Plant grew well and healthy, Buds are dense and good smelling. the aroma reminds me on that strawberry drops the red and white striped ones. In the final week of flowering, I reduced the light cycle to 11 hours and dimmed the lamp to 80% to keep temperatures lower. The light hits the plant with approximately 900 PPFD. The plants are being dried on the stem at around 21°C (70°F) and 60% relative humidity.

Les fleurs sont "blanches", collantes, et les glandes de résine sont parfaitement préservées. ​📜 L'Anecdote du Rif : Les "Chambres de l'Ombre" et le Souffle de la Montagne ​Tu te demandais peut être comment les tribus du Rif géraient l'art délicat du séchage sans gâcher leur récolte... En réalité, dans le Rif, la méthode de séchage dépend entièrement du produit final que le cultivateur souhaite obtenir. Ils utilisent effectivement des chambres mais aussi les toits, mais d'une manière bien précise. ​Le savoir ancestral : Au Maroc, une fois les plantes coupées, le plus grand danger était le soleil direct et la chaleur étouffante qui détruisent la résine en quelques heures. Les anciens n'avaient pas de ventilateurs ni d'extracteurs. Alors, ils utilisaient la structure de leurs maisons en pierre et en terre crue (le pisé). ​Ils suspendaient les plantes entières, tête en bas, dans les pièces les plus sombres et les plus fraîches de la maison, souvent au sous-sol ou dans des granges appelées "Chambres de l'Ombre". C'est précisément ce séchage au soleil qui donne au produit fini cette couleur "jaune sable" si célèbre et ses effets très relaxants, typiques des résines marocaines à l'ancienne. ​Le Risque du Vent : Le seul inconvénient de cette méthode était le vent de montagne qui pouvait emporter les précieuses feuilles ou y redéposer la poussière du désert. Week 18 Day 120 (11/12/2020): I checked the girl’s trichomes and they are looking great! They are still mainly cloudy with only a handful of amber ones, but the other girls in the tent are definitely more ready. We will have to take them out at the same time so they can dry in the tent for good air circulation and a controlled environment. The pistils on the DSD are also the least developed compared to the other girls. So I will need to start the flush at the next watering.This one would definitely benefit from a bit more time but I I think since the trichomes are already cloudy she would be ready in 2 weeks anyway 💪 Day 121 (12/12/2020): The girl is looking good today but actually noticed that some leaves are starting to go yellow. Although I think during this time it is actually good news and I will be happy for her to take up all the nutrients left into the buds to make them extra tasty!🤤 Day 122 (13/12/2020)💧: Sooo this week is the start of the flush, just 1.5L of water. They are definitely ready for the flush and the buds are looking gorgeous! So gorgeous, in fact, that we cannot wait for the girls to be ready. So I cut some stems off to dry 🙊 We basically realised that they will not be ready and dry by Christmas (plus we would want to still cure them for min 2 weeks) and so I cut some of the smaller stems off to get some buds ready for Christmas celebrations 🎄 I only cut off 2 stems (one from each girl) of the buds that were at the bottom. I’ve put them into a box with holes in a room thathas good airflow. I’ll also make sure to weigh them and add it to the final dry weight. They do look super amazing though and definitely quite purple Day 123 (14/12/2020): Didn’t have time today to take pics of the girls but I’m sure they are fine 😉 Day 124 (15/12/2020): I swear the buds look fatter and fatter every single day that I check her. Looking great, smelling great, and will definitely taste great! Day 125 (16/12/2020)💧: Second flush of the week, great stuff. Just gave her 1.5L of water and ripped off some dry leaves. There are some stems at the bottom that are still quite weak and cannot hold their weight. At this point it is too late to cut them off but I have definitely learned to lollipop for the future! Day 126 (17/12/2020): What a great end to the week and just 1 more week to go! Buds are looking astonishing at this point. And I swear they are still getting bigger and bigger. My only concern is that the buds still have some white pistils which also determines maturity. I hope they ripen up a bit more over the last week! And next week I will be watering twice and probably harvest after the whole week is finished, so on Christmas day! What a great present 🎁

Plants looking happier week by week. Peach Tree and Gary Payton also got their haircut. I pushed the light up to 120W which matches the light intensity recommended by Sanlight for the stage. Will keep it like that until I flip to flower. Recharged the crystals while the sun was shining on the weekend.

Another week has gone by. Still not seeing any amber trichomes but a lot seem to be going cloudy so hopefully another 2 weeks MAX for this one. Both plants are looking kinda deficient but only a week or two left so not too fussed about that. Both plants smell very sweet and are both the same smell too which suggests a nice strain stability. Still unsure which one will yield more, one being topped and one left to its own life. Hopefully next week we will see some amber!

Im teling you guys, this things are going in auto mode, i just change water, bend here and there and they are doing it all by them selfes, and they doing it super fast and strong, i love wen things roll like they supposed too. Growing like a weed!lol

Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering. Man have these plant shot up. It's at this point that I could put in a net but I haven't figured out how to tie it in and still open the tent form the inside too. I'll just tie up the branches to the top roof poles when the branches start to fall over like last year. I already have the clips and twine I used last year. I gave the plants their first mixed flowering plant food last week, which is why they shot up so much. I'll let the plants just grow this week and then do my final trimming/pruning next week. Although these plant will be finished around 9 weeks of flowering I like to grow them 10 weeks. When I first started growing inside I wanted stuff that finished fast. 45 to 55 days is what I grew back then. But then I thought about growing 9 weeks and a whole group of plant that I wasn't growing opened up to me. Now I like to grow all the plants to 10 weeks. And now that I have more space I'm think about growing sativa's up to 14 weeks and collecting some pollen for crosses. I like Ace Seeds for sativa's. On to book 4 of the Fat Freddie's Cat series. What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. Last week of vegetation for MS n TF fingers crossed lol Lights dimmed back to 320watts, slite cannoing. The Clones are in cynogentics; slowing things up! Opened up a few more air holes. Sprayed with a weak solution of HPFG 0.05% All looks okay! "Few more days and the "infection leakage/cancer" the infection literally runs away from Hydrogen Peroxide Food-Grade treatment and leaves the blood brain barrier" Healing with no-scars! Me and the plants are healing well! Segwaying! Lights Off MS is still looking saggy curly after the transplanting into fresh rockcubes. Turned light back down to 300watts. TF is looking vibrant in Quarantine and has recovered from Septoria tritici, she took 1 week longer than MS to show signs of recovery and the transplantion short. Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants.
