Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Are you seeing what I'm seeing? HUGE difference from last week, buds are really filling in and taking shape. Already nice and hard. Trichomes are starting to coat the fan leaves, this one is going to be frosty!! 😍 I'll have to take a look at my dehumidifies, RH is climbing to 55% at moments and in these final week I don't want them to go over 45-50% Wish you were smelling what I'm smelling though!! 😍😍 MY OH MY!!!! The smell is aaaamazing!! They're giving my beloved Cream Caramel a run for best aroma in the tent but that Cream Caramel is tooo sweet! 😋 While they're both doing great, the one I defoliated just a little too much doesn't have as big buds.. That shows you, when defoliating it's best to leave some behind for later because once you cut those leaves you can't place them back. Some decisions you just have to live with. It’s never a welcome guest, but it’s part of the growing journey, and it teaches you more than any perfect run ever could. It started small: a couple of darker spots noticed deep inside one of the colas. Upon closer inspection, we confirmed it — Botrytis cinerea, or as growers call it, bud rot. Thankfully, it was localized and quickly handled, removing all affected material carefully to avoid spreading spores. Despite how dramatic macro photos can make it look, the loss was minimal. The rest of the canopy remains healthy, strong, and radiant under the LEDs. The girls keep thriving like the true champions they are. ⸻ 🧠 Educational Spotlight – What Is Bud Rot (and What It Isn’t) Bud rot is a fungal infection caused by Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in warm, humid, stagnant environments — the kind of microclimate that can form in thick buds during late flower. It usually begins inside the bud, invisible at first, and works its way outward, leaving behind a grayish-brown, dusty rot that can ruin entire flowers if unnoticed. She's becoming a very big lady and the smell it's amazing. A couple more weeks and then it's harvest time . Hope i can provide her a little bit more shelter for if the rain is there. ,,,🍀🙏🌞🤞

I believe these seeds were supposed to be auto's but nevertheless, I chopped them on day 121. A total dry weight of 234 grams. As far as the smoke goes, I enjoy it and it's what I would expect.

Week 9 marks the final stretch for Pink Truffle, and she's looking exceptional. Buds have continued to swell, stacking tightly along every branch while developing a thick blanket of resin that now coats both the flowers and sugar leaves. The contrast between the frosty trichomes and the dark purple tones is becoming one of this phenotype's standout traits. The plant has responded very well to training, creating an open canopy with uniform light distribution and excellent airflow. Calyxes are still expanding, but the flowers are already noticeably denser and heavier than last week. The terpene profile is becoming richer every day, combining sweet creamy notes with earthy undertones and a subtle fruity finish. Nutrient uptake has remained stable throughout the ripening phase, and the plant is naturally beginning its finishing fade without showing any significant deficiencies. Finally got the big tent and got the environment dialled in. With the AC in the tent, it's way more stable now; this also means I can close the distance between the light and the plant and she's definitely growing better.

83 days from seed, soil was hot from day 1 & I ended up stunting the plants this run... Low yield at 14g but still enough I will at least be able to test, stunted this one & it was pulled early, could have used another 2 weeks, prone to thrips! Candy/Gas/Hash on the nose, would make for an excellent concentrate! Grown in Black Swallow living soil with Cronks PUUR Organics line! Last week of growing started, we will switch to flowering at the end of the week. Nothing special was done, simply water as all had seaweed and biogrow already, during flower we will only add some extra PK and some sugars and it should be more than enough!

Here we go 😊 Planning & germination 👍 I´m really looking forward to this run, the SpectrumX from Medicgrow with build in PPFD, 4 spectrums V1, F1, VS, FS and 880 Watt is definitely serious business 👊 Trying out a new soil in this grow. The plant mulch is an exclusive mixture of harped mulch, nutrient-rich natural fertiliser, hill sand and long-term matured compost. The mixture provides a porous and airy structure, which ensures that both water and nutrients are easily accessible to the plant's roots. Stay tuned and Keep it green 😎

She's doing great despite losing a whole branch. I feel growth slowed down a bit but I may be just paranoid. Soon she'll start her stretch. I hope she is tolerant to heat because I can't keep temperature below 30C. Adjusted her LST several times this week and the branches are in final position. She would start stretching soon. She's showing some calcium issues and my last plant almost didn't make it, so I gave her a decent dose cal-mag.

Moving now to only PK and Fade. She is looking good, smelling like Tutti frutti/Candy. I had to defoliated her more and remove some Branches/Bud and put it to dry because she was too full. I've should have done this before to promote airflow and light penetration.

Nov.8 - Watered girls 250mL each, 0.25mL of each nutrient for each plant Nov.9 - Moved these girls into Vivosun tent under Phlizon 1200w light from a Marz Hydro tent 5x5 with Marz Hydro ts 1000 light. We needed to move these girls to this tent and have our DWC in the bigger tent so the DWC plants don’t get too hot at the bottom *once girls were transported to new tent the leaves turned to curl and lift upwards, the light is on veg and is 24” high Nov.10 - Watered girls 250mL each, 0.25mL of each nutrient for each plant Nov.10 - Decided we don’t like the blurple light and took one of our Mars Hydro lights from our big tent and switched it Nov.11 - Watered each plant, 500mL, 1mL of each nutrient. Our girls drank soo fast so we are bumping it up a bit Nov.12 - Our girl #1’s leaves are a little droopy and are looking a bit weird in some spots (darker green and almost wrinkled). Our girl #2 though is going great and we started some LST training on her today. Let her growww Nov.14 - Started our girl #1 on LST her leaves are much happier now! Ohhh boy #2 is sprouting so nice she’s starting to fill out so well and she just blossomed once we started LST, she was facing upwards in less than 24h!! Nov.15 - Our girls are thriving so I wanted to FIM #2 and my boyfriend wanted to Top girl #1 Let’s see how these girls groooww Nov.15 - Watered each girl 250mL and 0.25 mL of each nutrient we are going to water them just enough to soak into the ground every day for them to soak up as much nutrients and drink as possible without over watering.

02/15/2021 In the first pic you will notice bottom growth which will become my new moms! At least 3 there now. Top is stretching nicely I will have to decide soon if I want to top her or not, I will know better next week. 02/17/2021 Got two cuts today maybe two more by next week. 3 for the garden, 1 for mother plant. Ps. She grew an inch and a half in two days, so all is well. 02/20/2021 Stretching up to 13.5 inches(34.9cm) almost 5" in less than a week, I think she is happy! On a side note lower growth will produce two more clones for summer garden. can't wait to see her flower! I will probably need to top as she should stretch 1.5-2 X's in flower stretch. Very productive Week ! Topped these babies couple days before and Boom this happened. I waited too top these girls late because of weak stalk in early stages .

Looks like it's time to start bloom nutes! The tiny preflower hairs are starting to form. Its about to get real smelly in the backyard. Hopefully everything goes as well in this stage as the last.

Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time.
