Nutrient Solution (Tank): Volume: 8.5 L EC: 3.05 pH: 5.5 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Micro/Grow/Bloom + CalMag Irrigation Run: Pump time: 30 minutes Total Drain: 5.0 L (≈ 60%) Drain EC: 2.6 Drain pH: 6.0 🔎 Observations Drain volume was far too high (target is ~20%). Drain EC lower than input EC → medium was relatively “empty”, plants absorbed nutrients quickly. pH drift from 5.5 → 6.0 shows some buffering effect left in the reused substrate, but limited. Substrate behaves more like coco than soil now (low buffer, fast response). 💡 Insight / Lesson Learned 30 minutes pump time is way too long → resulted in 60% runoff instead of 20%. For 8 × 1 L pots, a single irrigation event should be ~1.0–1.2 L total, with ~200–250 ml runoff. Solution: shorten pump time to ~5 minutes and re-test runoff. Better approach: run shorter, more frequent irrigations (daily) with a lower EC (2.0–2.2), instead of heavy feedings (EC 3.0) only 3× per week. This will keep EC more stable in the root zone and prevent salt buildup in the tiny 1 L pots. 27.08 Adjusted the pump timer to 5 minutes, gave the first dose of PK13/14.

Hello let's call this first week of flower, she started to smell a little bit, also startet stretching, very strong plant! Have some Phosphorus deficiency (curled discolored leaves, yellow leaf tips) so i'm feeding half dose of Big Buds from Advanced Nutrients (NPK 0,1,3), let's see how she reacts. Day 30 TRYING TO FIX PROBLEMS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE: Magnesium deficiency - yellowing between leaf veins. Phosphorus deficiency - curled leaves, yellow leave tips( nutrient deficiency overall) slow growth. Calcium deficiency - small rusted dots on the middle aged leaves. Ph was kinda high 7.1 Fix the problem: I've added 1.5ml/l Calmag 0.1.3 NPK 1ml/l Big buds which will give plant its nuteients. And water PH 5.5 to lower overall soil PH. I think she will bounce back in a few days! Day 34 and we are back on the track! She's been recovering and stretching very well, soil PH is 6.6 for now Day 35 end of frist week of flower, 10cm stretch in 7 days.

Great week overall-5 Gallons PH water every 72 hours. Added Beneficial microbes and Molasses to feed them is all. Due to new trich development she remains about 50 percent cloudy. Time will tell.

Day 15-defoliated her probably for the last time after a few weeks of growth, she was very bushy. Added another fan to get more air moving as well. Also, I decided to try out the AN Sensi Bloom set. I didn’t mean to get the coco version but a little extra cal-mag won’t hurt in this case, I only fed at 75% strength and added big Bud powder at 0.5 grams/liter. I’m hoping her stretch finishes soon or I’ll run out of space, although she’s starting to really stack.

Every visible node was topped on all the plants. Some of the large fan leaves connected to the main stem were removed. Custom drip rings were made out of some 1/2 inch tube that I drilled some holes in. Each drip ring has its own shutoff due to different substrate being used. I was getting rid of some leftover stuff from past grows. This is not ideal, but it’s what I had to work with and cost no 💰 this go around. I’m hoping for a great stretch from these Mandarin Cookies. The net will probably go up at the end of the week followed by one final week before flipping the light cycle to 12/12 for flower production. I really need the height of the Cookies to catch up to the Super Lemon Haze that are growing like a maniac! I’m gonna take clones at some point…maybe. Hello Growmies, Week 3 for our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is unfolding with promise as we observe their transition through pre-flower. Opting for low-stress training over topping, we're guiding their growth gently to maximize their potential. The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. The purchase of a new light finally! starting to fill the tent so will need to possibly defoliate soon. Leaves are a much nicer colour. At the end of the first video shows the start of the leaf claw. Didn't notice it for about a week after this. :(

Day 51, Its looking good. The leaves are turning yellow and purple and lot of buds are turning blue. Very colorful, you can tell the bag appeal is going to be a 10/10 as its frosting up very nice as well. Only issue I'm having is the buds weight so much their falling everywhere, I'll do my best to tie them down and hold up the branches best as possible with what I have. Tuesday I'll get more stakes. Tomorrow will be my last day feeding MagnifiCal and I'll start giving them a lighter solution right till the end as I don't flush unless my PPM runoff is very high. You can't take nutrients out of plants after its taken it in. Your flushing your medium. I did want to run it to 70 days, but with everything already falling over and the fall colors. Really enjoyed growing this strain , she has very nice taste like fruits🍍and candy 🍬 and a hint of gas ⛽️ hard hitting too

Everything is fine i saw some fading on 2 plants but i think cold weather + molybdenum deficiency caused that purple color so i add some micro elements include molybdenum. this week is warm again and i love it smells like candy but 2 of them got some sour aroma to :) I believe they need more than what breeders say in my climate they say8/9 w but i think at least 10 w they need to mature maybe hot climate causes this

Se realiza poda apical al quinto nodo,una pequeña defoliación y luego se aplica LST a las más grandes, muy contento con el crecimiento actual. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5th Week- Aeroponics - The roots are very beautiful, they are 100% healthy. The fifth node is topped, and a little defoliation and then LST is applied to the largest ones, very happy with the current growth.

It was a perfect grow. The plant is ready and its 2 days before harvest. She will be potent, i cant wait to smoke her. I am happy that i had no problem with her.

Everything seems to be going alright, one of my plants has extremely shiny leaves almost like oily, and some odd shaped leafs but I’m very curious to see how things go when I switch to flowering considering these are all random bag seeds! Have been trying to look for signs of sex but still can’t see anything yet!
