7/26 can't believe my old pump tested at 1 watt!! when advertised for 5 gal tank, anyways upgraded to 4 watt, keeping the inch between basket and water, flower nutrients dyed everything brown, res ppm stays around 600-700 lower temps 80-90 degrees ph 5 doing a lot of tucking of fan leaves, some stalks are stretching higher then others, adjusting light as needed, keeping light around 12 inches from canopy 7/30 lots of new growth, having to refill res 2-3 times a week about

It's done...another one chopped. What a challenge this one. If you follow my grows, you know I love Royal Queen Seeds. I consistently have the best result with RQS strains, plus their services are always great. That being said I had much expectation for this Strain. What can I say... for the good point, it smells very sweet, fruity and yields giant long cola, fuuuulll of flower, very sticky and faty faty. . So densily packed that comes with some issues. First its always demanding for more K, a lot of top leaves yellowing that was hard to control. A long flower period for an auto and it suffered a lot with bud rot ( white mold, not the black one) It was a first to me. Tried everything from cutting parts to h202 direct on top of the damaged areas but with no success. That being said I've lost a lot of flower because of it and had to cut at least a week sooner than I wanted.. I will face this challenge again in a near future. The plant without the root ball weighed 1.2kg. It's drying know, so let's wait to see what we got... Overall one of the most productive plants I've tried, as one of the biggest buds I've seen in these colas. Thank you James and RQS for all the support. You guys are great and a major contribution for the cannabis world.

Week 19 of Vegetative Growth (Transition Week – Pre-Flower Move)** This week marks an important milestone for the Pineapple Upside Down Cake: she was finally moved into the tent where she’ll spend her entire flowering phase. She’s not flipping yet — this stage is all about controlled acclimation before the real show begins. Up until now, she was growing under a 5000K blue-leaning veg light at low wattage, which kept her compact and focused on structural development. Inside the flowering tent, the lighting is completely different: a full-spectrum 3500K panel, warmer, broader, and naturally more stimulating. A spectrum switch like this can easily stress a plant, especially in late veg, so the intensity was intentionally reduced to 300 PPFD to give her a soft landing. Temperature conditions also shifted: about 21°C during the day and 17°C at night, with the light set to 25% power. It’s a cool, stable environment — ideal for a plant adjusting to a brighter and wider spectrum. The second key topic of the week was training strategy. Her growth was accelerating fast, and the debate was wide open: Should she be topped? Should we go for a scrog? Should we prune more aggressively? In the end, the most coherent choice was a clean LST session. Her main branches — roughly ten apexes — were gently bent and opened to create a wider, flatter canopy. This approach keeps stress minimal while giving her a solid architecture to handle the upcoming stretch. Over the next few days, she’ll naturally stand back up, and once she does, her true structure will become clearer. At that moment, we’ll be able to judge whether she needs extra shaping: a light defoliation, selective pruning, or even a late top if it really makes sense. For now, the plan is simple and strategic: • monitor her adaptation to the new spectrum, • watch how she reacts to the LST, • keep the environment stable, • and only move to flowering once she shows full vigor again. 11/8 start of week 10, continuing to not use nutrients, started flushing this week, looking to harvest next week, she smells amazing like mint almost, very unique smell, getting frostyyyy, usually having to water 3-4 times a week 11/15 still lots of popcorn buds on the bottom branches as pictured, I messed up the mainline and should have stretched her out more but live and learn!
