Week 1 Day 5 Flower Hi Everyone 🖐️🏻 Thanks for looking in! I switched to flower 5 days ago and the girls are filling out well each day. I just today drilled a hole in the floor and inserted an iron rod into it which now pulls the net in a lot tighter and has allowed me to start tucking and guiding branches where they can get the best light and fill the net. I have supported this with a bit of defoliation to get light to those lower branches and get them pushing growth towards the canopy. As the next two weeks progress I will continue to defoliate and even remove some lower branches which aren't likely to benefit the canopy and in fact deprive the canopy of some energy. The roots are looking good rapidly colonizing the tubs, I've had to return them to the trays from the reservoir below several times which is a headache I'm happy to have😂 I may have flipped too early and aren't likely to fill the area but it should still be a heavy crop and if rather have a manageable grow than a jungle. If it proves way off then next time I grow the same strain using the same method I'll add another week to the veg. Thanks for looking in GDCommunity and thanks in advance for any help, advice and general support ✌️🏻Peace 🔥Fire 👨‍🌾Farmer

Grape Ape Cake ! Lineage; Hotcakes (Katsu Bubba Kush X Burnt Toast (from Raw Genetics) X Grape Ape An Exciting New Collab from Katsu Bluebird ! Week 11, & the End of 4 weeks of flowering (30 Days of 12/12) Welcome back to our regular scheduled programming.... Like I mentioned we are officially 30 days into our 12/12 lighting cycle. Now taking into consideration that this is one of the first runs of this particular strain the flower period is partially undetermined, I will be guessing based on Lineage of the parents, & following her closely towards the end to ensure my desired trichome ripeness. Katsu's HotCake's run's Approximately 8-9 Weeks & The Grape Ape run's slightly quicker at 7-8 Weeks You can certainly tell the difference between all 5 plants, I'm very glad I took cuts of everything ! as plants 2 & 3 are certainly the keepers of the bunch.. plant 2 showing some very cool fall colours already (emerson effect hitting strong asf) She is already starting to purple up & smells Very Sweet. My guess is this pheno leans more to the Grape Ape side. As far as plant 3 is concerned I can smell heavy Kush aromas emulating off her already, & based on her flowering structure I believe this pheno leans more Katsu Bubba. but we'll have to wait and see. A Minor amount of leaf plucking this week should be noted.. It will probably be the last time I mess with them, its time to start swelling up. It is my opinion that most of the stretch has been completed & i'm now looking at the final colas minus the couple weeks of filling out of course. As this is the end of four weeks of flower(12/12) Their food will be increased during the next feeding, thus far i've been impressed with the ease of this strain.. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but I will say this I was weary of over-feeding but all of them seem to enjoy heavy feedings. Thanks for Reading 🙌 If you have a question or a comment leave it down below otherwise, I Hope You Check in Next Week, Stay Safe out there & Happy Gardening Cariboo

I tried not watering for 2 1/2day, and it turned yellow quick. I use dry organics and chompost tea for neutriens. I will try to recover it

DAY 83 - 26/05/2025 - COLHEITA First cycle results: Despite a broken branch in the third week of flowering, the harvest was 35 grams. I ended up tasting it uncured, and it was wonderful. After a month of curing, the grassy flavor has completely disappeared, maintaining a sweet tea with a hint of sour green apple. When smoking, the taste lingers with each puff, leaving a similar aftertaste in the mouth. The effects are energizing, upbeat, and creative. I've already reserved space for it in my next cycle, but this time I'll use FastBuds Afghan Kush Auto for more relaxing effects.

More calm this week, not a lot of people mention on here that the work load reduces a couple weeks after the big stretch. Not had to do too much except a little bending as she’s still getting a bit too close to the lights again. Most of the fan leaves are off now, that I can reach that is. No more reservoir changes now until it gets the chop, as my nutrients stay fairly consistent for the next 3-5 weeks. At around 950 TDS @ 0.5 or 1900 PPM. Still no nutrient deficiencies, the longest stretch I have gone without at least some spots or marks on leaves. Would be interested to know what you guys think she might yield now she’s just about into her 5th week of flower?

Almost ready, want to give 1 more week for some brown trichomes. Big trees , especially N1. Hard and frosty buds. Good genetics . Last few times watering with raw cane molasses or just water.

Last week before flushing. What you think? Buds are small i think, because of low temperature..

I had a few issues throughout I think the preflowers were the main beginning of the issues as I expected the orange sherbet too find further issues as she was so small. We continued with strawberry being okay but not what I want personally and the orange sherbet in honesty not great due too late flush... I think mixing pjotoperiod and autos was utterly confusing for myself so have opted too auto feed everything and maintain autoflowers only from when my fastflowering strains finish. A long cure for the strawberry gorrila she would of excelled without issues no doubt as can see the lovely flowers previous too harvest. Orange sherbet ff still going so go check her out with full veg time 🌱

Also the main stem seems to filling in with bud beautifully with very little spacing between branches that arent covered with bud growth. I gave her a 1/3rd of a cup of Mr B's Green Trees Bloom mix and a 1/4 tspoon of Great White. Thats it for this week See you back here in 2020 😁

The gutter hoe grow show powered by the viparspectra XS2000 is moving along. A couple of the plants started showing some nitrogen deficiency early in the week after the water change so I gave them a little maxigro. I'm not sure if the roots are running out of room or what is going on but the nutrient does aren't as efficient in this gutter compared to the dutch buckets. I suprecropped the crescendo to keep it even with the other plants. The cookies has strange looking buds on top. Not many pistils popping on it. Other than that the show will go on.....
