Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. Good week for this tent, everything looks good, seeing decent growth on these two girls. Look at those beautiful pistils! also notice they are almost as big as GB1 Im pushing this tent into Bloom in 9 days, nervous but excited. I fed them today, and I used tap water so let's see how this goes. my tap water tested at 8.0 PH after adding nutes it went down to 6.9/7 Which for me is high but i'm just going to trust my gut. I have been buying RO and distilled and i'm tired of having to pick up some jugs every few days. I'm pretty happy about this tent and excited to see how they transition. 👽 FEB6- switched timer on lights to 16/8 to ease the transition of 12/12. FEB10 UPDATE- girls look good, happy, switching to flower once I know if GB1 is female or not, hopefully everyone will enjoy the next life stage!!! check video for update!

Starting today, I added Phosphor Plus from Hesi, giving her a dose of 1.5ml/L. I can now safely increase this by 0.5ml/L every week. Hesi Bloom Complex at a dosage of 4ml/L & Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L. Finally, a drop of Hesi SuperVit in 2.5L of water. After adding all the nutrients, I have a pH of 6.4. Now we'll see what Caramba has to offer. Had one with a bit of iron deficiency, slowed down the growth quite a bit but had no problems during flower

DAY 30, LESSON LEARNED It's been a tough few days for the ladies. But, what doesnt kill u makes u stronger😁💪🏾. After my last post the plants started to show some nutrient burn. I believe that happend because after my last defoliation post I gave the plants the same amount of water and nutrients as before. But ofcourse the plants were much smaller after the defoliation, so what I should have done was reduce the amount of water and nutrients. So these last days it was just watching the plants and keeping a close eye on em.

Le main-linning ce passe à merveille la capacité de récupération de cette souche autofloraison est appréciable et surprenante. Jour 28 comme à mon habitude je surveille les besoins en eau de ma plante. Je sous pèse mon contenant il est léger j'arrose donc ma plante avec un peu plus d'un quart du volume du pot avec une eau ph6.3. Je la laisse récupérer du stress du main-linning subis la semaine précédente. Jour 29 elle est déjà remise de son stress je continu mon mainlining dans le but de lui donner la forme que je souhaite. Jour 30 je profite que mon contenant soit léger pour ajouter en griffant le substrat 1.3 gramme de feeding biobloom de la gamme d'engrais de chez greenhouse. J'ai attendu la cinquième semaine pour ajouter l'engrais par peur de sur engraissage. J'effectue une dernière taille apicale ce qui me permettra d'obtenir les huit colas souhaités (vidéo explicative) et je peaufine mon LST par soucis de symétrie et d'esthétisme. Jour 31 repos mérité Au jour 32 je finalise mon LST et j'effectue un arrosage toujours avec un quart du volume du pot en eau ph6.3 a laquelle j'ajoute 0.5ml par litre d'eau de topmax biobizz Jour 33 les cola principaux ont récupérés de la coupe je les palisse pour leur donner une forme de T Jour 34 le mainlining est fini il me suffira juste de l'ajuster lors de la prochaine semaine. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside.
