Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. 2018-11-19 Flowering in full swing. Pulling slows down. In the morning, on the day of the compote replacement, my PPM-meter broke down. Therefore, the new solution was kneaded by eye. Tomorrow a new device will arrive and I will clarify what I have mixed there. 2018-11-24 Buds swell, there is time to figure out how to do time lapse video.

For this week, since its second week of bloom, will give it a P boost to the 1st gen mother to make sure she knows it's time to switch gears and flower. So taking out Flora Bloom and added dry Koolbloom which is 1-42-22 450PPM and also added 100 PPM of Flora Grow and 100 of CaMg for my main macro/supplement. Will be doing silica every other week and Hydro guard every week (since I found brown slime) Will resume with Flora Bloom next week. Been only doing Hydro for cloning and vegging so its my first time encountering brown Slime. Anyone know how I can get rid of it? What I know... - Need to lower PH to closer to 5-5.5 from 6.0 - Added Hydro Guard to fight slim - Minimize Air Stone duration - Been having it on pretty long because I have one large pump and I use it to brew Compost tea for my organic grow. - Need to minimize light penetration to resi - I have a perforated plastic cover laying around the house and I have been using that to cover the resi and sometime I even forget to put it on. Anything else? I run totally chemical nutes from GH Flora Series. And I have been sharing the PH and PPM meter with my organic nuets which I brew for 36 hours before use. Maybe some of that got contaminated thru that? Cause I have been using the same bucket system (without res) to raise my mothers for almost 7 months already and never encounter any slim before. I think I finally understand what tops are LOL: So please correct me if I am wrong... What I understand: - All tops large or small will "stretch" at the first weeks of flowering - Most of the "stretch" only occurs at the tops - The "stretch" will determine the length of that bud - The "stretch" should be as high as possible BUT with short distances between the NEW internodes that develop during that period. for a large and dense bud. - Don't get confused with stretch that cannabis experience under low light. End of week 2, veg. This little lady is finally catching up to the others in the tent. She has a typical sativa look to her for being so young, which is cool. After doing this for so long you kinda get a feel for seedlings. We watered with alfalfa Ferment as usual and these girls are in love lol. Seriously though, this stuff cuts my veg time in almost half! Highly recommend. Not much else to report on, just taking it day by day. Thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week.

Week 8 And now we are here at flower and starting to think this might be a nice smoke she is looking healthy and starting to build your self up. Smells like a mild form of ammi but none the less ammi not long now till harvest now, ill keep you posted

UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

Not much to report as these girls are happy and healthy. Weather is still a little up and down. We had a couple cold, drizzly days where they stayed inside under the lights on the heat mat set at 70F. Days when it was bright but still a little cool and windy they sat on a south facing windowsill. This morning is nice so they're actually out in the flower bed. They got a feeding at the correct dilution ratio this week and I re-potted them the next day in Coast of Maine Bar Harbor blend soil. I color coordinated the pots by strain so Night Nurse is Black. Gave the Weed Tea a stir today. Shes' getting stinky💩

Happy belated new years! Work and Holidays have taken a toll not only on me but the plants as well. Sadly, i didnt take any pictures. Also, Afghan Kush is yellowing quite a bit and showing signs of calmag def, while the blueberry just now started showing signs of a developed Phosphor def. We will try and tackle those problems in week 8, where ill also add more pics again. Im putting those issues in relation to me overwatering the shit out of them in the first couple of weeks and also by trying to delay adding flower nutes and not adding preventive calmag, which ill probably do from now on, since my previos run also showed some minor calmag problems, but nothing as drastic as this now. other than that, theyre growing, and the afghan kush is putting on some mass.
