This week was great once again everything is running smoothly and the plants are reacting well. Ztrawberries= all 4 plants have gone into flowering now with plants ranging from 130cm to 100cm stretch has slowed down now but the stretch of these girls is madness. Tropicana cookies = 1 girl is in flower the other girl not quite there, but not far behind and stretching nicely. There structure is very similar and size also. Cherry cola = 1 plant has come out side ways so is affecting the growth but still there is very steady growth. Both not quite in flowering but are trying and both girls are starting to stretch now so looking foward to see how they react in the coming week. All in all well happy 👍🏼 https://myfastbuds.com/?a_aid=Smkitup91

Girls are Blooming fully now and they are starting to smell like a baby puked in the tent. just by the smell alone i can tell that this strain is the Bomb. both plants are different phenoes on is tall and skinny and the other is short and fat with huce round fat colas and the tall one has long colas they both have the same Smell like baby puke from berries and split peas OMG that smells stoney like its going to be the one hit and quit type of smoke ive been looking for . still have 4 to 5 weeks to find out for sure but it definately has that unique skunky stink to it that only the best of the best has I really really like this strain so far. it has been going great. and is now sucking up the neutrients like crazy and just finished its stretching and now its time to fill in all the branches with Huge fat ass Flowers if you ncan get a pound out of a plant this would e the one to do so . THe last week of flower im going to use ice water to get as much purple as possible so it will look as good as it smells

Day 100 - Mazar is lookin good.... she's into flower and the feeding has stabilized... it's almost bonzai size, haha Feeding her daily now, 1-2lts of nutrified/crystallic/particulates..... topped up, she's 6.2 PH / 1500 ppm, (the particulates are garden variety blood bone fertilizer, just add a little sprinkle in the tank) the neuts are same, nutrified, and impressed with the results of both the base set and the whole range, crystalic is unbelievable, it brings out a beautiful deep shiny green...... 👍👍

OMG! Miss Gorilla was showing her strength this week and grew a whopping 9 inches this week. The sun is shining and she is drinking 1 gallon of nutrients a day. @Fastbuds website says, "Plant Appearance This lady likes to stay low and will usually grow to a height of 60-130cm. Her growth structure is short and bushy, thanks to her sativa dominance, and will grow one main central cola, with fat side branches all around. Once flowering starts, expect Gorilla Auto to fill out thick and fast, as she begins to pack on size, weight and go crazy with the trichome output. From seed to harvest she is ready in 9-10 weeks, where she will finish with a short and fat appearance." So far, Miss Gorilla is keeping up to her description. I took a magnified picture and it shows me that Miss Gorilla will probably be in flower next week. It looks like she is in the beginning stages of flower. @Fastbuds website said to, "add support around this strain, to help the side branches during the flowering stage" which I have done by LST with her side branchs. I have tied them down to allow light in and support growth. I am feeding her 1 gallon on nutrients a day right now and @Fastbuds website said, She can take a big feed especially during week 3 and onwards." So, I am on target with that information. I also have a pool umbrella protecting all of my plants from the direct sun. As always, please comment and let me know what you think of Miss Gorilla.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Life got a bit out of control, however, I am here with an update! :) Unfortunately, the plants will need to come down tomorrow. The weather has turned and I havent been able to spend as much time at the location which has led to some botrytis on one or two of the plants :( Plants have been fed only water no nutes for the last few days, it is unfortunate because they could've gone at least another 10-14 days if the conditions were right or I was able to be at the location full time. Some observations - Two of the keeper pheno's are quite similar to each other, and the other two are even more similar to each other. Overall the genetics seem quite stable as all the plants are similar overall with slight variations with two Pheno 1 and 2 standing out the most. Pheno #2 turned out to be something special! Sweet candy cookie nose and dense sluricane-looking nugs. Worth testing indoors to see her true potential. Pheno #1 has bigger nugs and funky fruity nose, also with considering keeping. Pheno #3 and #4 are very similar, but nothing worth keeping IMO. Last thoughts/notes: I will have to re-veg and take cuts of Pheno 1 because no cuttings were taken because I wasnt planning on keeping any :( When the cuts are ready I will re-test pheno 1 indoors in the coming months. The Tooth Fairy by Renegade Genetics Tooth Fairy has surprised me. I wasn't expecting much from these freebies from an unknown breeder, however, these girls performed exceptionally well given the timeline, conditions and circumstances. Sweet berry candy aromas, really good trichome development and easy-to-grow nature make her worth giving a whirl. I look forward to re-testing the keeper indoors in the coming months. look out for that diary! This will be the last update before the final check-in. The next and final check-in will be bud shots, weight and smoke report. Happy Growing 🌱✊

August 10th. 57 days post flip. Clones: Clones have been growing very very well. Can confidentially say they are no longer stretching. I no longer have to move them away from the light. There are some tops that are burning but I’m not even worried about it. It’s only a few tops and it looks like I will be getting plenty of bud. I’m expecting another 8 weeks of flower at this point. Decided it was about time to give another shot of nutes. Gave them craft blend, bug 6, some potassium, some epsom salts, cow cal 24, and some recharge. I also changed them to an 11.5 to 12.5 light to night cycle. Doing this to better mimick their home environment. The tops growing above the lights are really really happy about the supplemental lighting I added. Seem to be responding very well. So far plant number 2 and 3 have a bud structure I like. Closer spacing and seem to be better overall for indoor growing. Plant number 4 seems like an absolute monster meant for the outdoors and has the more spear like sativa spacing. At this point I’m just waiting to see how they fatten and how they smoke before I chose my female. I’ve already begun looking at potential candidates for my male hunt to cross my lucky candidate with. I think I might go with something like biker kush from karma. I think that will help tighten up the structure of whatever female I decide to chose. Let me know what you guys think I should hunt for this things mate! Parents: Parents have been growing very well. Low light intensity coupled with fabric pots so they can air prune along with no night cycle leading to stunted roots has allowed me too keep these things in these tiny pots for going on 24 weeks. Going to continue to give nothing but water. Might give some casings or a tad bit of craft blend but for the time being they seem healthy. Watering every 2-3 days. Thank you guys for following and god bless!
