We use a soilless media so all seedlings were given a (very) mild feeding/"leeching" solution 2 days after cotyledons depleted...there really not much else to report but we'll be sure to update if anything changes. Leaves are showing a late stage magnesium deficiency, been keeping the magnesium lower than Calcium because I’m trying to keep a balanced nutrition as per normal feed programs but I think next grow, I’ll be adding more magnesium than calcium throughout flower. Leaves probably have a bit of heat, light, wind problems going for them too. Day 35 - WEEK 6 changes for PK boost. Another run started - 1 Purple Kush Auto from Oasis Genetics and 1 Pineapple Express Auto from Barney's Farm. Wet, single sheet paper towel germination method has been 100% successful thus far and once again it did not fail. For this auto run started them off in Jiffy Pellets and then in solo cups before planting into final pot. Was feeding 100ml tap water Ph between 6.0 - 6.1 each every day once in solo cups. Realized during this week both lights were not necessary and therefore only ran one SF2000.

After her 10/21 defol she has really started putting on some weight. her little golf ball sized flowers have almost doubled in size and the terps coming off her continue to increase in strength. If I even brush against her it sticks to me. The flower is insanely resinous.

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Definetly the tallest of my current plants,but that's what u expect from a 100% sativa.Long ass flowering times but well worth the wait.She likes the nutes ,one of my favourite strains of all time

7/26: Last defoliation for about 4 weeks. Looking good and thick. LST is basically over and I'm going to let this plant do what it wants from here on out. I pulled some stems away a tad more so they grow out of any shadows. Bam! 7/27: Added my Google Home Mini so the girls can listen to classical all day long. 7/28: Pistils are tiny on plant 1, but the other 2 are growing rapidly. 7/29: Ordered a 600w ViparSpectra to add to the grow tent, can't wait. Also ordered some sticky traps. The gnats are not really affecting the plant, (never enough to cause major problems) but I just hate them. They seem to be coming from my shop-Vac (for run-off). I let it dry out, as it never stays full of water. I assume they are attracted to it regardless because of the moisture. I have now moved the shop vac further away from the grow tent and will have sticky traps installed 7/30. 7/30: Day 33. Going well. They love Mozart. Pistils FINALLY on every plant. 7/31: Got the new 600w ViparSpectra in, it's bright... this was a good idea. 600w @ 24inches, 450w @ 20inches 8/1: Pistils on all plants. Pre-flower stretch is real. The new light changed everything. Plant 1 taking half a gallon now.

Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies Diary sponsored by Pure Instinto & Mars-Hydro. Flower Days 25-37 Days 71-83 wks 11-12 Plant is getting nice and fat. Buds are started to swell real nice. Still a about a week to go before she enters Ripening. Trichomes are 60-40 cloudy/clear. Ambers about 15%. Has been nice watching her develop into a lovely little plant. She is little, at just 53cm, she grew very little in her stretch, as did all of my fems. 1 grew 5cm in her whole pre flower, a dom sativa too. But, back to this girl. She has a lovely structure with a sweet smell, her buds pop with bright orange pistils, she still has a good bit of stumble, so, I reckon she's got about a week left in putting on mass. Diet/Defoliation She was on a healthy but low dose of feed never exceeding 650ppm with both Short Flowering and PK booster powder from Green House Feeding. I've decided to drop their booster for 3 of Atamis finishers with a touch of Plagron Zym & Silic Rock the Finishers ppm falls inthe range of 350-430ppm and then I add short flowering to give a boost for N, which brings the ppm up to 550-600 & PHs of 5.9-6.2, I've ordered Raw NPK & Micro nutrients to have more control over my feeds. For terpine/taste profile I went with the best product on the market, Terpinator "The OG" feeds off this are very high I feel, 380-410ppm PH 6.1. Very light defoliation has been done, as she really had already a low leaf-calyx ratio. So, I'm happy overall with her progress, all a little slow, but, she's getting there. I reckon 9 weeks total in Flowering but, as soon as I see 90-95% cloudy she'll be harvested. I won't be waiting for her to turn mostly amber. (As the weed degradation kicks in) I've been learning bit and extras with every grow, and they just keep getting better and better, the quality of her look already speaks to my improvements. Still a long way to go. But, I feel I for sure can reach beyond Dispen weed you get from a store, or local dealer. Lights: SP 3000 & IR/UV45 are been used to great affect this round, they're doing 8 plants in a 50x100cm2 space as opposed to the 11 I did in a space of 100cm2. Can already see much improvement in the bud. Glad I decided to retry this light in its more desirable coverage conditions. The IR/UV45 has stepped up my game so much, I really can't praise this product enough. (IF YOU'RE GROWING FEMS, AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF DLI, and don't implement this "1-2hrs extra flowering for all fems, without risk of reveg" then, well you really are behind in the times. And, its not as if its a new concept, Far Reds have been used by knowledgeable growers for decades to increase the flowering time and therefore your DLI. The UV-A is a really nice addition also. My bud as at least gotten 50-70% more resin, and on the Trich front, just look for yourself at my last harvests. Thanks to both my sponsors from MarsHydro & Pure Instinto. Good afternoon gromies 😄 😇 😊 Week 9 was absolutely crazy. All my girls start to achieve an about high. Gelato had to be renamed to "Uber-lato". Answer is on the photos and movies 😅 I never ever have/had to deal with so huge plant, she surprised me and coals bending had a place to expose them for light. They grow over a LED canopy 😅 😅 😅 At least high of 170cm is not a joke, can be even a little bit more but after bending procedures is hard to give a precise measure 😶 She is a monster 😇 😇 Have a good night, You Lovely Girls Growers 😇 😄 😉

🌱 Grow Diary Update 🌸 What’s up! It’s Week 7, Day 1 of flower, and the girls are keeping me on my toes. 🌿 After getting the PPMs back in range last time, they’ve crept up again, so it’s flush time once more. 💧 I think letting the coco dry out too much between waterings might’ve been the culprit. Lesson learned—keeping a closer eye on that from now on! Besides that little hiccup, everything’s looking good. These buds are getting juicier and stinkier by the day, and there’s no serious nutrient burn, so we’re still in the clear. 🙌 Wish me luck as I ride out these last couple of weeks—hoping to finish strong! 🍀 Catch you in the next update! 💚
