I (pre-moistened) worked in 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water, with my fingers into this high-porosity soilless growing medium. This variant is very dry, and seems to reject water, until moistened(3cu ft compressed, Agro a5-hp from local nursery). Even after the 2.5 gallons of water was worked in (with no runoff), there was still a dry patch at the bottom of the pot.. I figured it would start to absorb from the wet medium on top, over time. It is now Day 10, and the moistened medium never needed to be watered since day 1. The medium is almost dry enough to be watered (see final picture). Maybe one or two more days. I will poke/scratch the soil daily, to ensure that I wait long enough, to not over-water.

Last week LST went as planned, strains recovered fast, so this week I gonna rearange LST and apply home made Scrog net, also I will remove all big fan leaves for better light penetration. Watering when needed, every other watering I used Fox Farm Big Bloom, Grow Big & Tiger Bloom. I wont be moving plants around, they will keep their positioning till the end of the grow, so in further pictures I wont put tags with strain names😉✌️

The CP are becoming pretty top heavy and i find myself picking 1-2 from the ground each visit, I waited the containers with stones to see if this would help. The 3 remaining CP stand as tall as me in their containers (6ft) and are 107 days from seed, i'm expecting a pretty decent yield from them in October :)

Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. Happy new year everyone! I hope everyone had some amazing festivities! 😃 Regarding my babies I think I might be underfeeding them and one might be shocked thanks to the heat and the lack of nutrients I gave them, last week's runoff water scared me and the plants might be suffering because of that! Most of the issues starts to get more noticeable later during the week! 😖 I started giving them few nutrients to see how they would react and at the end of the week it's clear that I had to give them waaaaay more 😵 Besides that I also moved them to their final pots and I topped Pistachio, out of the two she's the one that looks the best. I also defoliated them a little. I also believe they didn't get a transplant shock (I mean, they would've been worse if that was the case haha) and I added more mycorrhizas during the transplant (I heard they help a lot with hot climates and I need help with that badly) Anyway, thanks for reading! My Cal Mag just arrived and I don't know guys, I need your advice. I am not sure if this is a calcium deficiency that I can fix. Or it is due to the fact that I am growing up in the bathroom it is constantly damp? I read about this fungus infection. What is your opinion about watering in Coco + Perlie? As I understand, due to the perlite, you should not water as often as without it. I used to grow on only coco and I think now it is different and I should not water every day. One day later, one day of rest. Community, I want to grow as a grower really, so any information, criticism, or advice that will help me get better not from practice, but from theory is greatly appreciated. Please also consider that I am basically growing on a budget if you can say so... My grow tent is coming soon and I will transfer them.

We picked up the cuttings for the GanjOS Lab from High4Life on December 30th and put them in our propagator for around 3 days for acclimatization.

Welcome to my MilkyWay F1 Auto Diary, Untopped VS topped. Results are in. Days 71-82 ripening 0-13 week 11&12 Went well. She did bulk up a tad. But not much. They spent most their lives under a 100w. But, the bud is really dense all over. No larf, at all. Its a really good quality of bud I'm getting from both phenos. As far as ToppedVsUntopped well, that result is in. With a seeds used from the same pack (same parent) making true F1s as they need to be from the same batch. It why we all got different phenos, and those who ran more than 1, from their seeds, the phenos are very close. One of mine had more of a fade and looks more purple. Both smell very lovely & fruity. Nice trichome production with very dense but, rather small buds if I do say so. But the grade itself is very high. (As grade is not rated on size) overall both turned out very similar. Even fade wise, they've both developed a lovely colour finishing under high co2 environment with the SE5000 really has brought out a lot of fade i normally do not get. look at the start. It was only a few days under this light and the past 14 days they've both popped. I will also say. A lot of their life was spent under a 12-12 (3/5s of flowering). Topped VS Untopped pheno 2 & 1 Are very similar as I've stated this area will be filt in with harvest comments. Bud smell. How the dry went. And after a weeks cure. I'll rate it. So watch this space. These 2 phenos have been on just water for 10 days. I did a quick run off test. Got back 145ppm my tap is 110. So, they're good to go. Trichome wise. 95% cloudy 30-35% amber. (Hard to see, I'll try get pics with my scope) but, as you see. Both are fully ripened. Anymore and its just bud deg. Both plants leaves are showing end of life. Some are dying. (I'VE BEEN WATCHING THESE LEAVES AND SEEN THEY'VE BEEN DEAINED, ITS NOT BR) Lights The SE5000 was used for the Ripening phase. With high temps and co2 i pushed my boundaries and got a lovely fade reaction from doing so. How I know its down to this light as I've put my Runtz under it. And as soon as I did. It developed fade. My Frosted G even started getting light purple on its sides. The temp in tent has been pushed to 31-33c (that's not leaf temp as I've fans blowing on my plants, and that lowers surface temps by a few degrees.) They've been on 17hrs of high powered light. At 25-30cm id no choice. My temps are mad high this time of year. Harvested Both plants are been pult they're getting their last few hrs. You'll then see the last few pics in a few hrs. I'll get bud shots later, smoke reviews and then to be fair. I'll then mark it by the GD rating system. As I do with all my strains. (So I've 2-3 wk delay in my diaries as they're Harvested, mostly) both plants I'll try push them as far as I can through the drying process whole. But, as I'm dealing with high temps. Lower RH and a fastercl dry is pref to a longer dry in hot conditions might not make sense, but 30+ hot weather harvests, I've got this down. Mind you only this round all my other hot harvests some took a few weeks to rid the hay smell. This avoids it and locks in potency. Most of the drying is done by leaving the plant in the substrate just before the plant goes for itself for fluids. 4-5 day dry as opposed to 5-6 day dry with weed that loses half its stenght. (dry harvesting look it up) Thanks to James from RQS, although I know everyone and their sister got the offer for these seeds I am defo going to be trying more from RQS, if it's buying. I'll get round to it, and depending on the quality of smoke it might be soon. If its a real nice auto, I'd love to try a fem of theirs for my winter crop in October. But, that'll depend. I've lots I want to buy & try.. and when favs are found. I'll invest. I would like to thank everybody for the activity this diary has gotten. Its possibly one of my most active diaries I've done without a harvest. And that's in no short means down to all the views and likes from you guys. And for sure I will fully complete it, with results on the smoke Quality from both phenos, if it varies, but, results thus far, structure wise they're shockingly similar. Scary so. Topping has very little affect to the structure. She grew a main cola. But both phenos, turned puples I will say the topped one was a more troublesome plant. Maybe that had a role onin its morphology. And maybe it'll affect the bud also. The topped was more demanding nutrient wise, and drank more. Maybe to support a more even bud load. (I've yet to do a through inspection, but on the VS front, it's kinda in the air about quality, structure wise, it had very little difference. Look for yourself at the heights are 3-4cm dif) lots still to come. And I'll update it soon with more results. Although both phenos owe their bud quality to 2 x 100 watts SF-1000 (SE5000 was used for ripening lovely fade) and I used a P1000, they shared even light distribution in the end for the most part. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Week 8 is going great, started flush toward the end of week 7 on Zkittlez and OG Kush. Also started flushing Pink Kush CBD and Purple Punch at start of week 8. All are packing weight still and smelling very fragrant. Trichomes are starting to cloud out and I am planning on harvesting when trichomes are starting to amber.
