Week just starting off and the one baby has still not broken thru so I take matters into my own hands and attempt emergency surgery!!! I sanitized a Raw loader stick and gently pulled the sprout up. It laid over after and I'm going to give it a few hours before I try to put something to hold it up if it doesn't manage to orient properly. Any advice would be appreciated, This week just started so will edit it throughout the week.. 11/18 Transplanted into 1ga pots and gave first n00tz FF 3tsp/GA Big Bloom. 11/19 Ok so my humidy has been plumiting to 33-36% so I tried putting a rag over a fan, putting a rag in a bowl over the inlet and nothing helped so I went to amazon and bought this! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GQZDS9J It has a gallon or so tank and a humidity sensor so it cycles to maintain humidity. 11/20 Anyways humidifier shows up today and I kicked it up to 80% and its about 70% after 4 hours.. I'll drop it down once the babies get to growing a bit more. I'm actually worried I transplanted too soon. Shout out to my boy Jeff! And a smaller shout out to James! 11/22 So no real changes the last few days, the plants still aren't thirsty so holding off on that. I did rearrange grow tent to allow me to set up a camera to capture time lapse of the process and I had to get some power to it so it doesn't cut off when the lights go out hehe. I mean all is well I guess, I'm still concerned bout my little plants and the one with the crooked stem. Although I'm thinking the more I keep hands off right now the better chance they'll have! Wish me (and my babies) luck! 11/24 So everything looks smooth, today I uploaded a time lapse of the last couple days which if you speed thru it can see movement of the plants which is cool, but I'm stressing that my 3 way meter isn't correct. Its reading like 6-7 on moisture scale after about 7 days of being on the same water/feeding. I am anxious to water again but don't want to overwater...I mean I do feel some moistness if I press down on the soil. I'm quickly learning this is a great means to work on your patience!!! Oh and I'm rapidly losing hope for the bent girl, so sad.

Kinda a rough week, everyone. I’ve been battling the flu all week and my energy is zapped. So firstly I had been growing increasingly annoyed of leaf clawing. I addressed overwatering and started only watering every 4-5 days and the girls responded well. I researched defoliation as much as I could and gave it a go because the plants weren’t getting optimal light. Might’ve overdone it, I’m not sure. Then came lowering the screens to begin scrogging. I’ve read probably every forum and article and looked at dozens of diaries; but it feels like when I’m tying branches to the screen it’s just stacking them on other leaves and blocking more light. I hate my LED, it’s probably only good for one plant. But today one of the bulbs went out, brand new light. I decided to buy a 315w CMH Light should be here next week. Live and learn. Should have done a single plant grow. It’s a new week though it will all work out. 🍁

It was fun to grow in the back yard. I wouldn’t grow again though. They get stressed and stunted very easily. Don’t smell. Low yield. Low potency.

Hey everyone! Volume hasn't increased dramatically this week, but trichome production has gone into overdrive. And honestly, that makes me just as happy. Pistils are still almost entirely white, so the colas haven't fully expressed their potential yet. There's more to come. Temperatures hit 31°C during the day and 28-29°C at night, yet the Rainbows have maintained solid vigor throughout. Runoff EC came in only 0.2 points above input, so the nutrient solution stays unchanged. Plants are clearly in a good place. I had to raise the fixture, but I’m officially out of headroom — the light can’t go any higher. • Light was raised as high as possible • Canopy now sits just below the fixture • Watching closely for light stress or foxtailing Despite this, she’s handling the intensity surprisingly well. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Structure & Health She’s built like a monster this week: • Extremely thick main stalk — easily one of the thickest of the run • Lateral branches are sturdy and holding weight well • No signs of nutrient burn even with 1300ppm • Dry-back is helping keep internodes tight and reduce stretch I’m genuinely impressed with how thick the trunk got — she’s built for heavy buds. ⸻ 📸 Overall Impression Gorilla Zkittlez is stacking nicely as Week 9 wraps up. Flowers are continuing to swell, the plant is still drinking steadily even with reduced feedings, and structure is strong enough to support chunky buds without additional stakes yet.

Flowering – First week with focus on compactness Papaya Sunrise, despite the smaller initial size, showed excellent expansion during the last two weeks of growth. Plant indicative of a compact genetics with strong indica dominance. Close internodes, wide leaves and presence of pre-flowers already after 72h from the switch. 📊 Growth setup: Humidity: 58% Average temp.: 26.5°C VPD: 1.0 EC: 1.35 mS/cm Irrigation: 2x/day, digital timer with constant pressure 💧 Nutrition: Full Advanced Nutrients administration in progressive dosage. The plant also received Extreme Garden Myco and humus on the surface, followed by irrigation only water. 🧠 Notes: The general behavior is stable. No signs of excess, living and well colonized substrate. Ideal plant for the development of dense flowers. Partial defoliation has ensured lateral ventilation, and in the next few days additional branches will be placed under the net. 🔧 Next steps: possible insertion of Eco Bio Booster + molasses from day 10, with observation of stretching and general vigor.

Hello everyone, gardening brothers! my gorgeous nuggets are starting to get a little chilly! ❄️ these girls have risen a lot and we had to adopt more techniques to keep them at bay we had some small led burns .... but nothing serious....

July 20th. 36 days post flip Clones: These things will not stop growing. I should have known with them being landraces but I am super cropping multiple tops every single day to keep the buds off the lights. Interestingly the plants no longer seem to be burning even when they are directly touching these lights. I’ve never grown a plant this resilient in my entire life but shows what nature is capable of. Some clones have a more modern bud structure but one of them has this crazy almost spear like structure going on. Super excited to see how they smoke in a few months. No longer seeing any deficiency’s on any new leaves due to the nutrients last week. Will likely avoid adding anything else except some build a flower here in a week or so. Smell is finally starting to take off. So far very peppery but also a slight off smell as well. Can’t quite put my nose on it but hopefully in a week or so will start to get even more smell. Parents: Parents got topped aggressively a week ago on July 12th in order to keep them small. All 4 are already showing new nodes and recovery. So far they have been in these small fabric pots for 20 weeks with no signs of deficiency. I think the secret to that success has been low power lights limiting growth, no night cycle so the plants cannot develop the roots needed, and the fabric pots air pruning the roots so they don’t ball up. At this point simply going to continue topping every month or so and once they start showing deficiency will move them into slightly larger pots God bless!

Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Running deep red, far red, and UV at 100%, combined with whites at 50%, is delivering incredible results. The ability to fine-tune the spectrum is a game-changer for resin production and terpene enhancement. Nutrient & Soil Rundown On the nutrient side, the solution measures: • pH: 6.67 • TDS (Reservoir): 65 ppm • Solution Temp: 18.3°C Soil stats show a TDS of 695 ppm, indicating there’s still some nutrient reserve left in the medium—a perfect transition into the flush phase.
