As of day 21, the Blackberry Kush is growing sizable despite the very deformed growth. After really double checking every parameter last week, I feel comfortable saying it is a genetic issue. Thank you to those who commented and responded to the grow question over the past weeks, it really helps! I want to see how this plant grows and what it yields despite the issue, it should be interesting to see what kind of buds it can end up making. I will perform some LST soon as the plant is growing taller even after topping. I with the twisted leaves and wonky growth, it's actually letting plenty of light penetrate to the lower/center portions of the plant which may have it's own positive outcomes (what can I say, I'm an optimist!) Day 24: even though the twisted leaf growth is keeping the foliage from getting very dense, I am happy that this plant is still a good size and is definitely not stunted! If anything it is acting like a defoliated plant, letting plenty of light penetrate to the lower growth tips and center of the plant. Day 25: earliest signs of flowering. Day 26: 5x per day watering, 15 second duration.

Welcome to week 1 of my CBD Medi Kush Diary! I have 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds going in the same tent with 14 other plants (full details on all of the other plants can be found on my "Dude's New Diary to Rule Them All" diary, check it out). But with the CBD Medi Kush I'm also growing 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem, 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem, 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman and 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co. The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time (all other plants are clones). Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. The pictures in week 1 were taken right after transplanting (check week 2 and you will see a very noticeable change all around). My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for all of these girls. In this diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in the other diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. Please follow and comment away!!! I attempted to Fim during the week to slow down the height a bit. Hopefully that has paid off. I'm thinking 1 more week before going 12/12. Things have been going well as I continued to train the stretching girls to the side of the pots, bending and adding ties where needed. Pheno 1 started showing signs of over watering showing droopy leaves as well as what I think is either nitrogen, magnesium or iron deficiency. I'm leaning towards a iron deficiency since the yellowing is on the newest growth at the top. I think this was caused from giving her too much top amendments in her last feed causing a pH imbalance. What I would usually do is just give her a little flush if this is the case but instead I decided to repot her and the other Pheno into their last 19 litre/4 gallong pots as both were drinking pretty quick and I wanted to avoid over watering again. The rootballs looked beautiful when I transplanted them so I was pretty happy with their progress! This round I've ditched the coco as I had way too many issues with it in the past, including knats and PH issues. In this round I've gone with Biobizz light soil which I added some fish blood and bone, earthworm castings, bat guano and then watered with water and liquid seaweed. I love organic growing :). I do intend on using Coco again but I'll need to do some research on some trusted brands. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Pheno 2 is showing signs of recovery but I'd love the input from others about what the deficiency could be? I got my new bubblebags today which is making me want to flip to flower so I can get to harvesting and making some bubble but I'm going to be super patient this round. I want these girls to fill up as much of my 4 x4 tent space as possible. Until next week! ✌️

Damn 1 of my Grand daddy Purp plants is growing like its life is depending on it lol. As you can see I swapped out that cob light and added my SE-3000 to the room so that I'm running all Spider-Farmer lights during flower. I put it over that tall GDP because I can let the plant get a lot closer to ot then one of my SF lights. I have to say when it comes to what I consider Amazon Special grow lights (Mars Hydro, Phlizon, Spider-Farmer, Viparspectrum, Etc) Spider-Farmer is by far the best. The SF-4000 light I have is still running at 100% after using it for roughly 10 grows now. Other LED brands I've ran only lasted 2-3 grows before they needed to be replaced. I've had the SF-2000 for just over a year now and it's got about 4 grows on it and again still working 100%. Now I just finished my first run in my 3x3 with the SE-3000 (last 2 weeks I'm running a blurpe LED light to see how it effects the potency) and I was extremely happy with thw outcome of the light. For only 300w I feel like it did a better job then my 450w SF-4000 light in my 4x4 tents. The humidity levels and temperature have been doing great all week during day/night even with temperatures outside dropping to 3c. I'm expecting November/December/January to be very difficult out here to try and keep the temp up. So what I might do is run a 400W HPS light in my 3x3 next go around during the day to keep it warm and then run the main room at night with the LEDs. We'll see what it's like when I get there tho. Also thinking of moving the 2x2x4 to the main room and putting my 2x3x5 tent were it is. Again tho we well see. Well that's all for now. So happy growing everyone!!!

Day 36. Morning. Girls are stretching, some are above 50 cm, others still can't beat even 20. Will regroup pots a bit to expose smallest girls. Pure phed water. No hermie signs and thats good ;)) All girls very healthy, thinking to give silica next watering. Day 40. What an Idiot I am ;)))))) Girls just blasted away. All my hopes for one huge cola - gone. Girls just grow, they are bushy, but leaves cover each other and sweat. I decided to do defoliation on day 15-18 of flower, but ... All girls are different !!! Some just building preflowers, some are on day 10 of flower, some still in veg !!! If you check any my diary, 2-3 days is max and all leaves are regrowing, so i can't defoliate in rounds by maturity, neighbours will cover defoliated one. And i can't do all in one go, some will be totally in wrong day for such stress. Time for new strategy ... Just i don't know which, what and when ;)))) Day 41. Job done. Slaughtered them last night. Looks ok at the end of day, let's see how many hermie i woke up ;))))

Buena planta la dichosa Hulkberry. La técnica de doblar el tallo todavía no está muy conseguida. No me gustaba el aspecto que tenían esta vez. Contra todo pronóstico, han dado más cantidad de lo que parecía a primera vista. En todo caso los resultados son superables. La planta más pesada ha dado 22 gramos, y la que menos, 6 gramos de cogollos.

Inicia semana 6 buen crecimiento radicales y se nota el crecimiento en las hojas y tallo de prepara para la próxima semana hacer poda apical. 7 - 13 julio

Day 1 soaked seeds for 18hrs. Day 2 seeds in dirt two seeds already popped in water and they where the auto's. Day 3 just keeping them moist and warm. Day 4 Northern lights came up and Great white shark came up. Watch these seeds sometimes the shell doesn't come off and you got to help it Northern lights shell was stuck and I took a tooth pick and helped it get it off. Day 5 Acapulco gold came up still waiting on Yumboldt auto and it had a tail on it when put in dirt.. Day 6 planted another Yumboldt auto seed directly in soil the other one was bad. So this one will be 6days behind others.

Great smell and I hope it keeps its candy smell love this pant kinda of airy but look like it gonna be great smoke cutting down three of them

Week 4 flower went fine with all three humming along nicely in living soil. Watered to saturation after applying a 1" top dressing of worm castings, compost, and Langbeinite from Down to Earth. No need for further plant training, defoliation, or pruning. Now, just sit back and let these girls finish their run.

Pues por último vamos a terminar con actualizar las red hot cookies de sweetseeds, que me parece que son las primeras que recibirán machetazo. Ya están recibiendo los últimos riegos con fertilizantes agrobeta, y pronto les tocará el lavado de raíces y el estrés hídrico para que termine de marcar bien todos los tricomas. Como veis empezaron ya a inchar, hay varias avanzadas pero todas serán cortadas el mismo día , así que solo toca esperar unas semanas más y pronto prepararé cosecha de red hot cookies. . La humedad esta al 45% la temperatura está entre 21/25 grados , y como siempre el ph , ya que es de lo más importante,está en 5,8/6,0. . It was a good week

Harvesting this week. Probably going to do a staggered harvest, half this week, and the rest next week. Developed nutrient burn, I’m assuming root debris breakdown. I was unable to fully change out buckets once trellis net filled up and canopy developed. Switched to Athena cleanse to help sterilize root debris. Smells like jelly donut bakery, extremely sticky. Buds stick to wall lol. The last pictures will be featured in new diary. Breeder Barney’s farm. Mimosa orange punch and Pineapple Express 3.5 weeks old in hydroponic bucket. I really enjoy this variety I love how the stems are already turning dark purple the plant has grown great so far did a major defoliation I would like to get them into flower in the next week or two but I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do yet. I would like them to be just a little bit bigger.
