Monday 1st may, Day 53 day 5 of 12/12

Stretching is slowing down now. I defoliated reasonably hard 2 weeks ago , now I know I should have gone harder but this is my first time growing this strain. I've got one pheno that's looking like it will be done in the next week or two . I have one pheno that has very few stigma which is something I've only ever seen before on super lemon haze crossed with mimosa evo . You can see them in the video. Keep growing 💚

Week 4 Update: Plant Growth: Noticed some plants lagging behind by 5-9 days, so I've been focusing on giving extra care to these ones. Implemented Low Stress Training (LST) on the stronger plants, particularly the Gorilla Glue and Gelato varieties, to encourage more even growth. Weather has been a mixed bag – occasional bursts of sunlight, but mostly rainy days. To compensate, I've set up a makeshift box with LED lights to ensure the plants get consistent light exposure. Nutrient Management: Adjusted feeding schedule to once every 2-3 days to provide a balanced mix of nutrients. Using a combination of guano, worm tea, and Grow NPK Autogrow mix to feed the plants, which seems to be working well so far. Considering adding Cal-Mag to the mix to ensure the plants are getting all the nutrients they need for healthy growth. Observations: Despite my efforts, I can't shake the feeling that some of the plants might be experiencing slower growth than expected. It's a bit frustrating, but I'm staying patient and hopeful that they'll catch up soon. Looking Ahead: As I prepare for the next batch of seeds, I'm already thinking about the lessons I've learned from this experience and how I can apply them to future grows. Despite the challenges, I'm feeling optimistic about the future and looking forward to seeing how these plants continue to develop in the coming weeks.

Well, that didn’t go as planned 😅 — snapped a branch while doing LST, so I guess it turned into an unplanned supercrop session. At least I’m learning something new from my mistakes. Other than that, this strain’s super bushy — gonna need to step up my LST game next time.

Day 64 (18/05/18) - Impressed with the size of these girls, especially the StarDawg but not really impressed with the stated time from the seed breeder as it was advertised as 8-9 week strains and I can see them easily going another 2 weeks maybe 3 unless they change overnight. One of the girls is over 3ft tall which I can understand she will need more time to fill out etc etc.. I'm a photoperiod grower but thought I'd try out a few autos which in all honesty has been fun just though't they would be a bit quicker. A side from me moaning, they all look really good and i'm certain I'll get some really nice healthy flowers. First auto grow but definitely not new to growing. Always been against autos but they are not that bad, my final decision will come from the finish.. Yield, smoke quality and buds. But all in all, so far so good. Well done from fastbuds

I must apologize for the shitty incomplete diary. As I was getting into my stride a load of work came along that took me away from home for several months so I had some real issues finishing the diary.. The harvest was good. I had nearly 800g of flower at the chop which were all frosty chunky dense beasts. The terp profile at chop was a very stinky gassy smell which I would call diesel. Incredibly sticky and pungent. Really treated my extractor.. I had them dry for around 10 days hanging in a dark room with a temp of 19c and RH at 52%.. Thank you to Mrs Laritfor sending me these beans. The genetic is fantastic and very stable both my ants were the same pheno with plant 1 producing slightly smaller buds due to an unfortunate branch snapping incident early on. But the smaller buds were twice as dense ..Just lovely.

Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 plant is finally in the hps tent and doing well!!!

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) I have stopped the CO2 supplementation for this week and onwards as the plants naturally slow down photosynthesis and it is not needed during the last 2 weeks of flower. Also raised the lights by 5cm to make sure the trichomes don't get damaged and also dropped the RH and temperatures even more than last week, and surely the colours are becoming more and more vibrant as the ladies are fading into their autumn shades. Feeding just water since middle last week, all I'm doing is giving the ladies PH correct water until harvest to naturally deplete the soil from nutrients and flush out the soil slowly this will help bring out even more colours as the ladies use up the remaining nutrients stored in their leaves as they reach the end of their life cycle. Sunday Jan 3; Transitioning from Veg to Flower Nutes is in progress. Tonight sees 2/3 Bloom / 1/3 Veg and that’s it. - dropped tent temp down to 26C and humidity seems steady just under 50% - feeding schedule has been every other day. Stretching that to every 3 days after tonight ** water volume is my conundrum ** Do I add more water for the plant ? Am I giving enough Nutrients to the plant for it to grow big? Question Time ! &. Results: Volume of water was raised again for dinner tonight. 2.5 g between both plants. On the great advice I received today from 2 growers, and my desire to increase the amount of food that the plants see; the volume of water will go up and the time between feedings will resemble more of a 4 & 2 day cycle. Other Changes—- *”hand-weighing the pots” to get a Feel for moisture content, will become a regular task. **Giving the plants an extra day to absorb larger feedings, will become part of a staggered routine to help keep them on the Dry-Side Mad growth again today (sun p.m.), with the last taste of Medi-One out of the way early in week 3. A 4 day liquid-break and then 100% flower food. Jan 4 saw the plant looking well hydrated. No obvious run-off from yesterday’s feeding, says a deep watering has not happened yet. I will give the soil moisture a chance to recover, and increase next weeks Volume of water (aka nutrition) slightly once again. Breaking new ground ie: past a gallon per plant indoors and watering based on actual Needs. looking for real progress Jan 6th: next dinner is listed above, either tonight or tomorrow it will be used, based on how Dry the plants feel tonight Today is day 3 since the last watering. If possible I’ll hold-out till tomorrow. is Desert-like. Leaves are still pert. And the ~13 gallons or so of soil still feels bloody solid. So I’ll wait till a 4th day and feed it tomorrow. Fresh pictures uploaded w/ a video Jan 7: Fed each plant after 4 days without food or water, and they look great. Upped water volume 1/4 gal ea., (1.5 gal total ea.) and this will start the desired 4/2 watering schedule. Amount goes up each of next couple weeks. (Then taper off nutes and h2o in the last weeks is the plan) -plants looked great after 4 days without water. Here’s one for patience. -if the plant growth and bud development are any indication... the plant on the left appears to be a week ahead of the plant on the right. The one on the right just seems to be taking off now. Jan 8 Uv-B use has been s/d for the time being ~ 3 or 4 weeks. I am going to wait until there are actual buds on the branches, before making good use of the wavelength. * also behind that decision is the fact that the plant Under the Light, is solidly 4” behind the other since I started adding short periods of uv-b exposure. (The plants were exactly equal up until I started exposing the R plant for 1/2 the CMH exposure. ie: 6 hours) The plant lagging behind in reach and bud development, is the uv-b plant. And that’s only been using it since Dec 31st ! As it stands articles are saying to use the Uv-B later in flower. OK, I’m in ! Taking action on an observation. Sat Jan 9: - opening the tent tonight there was a 3” stretch over the course of the nite/day on the left. And it looks like the plant on the right is kicking-in as well. Slower, but happening. Like the whole L plant grew 3”

Days 92 - 98 (from sprout) 8/23/24 - 8/29/24 Loompa's Headband x TK fading hard this week - checking trichome color through a 15x loupe, needs more time The Good Shit drinking a gallon of water a day but slowly backed off near end of week - my guess would be a 14-week flowering period for this genotype before harvest quality I'm pretty much watering daily a 1/4 gallon to Blue Nose Pit or less to keep mulch layer from drying out Sweet 16 S1 takes the win for most trichome coverage out of the garden, has the most up-front aroma out of the geno hunt PAR is all over the place on this one and totally messed up, after this week I'll raise the light and focus on the appropriate PAR for canopy of The Good Shit Pest Management slipping too, fungus gnats are repopulating and it seems the ecosystem has encountered a serious imbalance of beneficials and predators that normally kept soil/mulch in-check Plan on short-term remedying this with a top-dress of remaining compost + em bokashi and a moderate drench of EM5 following with repeated treatments of enzymes (tweetmint) Long term solution may need a predator/beneficials kit and/or higher quality vermicompost after knocking them back with enzymes

Week 6 (3-3 to 9-3) 3-3 Temps: 17.9 to 22 degrees Humidity: 58% to 74% I have a lot of faith in these girls, at the first sight they see a bit unhappy and it looks like it has some nutrient problem going on. But the leaves showing signs are the ones where the plant snapped in half, and they are recovering, im sure they will be allright in some time! 4-3 Temps: 17.8 to 21.9 degrees Humidity: 61% to 72% 5-3 Temps: 17.8 to 21.5 degrees Humidity: 55% to 79% Watering: Both 1000 ml. Que hay familia, recta final de estas xupet y haribo de Rkiem seeds, la verdad que los esquejes de mi colega e flipado, Los 8 ejemplares han salido muy bien, tienes unos tonos y aunque no sean muy grandes se ven flores muy prietas y repletas de tricomas, espero se puedan apreciar bien en las fotos y el vídeo. Ya e practicado un lavado de raíces que era necesario para proceder a seguir regando sólo con agua unos días más. This has to be the biggest plant I've grown in a 12.5 litre. 95 gram of trimmed nugs and 37grams of popcorn nugs. Massive yielder . Nugs not as dense as the frostbangers but the final yield has made up for it. After 5 days curing it's smoothed out, white ash. It has a strong effect good for day or nighttime. The taste is a bit lemony with hints of fruit on the exhale. I'm buzzing, wasn't expecting such a high yield from one plant. This will last me ages lol. I Only used 300watts if I had 4 of these that would have been 1 half pounds in a 1 meter 😳 Never had a bad Gorilla Z she won't let you down. 🌱💨

this one probably my overall favorite even tho the Runtz wins in flavor and mimosa cake in nose and high.. with an incredible strong kush type nose with sum sum in there that really spice things up! super tasty and beautiful buds with dense and nice buds, great bud structure and just over all top nudge! thank you FASTBUDS420 for this collab!

May 11: wildfire smoke rolled in this morning for the first time this year. Last year was horrible but hopefully this year won’t be as bad. Today was stay inside the house sort of bad smoke but it’s supposed to blow over soon. Hope. Plant looks good and happy in the final container. May 12: took out a couple of small cedars and I have a new sunniest spot in the yard, or at least for the next 12 weeks or so. Today’s sunlight is like what it will be like in early August (6 weeks to solstice). May 16: cool and rainy today but some sun at the end. She’s still doing great, and definitely better than most of my previous starts. I think I had the soil too wet before, or maybe the apple thing actually works. Either way she’s off to a good start and we’re on schedule with the May long weekend coming up. May 17: cool and rainy all day. Left plant in the mini-greenhouse all day.
