day 40 lights at 890 PPFD One of my females is al little bit smaller. I tryd too feed her with some Alga Grow too see if she becomes more happy. I hope so.

Day 36 from seed touching soil. Devil still biggest. All girls started to smell strong. Development is nice, Mars TSL2000 making wonderfull job. Light is on 75% output. Watered today , 3.5 liters of 6.3 phed dechlorinated water went in. Thought to instal scrog, but its hard to reach anything even now, plus lifting pots becomes a problem. So will do heavy clearing next week or at the end of this one. Day 39. Girls got heavy training. Looks sad, they were ready to sleep, i did it very late in the day and watered next morning. Por dónde empezar, es una autofloreciente que es muy fácil de cultivar, tiene un periodo corto de crecimiento y de floración igual no es largo. En cuanto a la alimentación , pues la aplique una vez por semana y a sido suficiente, se a comportado muy bien en interior, la flor pues no es muy prieta porque no deja de ser una autofloreciente, pero es una flor que está bien explotada y que va repleta de tricomas. El periodo de luz pues de principio a fin a 18 horas, fue sucficiente para completar el ciclo de vida como esperaba. Amazing experience with the Mix Pack, I will try it again next summer for sure. Love the variety.

Week 7 of Veg. 4x4 filled out very nicely. Added in a 2nd 500W light and spread the plants out a bit more to allow more airflow/light penetration. Now the fun begins :D

I subjected her to my version of "light" HST this week (i.e. I snap the stem ~20cm from the top so it's broken but attached, then I massage/twist the broken stem between my fingers until it's crushed and soft, but I don't tip them 90° instead I leave them standing tall). I normally tip them 90° bit this is something I started to do recently and it's more convenient with bushy tight plants (imo).

Transplanted week 5 put it 3 gal cloth pots 1/3 strawberry fields soil, 2/3 Happy frog, 1/2 cup rice hulls total, mixed into both soils. watered with recharge mix 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water. Back in to the veg tent.

Fully into flush this week just running 0.6 tsp per gallon(3g/gal) of the FullTilt from FloraFlex. Next week I'll be running plain water ph'd to 6.3-6.5 for the last week of flush. That being said, Plant #1 is developing quickly though she may need an extra week or two to finish out. If she does I will probably pull her out of the autopot system and put her directly in the middle to finish out while my next run is starting in the system. Been an exciting grow watching this cotton candy do her thing, cannot wait to see what the final week has in store! Have also narrowed down my deficiency that began last week down to possibly cal/mag deficiency. Will correct this is the feeding schedule next run.
