Day 77 (f15): The Runtz is stretching considerably more than the Kosher Dawg (which will need to be elevated - probably by putting planks under the dwc reservoir). Ran out of Plagron nutrients and couldn't find anymore! So I bought the only ones available at the hydro store 'hy-pro hydro A & B), these nutrients are much less concentrated and I already used up near to half a litre of nutrients on my reservoir change day (yesterday)! The yellow tips on the Runtz seem to be light stress, as during the res change the nutrient dosage was lowered and ph maintained between 5.7-6.1 and she shows she is hungry but the yellow tips got slightly worse to the light is 15cm higher now. Nice strong vegetative smell releases when I rub any part of the plants :D It is getting difficult to take pictures where you can actually see the size of the plants because the space is so packed! Can't wait to do the heavy defoliation after the stretch (in like 5-7 days from now)! Day 80 (f18) update: 10cm stretch since day 15, she is doing well! Internode distance is larger than I'm used to, but she also stretched more than I expected so I'll probably remove all the lower bud sites during the heavy defoliation. Light stress (or nute burn) symptoms barely progressed, I think putting the light from 35 to 55cm from the highest growth shoots helped. Since she is so bushy and definitely the biggest volume plant I have ever had I am very curious to see what she REALLY looks like after the defoliation!! Day 80 (f20) update (heavy defoliation): The stretch has slowed down and the buds have a slight fresh sweet citrus aroma, took 90 minutes to defoliate her and remove the 'sucker' branches and bud sites on the bottom 40% of the plant. Changed water reservoir to a mix with a bit of bloom booster (Plagron green sensation).

Amazing the difference a week can make on some of these plants. She beautiful and getting gassy already. Lowered the temp to 72. Juice is still pumping

Kosher Haze is what it says, kush and haze, very resinous buds. More leafy and less dense buds but long colas full of frost. Effect is powerful, euphoric, longlasting. Amazing taste of sweet berry.

Zhampagne - Compound Genetics Day 62 - watered with 2l of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. She has finished her stretch pretty quick, so very lollipopped her up to about 3-4 nodes from the canopy, I've also removed any redundant fan leaves that were too low or covering nodes. Pretty impressive bloom so far, she's the tallest in the tent and is catching up with the ZodaZa, which was a couple weeks ahead of her🎉 She's had a good amount of stress put on her this week, so the plan for now is to just let her recover and grow 🙏🏻

They're coming along really quickly they're on week 2, the custom strain I have in here I crossed the sherb tree from the plug with EL chapo and this plant looks amazing and smells like cherry refreshers platinum Z is also looking very nice with a lovely sweet watermelon with a hint of diesel and they really do stink even though they are weak 2 getting excited already haha, they all look very good so far,, I did have 25 but a few of them looked quite sick and a few abnormalities and they really didn't like the feed I was given them so the one's got eliminated and I am now left with 15 of the ones I like, this small room is just for my testers before putting them in main room, the LED that is running is lumatek zeus 600 pro, this is my first try with LEDs I've always been HPS but I'm definitely turning my head towards them as these ones are shooting up and look very healthy, once this run is done if I feel that it comes out better with LED I will swap out all 6 lights in the main room and replace them with 4 LEDs, I have some sherb tree x meringue from Dutch passion, running concurrent I will try and get another diary going with them they are awesome. Start of week 2 flowering. This girl is hungrier than her round 1 sister. Probably because of the extra veg time, she has developed more root and plant mass that needs more nutrients. The plant itself is growing nicely, stretching out too! Looks good so far!

Day 64 - the hulk is here! a. this plant has really surprised me and exploded everywhere b. Pumped out the DWC and installed 15 litres of my explosion flower blend. Adding liquid KoolBloom and keeping the Diamond Nectar flowing for this lady c. Ive noticed that continuing Diamond Nectar throughout flowering in strains that contain OG Kush make the buds much more dense. Day 65 - flowering really well a. I think she loves the new flowering blend! she drank 3 litres overnight! b. Im going to push this plant very hard to the finish c. keeping the PH 6.5 throughout all of flowering Day 66 - The sative genes are shining through! a. I wanted a super sativa plant for this grow, I want a mind numbing head high, this will do it b. it looks and smells alot like White Widow, probably due to the Myrcene terpenes. c. she is drinking 3-4L a day right now, Im dumping in the above chart mixed 1:1 right now. d. tied the larger side branches back a little to open her up, she is thick Day 67 - a little more guidance for the branches a. added in 2 ties for the large side branches to give space, there are many tops here b. she is drinking so much, it is crazy! c. the resin is already being produced, and is very sticky and strong Day 68 - explosions everywhere a. the buds are expanding vigorously, the stigmas are huge and very strong b. she is still stretching upward its amazing to see c. the plant is consuming 3-4L a day right now Day 69 - continue to grow a. drinking alot, 4L overnight, stretching like a giant b. lowered the light just a ilttle to get some more penetration into the plant Day 70 - growing like a weed!

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. The wicked genetics plants are by far the most potent ones i grew and the most dank smelling like the gary payton x boston kreme pie (gary payton x wedding cake x thin mint cookies) is so dang potent this shit is an indica monster, I can't take more than 3 hits or I'm catatonic 🤣🤣🤣🤣 the gary payton x sour headband is still drying but I tried a little bit and that one is a sativa monster super nice heady high perfect for daytime smoke but both will rock your world if you take more than 2 or 3 hits I've never grown outdoor like this ever before I always grew local strains or clones but after harvesting these 2 plants I have decided that ill be growing nothing but wicked genetics for a long freakin time..the next line up im germinating are all special and will be my biggest challenge yet growing 8 different strains I have never grown and most of them being chem,sour or og kush crosses along with some more gary payton crosses (gp x king Louie og,gp x unicorn poop) highway og,evil og and kings og and triple threat and triple crown and lemon smoothie(lemon skunk x chemsicle) very excited I love growing fire strains I have never tried before these gp crosses impressed me beyond belief and I'm telling you guys go check out wicked genetics on his discord server or on IG or his website www.wickedgenetics.net, he gives tons of freebies if you buy from his discord and has regular and fem seeds if there's one person who's work needs to be admired it's Joshua's man hes doing some special work with og kush's,chemdawg,skunks,and sour strains it's insane how many fire strains I have from him and only really spent a couple hundered dollars where I was spending 0 with rqs and getting 10 northern lights autos seeds that I won't grow and the strains were never anything special not compared to wicked genetics the best bud I grew from royal queen seeds indoor isn't nearly as good tasting or as potent as the gary payton x boston kreem or gp x shb pie I grew outdoors I've never seen that
