Hello, Day 56, Flower Phase , Gelat.OG, Final week of flower phase is started, Day 63 or week 9 I am planing to harvest the plant, Trichomes still cloudy but in some buds I can see slightly amber color on Trichomes, I ll ask a QUS before I do the harvest anyways. I can see why this strain won an award, these are some good genetics. I have never grown cannabis until now and the yield was much larger than I expected for my first grow ever, exactly 50.8 grams from a single plant in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I started low stress training at three weeks and was able to get around 9 decent sized tops with minimal daily maintenance. The quality of the bud was resinous, semi dense, with many thick trichomes and large cloudy heads which made the potency quite strong. The buds formed in intriguing sticky stacks with many pistils, buds erupted from all sides and the color was a very dark purple covered with dark orange pistils, I enjoyed simply looking at its amazing structure. The scent was very pungent and sweet berry and almost soda like. The effects were indica and sativa hybrid with a dominant indica effect. It had a very relaxing effect with a strong head high and a calming couch lock effect which I enjoyed. Overall it was a fun experience to watch the plant grow and then harvest and indulge in its dankness, I will definitely be growing another fast-buds seed soon and the quality of the buds inspired my friend to grow some gorilla cookies :).

10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. Erst lässt die Grandmommmy auf sich warten und jetzt schiesst sie den Vogel komplett ab 😱. Ihre Höhe ist jetzt bei 125 cm und viel Platz nach oben habe ich nicht mehr mit der Lampe. Ihre Triebe sind sehr dünn und ich hoffe, sie entwickelt noch ihre Stabilität. Ansonsten muss ich mir überlegen, sie irgendwie im Laufe der Blütephase noch zu stützen. Es wird auf jedenfall eine spannende Phase 😉

Ticking along ok the white widows are starting to thicken up I think another 2 weeks and they will be ready to go. GSC #1 is looking like it’s getting close just by looking at the pistils but I haven’t looked at the trichomes yet. The GSC#2 and #3 are just starting to fatten up and still producing a lot of pistils so I think they will be another 3 weeks.

Woche 12 Wow was für tolle Pflanzen die Blüten werden Tag für Tag dicker und der chemische Gasige Duft wird ebenfalls immer mehr! Ich habe den Blütedünger deutlich hoch geschraubt leider oder zum Glück je nachdem was man schlimmer findet ist das bei mir so ein Ding das ich immer ein ticken zu vorsichtig mit dem Standard Dünger umgehen aber das ist wieder ein learning was man mit nimmt.

No nutrients for now. Straight water. Will add nutrients on day 2/3 of week 11. Growing quite nicely for a first grow. Will have to implement a proper LST on next grow. This time around was just to learn about the growing process. Good progress over the past few weeks.

They seem to be doing well. Not really growing much but they are producing the start of flowers. One might be a male. Only lst was to provide more room. Just hoping for some growth in flower!
