Friday 15th February 2019 - germinated & planted - So, I've added the first week in early so I can maybe get some criticism on my first grow in a micro environment. This is my first ever grow, with organic products and tap water. I'm not after anything crazy but I'd like a good smooth first run. I'm just a little worried on how well I'm doing the germination process as everywhere I read have a different way of doing this. As most of my stuff is organic I thought the glass of water then soil method would be most viable, but what I've done is drop my seeds in room temperature water and just waited till then dropped to the bottom and once that was done I've then transferred then into their main pots. They've been in a darkish space with just an intake fan on keeping the temp and humidity around 22c/60h, I keep spraying the walls of the grow room and the top soil of the pots twice a day, it's now been 4 days and I'm wondering if this is all ok. Any help will be greatly appreciated. ******* 19/02/19 1 has popped. I've now put a full 24 hour lighting on at 90cm above the plant tops. ******* 22/02/19 It's been exactly a week since I germinated and planted 3 seeds, of which I forgot to mention that 2 of them is Royal Bluematic but I accidently mixed the seeds together when germinated (haha classic) so it's a gamble for a week and with help from a great community I think I can say I'm off to a good start. I've not watered or added anything apart from spraying the walls and topsoil with leached tap water. Going by the dated pictures everything is growing fine apart from one of the plants stretching a bit, but with guidance I've lowered my light and hope the little babe will be comfy with that. I'm looking on adding a very light dosage of rootbastic with the first water maybe mid next week but my soil is still rather moist. ******* 24/02/19 I've mixed 0.1ml of Atami Rootbastic with 1litre of water shared between the 3 pots for a little hydration. *******

26/02/19 Have fed them their first grow feed which was 0.5ml of Kalong Grow and 0.1ml of Rootbastic mixed into 1l of leached tapwater then divided into 3 parts each per pot. Awesome shit, loving each day! ******* 03/03/19 Did a feed today as the top soil was looking a little dry, it's been 5 days since their last feed with nutrients 0.5ml Guanokalong Grow 0.1ml Rootbastic

05/03/19 Kept it simple, haven't done much apart from lower the light from 45cm to 40cm. Keeping the thermostat fan set to no higher than 25c Open the doors once a day and give a spray of water to the walls of the wardrobe 3 x daily The soil is still moist from a feed on the 03/05/19 so I'll just wait until the topsoil is dry by 3cm ******* 08/03/19 The plants were looking a little sad so I've watered them 1L nute loaded for each plant and started with some LST

12/03/19 So there hasn't been a lot going on in terms of healthy growth. It seems I've been giving nutrients too often and that the pH of my water is too high (7.8) resulting in a Calcium defficiency and stunted/abnormal growth. Following some great advice from Bulbi to one of my questions. I've bought some Cal-mag and pH down to try and mitigate this issue, I've done the following :- : 1ml Cal-Mag to 1l of Water per plant : 2ml Cal-Mag to 1l of spray bottle to be used infrequently : I haven't pH reduced on this watering as I noticed the Cal-Mag slightly reduces the pH, so to not shock the plants I'll lower the pH marginally on the next 2 feeds untill it's at 6.5 : Raised the light to 45cm : Changed the lighting schedule to 18/6 Let's hope these few changes will bring these lil babys back to life! I'll post some mid-week pictures to show any difference.

Technically it's now their 4th week as I started a week early. They've now bushed out a bit and are getting taller with some possible cola sites on show :D after the last couple of weeks of not doing much and being incorrectly fed. I've corrected this and I'm now seeing some great results. Still no nutes as I fed them like buggery previously but I did a feed of Cal-Mag 0.1ml/l and Atami Rootbastic 0.1ml/l to a litre of pHed water for each plant on the 17th but they're feeling a little light already so will probably do a light feed mid week. ******* 21/03/19 Did a very light nute feed today, 0.1ml Guanokalong, 0.1ml rootbastic per 1 litre of pHed water per plant.

26/03/19 Fed all 3 plants 1ml/l Cal-Mag to 1 liter each. Also done LST on all 3 girls for their last week of veg. Will post more pictures tomorrow to see how the LST went. 28/03/19 Fed her the last grow nutes today before easing into Bloom, 0.5ml Guanokalong Grow, 1.5ml Rootbast, 1ml Calmag per 1L per plant 31/03/19 She was gagging for some water so fed her 1ml Calmag and 1.5ml rootbastic per 1L

Hi there! I've gone and done some LST to my plants, you can see it pictured above. Have I gone over the top with it and was it a bit late in starting? I'm also now thinking of lowering my 600w LED from 60 to 50/45cm for the now LSTed branches. Worth it? Cheers

Hey Jedi!! Your LST looks fine not overboard at all👍 and no your not to late at all it can be done at any stage pretty much. and yes you can lower your light a bit if you want to just make sure to keep a close eye on it at first just to make sure it's not going to burn the plants Looking Good!!

So I'm most definitely into flowering and everything has been going great! Well, I think so. Not many issues apart from a little deficiency and odd dying leaves but I'm told its normal. I'm also getting some lush smells when I open the cupboard with little bud sites forming all over the place. I've lowered the light down so that it's 40cm from the top of my middle plant, it's the lowest optimum length for flowering stated by the light manual....I'm a little lost with this though but I hope that's right. I'd like to also say my thanks to the community keeping this place buzzing, you've helped me incredibly. Now, lets grow some sticky lovin'.... I've done their nute feed today :- 1ml/l Cal-Mag 0.125ml/l Atami Rootbastic - Slightly increased the dosage 0.15ml/l Guanokalong Grow - Weining the girls off of their grow nutes now 0.15ml/l Guanokalong Bloom - Slowly easing the girls into their Bloom nutes 35g Guanokalong Powder - Just a topsoil top-up as the powder I mixed in at the beginning would has all been used up by now

09/04/19 This Dudette has blown up in height! stretching just over 10cm since last week and now not looking so clumped up and bushy. The smells are starting so stay behind after maintaining her which are gurt lush, I just need to start seeing some density in there....I should also invest in some patience because I'm getting too excited with the results ^.^ I've noticed this week that my nutrients (Guanokalong Grow and Bloom) don't contain any 'P' Phosphorus, I did premix my soil with Guanokalong Dung Powder which is full of P so I'm hoping that it'll last the grow (As per instructions), I'm probably going to ask a question on this if I start losing sleep over it -.- Anyway, I've been watering her every 2 days following a wet/dry cycle and nutrient feeding every 3rd water. Today's feed I've stopped the grow feed for all plants and now on the bloom feed, still with Cal-Mag and Rootbastic every watering. I'll be making my nusery/veg stealth growdrobe this week to start a couple more.

Alot has been going on! She's stretched like buggery with lots of pistil/ly bud sites, I defoliaged a little bit because it's bushier than a unkempt beaver in there and also got rid of some non-needed nubbins along the branches. Contrary to this though, I've started to notice deficiency of sorts which I'm thinking is a phosphorous problem due to my nutes not actually having any in them, P was maintained by the guano I mixed in the soil from the very beginning but I feel that may have all been used up by now, so to fix this I bought some Palm Tree Ashs and sprinkled a cup over the topsoil. But boy o boy does it spike your pH levels!! I made sure the water i use for the next few feeds if pH'ed well around the 4-4.5 mark as it spikes the levels to ~9 This weeks feed consisted of :- 5ml Guanokalong Palm Ash mixed into the 1L of feed water 1 Cup (50ml) Guanokalong Palm Ash - sprinkled over the topsoil and watering through 0.2ml Guanokalong Bloom 0.2ml Atami Rootbastic - This is some awesome shit, I've even got the bottom of my fabric pots covered in thick roots 1ml Cal-mag - As always Per 1 liter of H2whooooaaaaa

24/04/19 My Royal Highness - She's still been stretching a bit since last week bu the spurt seems to have slowed. As with one of my Bluematics this Royal Jack has shown signs of a deficiency in the center of the leaves and the ends curling and crisping, but it's not spread as much as the bluematic. I've kept her on the same feed to see if it is what I think it is now (Potassium, not Phosphorous) but if my next week she shows no improvement then I think I may need to flush which I really hope I don't have to do as I don't have that much de-chlorinated water to pH. I think I'll just do what alot of people say for Autoflowers and thats to just leave them along :/ Otherwise she is doing OK, the pistils look healthy and most of the plant seem healthy. I'll be keeping a keen eye.

02/05/19 It's been a bit of a rocky week for all the plants, things popping up all over the shop but I'm putting it down to being a noob. Light distances/intensity issues and plenty of upcurling leaves from being a proper wally with my nutes. In terms of blooming, ol' Jackie is looking good. Her bud sites are nice and plentiful but they're rather airy and whispy with pistils, this could be due to their genes and phenos though so we'll see how it pans out for her in due course (the same issue is going on with one of the royal bluematics I'm growing) but as I said, the buds are there and looking alright....just fatten up babies!! If you can see on the pictures, the leaves that face the middle of the LED are bleached and weathered. I've hightened the light and gave the LED rig a jig and got some more efficiency out of it in terms of height and PAR intensity, I'm still needing to purchase a PAR meter but I have learn't that this 600w does kick out some and if there's a plant directly below it then that's some light blasting down on the poor plant. With my next grow I'm only dealing with 2 plants so the light share will be much better and make much better use of said PAR :) As for the feed I've notched Guanokalong Bloom up to 0.3ml but keeping CalMag and Rootbastic the same now throughout the grow. I'm keeping the pH at 6.3 as they seem to like it. I'm hoping this week we'll start to see fatter buds and better leaves. Today's album played to them was 'Leftfield - Rhythm & Stealth'

09/05/19 Sup, I've now gotten over my fret of deficiency and leaf problems, basically (I know I'm repeating myself) it was light damage and over feeding. I've now been watching my plants like a hawk to notice any minimal changes and adjust parameters accordingly. Soooo not really much has changed but I'm watering/feeding more minimal and on a tighter schedule. I've also started to noticed compaction of soil over time which is a given but I can now start seeing exposed roots, I'll make sure to fill and compact the soil a little more from the start. Onto the good points, Ol' jackie is really starting to get more hench and solid, I know she's meant to be a little airy because of her genes but by gawd she's fattening up, when I grab a bud it no longer compresses but instead goes solid like some of that non-newtonian shit when you mess around with that....errr, she's starting to stink too, really citrus elements and zingy, can't remember if that's what this strain is meant to exhibit but I'll read up on that later. Nodes are all still there and safe, still need to catch up to the main stem's nodes but they can mature a little later, I feel I'm going to use this plant and one of the Royal Bluematics I'm growing in conjunction with this plant for concentrates and butter equally. The last plant will be percy :) Other than all that I'm starting to get impatient and eager, I'm also starting to lose sleep over the loudness of my thermo-extractor buzz since the plants getting bigger and summer looming.....the fucker really hums!! I'm listening to thunderstorms and mongolian throat singing most nights as lullabies.....-.- The plants have been listening to Alix Perez's new album which is pretty banging to be fair. Catch ya'll soon.4

I think I'll flush a little longer as they're salty biiiichs I'm guessing the flush is also going well due to the leaves losing the green from nitrogen being sapped P.S - camera lenses still broken.

So after 16weeks she's had the chop, 1 of my 3 plants from my first time growing and it's been a great ride throughout. I've ended up with a decent amount of nice dry if slightly airy bud, she's now curing for 3 weeks but I've had a little taster already as so to let you guys know and I can say it's proper lush! very flavoursome, little peppery in the jar but such a jack herer taste when toked. The colours were excellent, dark greens with lovely orange pistils starting to brown a tad but I like that. Overall the plant and strain was very easy to grow, I did have some deficiency problems but being a part of this awesome community I was fed great information that has led me to get to this point...HARVESTING :D now I've done enough waffling, just check the pictures and the stats 😁😝👇🙏 Sorry for poor picture quality, my lense is still smashed.

I've really enjoyed watching this one grow and bloom, it's been awesome, learning a lot on deficiencies and lighting heights/schedules etc.. The community have been an absolute godsend and not one piece of information was misinformative and derogitory to me for being a novice. I highly rate the Royal Queen Seeds group that also helped me and they will always be a good memory from now on in my growing adventure for being the first seeds I ever used (and won't be the last)
