An exciting week again training this girl. Was spacing her out throughout the week using the low stress ties. As you can tell did a lot of defoliation and some minor lollipopping. Getting rid of the lower growth that'll be larf. Watering every day right now. Added the AC Infinity self watering device to this girl. Because of that and how much she stretched, I'm a little close to my lights. I've spaced out the clips as far as I can to raise it up but I'm just outta room. It shouldn't negatively effect the plants with this much space but still not ideal. If I run into any issues I'll turn the lights down to 80%. All the plants are looking great but 1.... grand daddy purp #2 has small nugs on on and I've noticed some discoloring in some of the leaves. Have to refill the tank tomorrow so when I do I'll give that plant and flush and see if it's locked. All the other plants and other grand daddy purp plants are looking amazing. The red dragon plant has especially surprised me with how it's not only bounced back, but also the color. Have hints of black, red and purple in the bud and the smell is just amazing. Trichomes are everywhere around this 2 purple punch. The middle plant is more frosty due to the nutrient feeding stress( bat guano powder topdressed). Most of the fan leaves have burnt off crispy but the sugar leaves are not disturbed. I will be watering plain PH water once a week to stimulate draught and humidity and temperature down. I noticed that when the plant is in stress mode during mid flowering, trichomes tend to form fast i guess it is the defence mechanism. The genetics from my local nation is top notch. The centre plant i am keeping a 2week time frame to harvest if the sugar leaves yellow soon.

The buds look very good, not the most dense but it's to be expected with this strain, they have the classic foxtail structure Looking forward to tasting in a few weeks

week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

I received the clones from An out of province breeder. It reached me after three days of driving on the road with no light. Their future was not certain. I didn’t think I would need that many fans for the clones because they are so tiny, I figured they didn’t need that much maintenance. I was 100% wrong when I’m working with this many plants. I ended up getting mild mildew on top of the soil on the first week because there was barely any air circulation. At this point I didn’t have any Ventilation put up yet. And one fan on the floor. I ended up installing three fans in one room. No issues

Day 21 of flowerig going great. Gelato strain was too much bushy, so we had to defoliate it. Now all the works are done, only have to wait buds to get fat 😁.

The beginning of her tenth week! Wow, this has been a long one, but we figured that we want to get the best yield that we can from this plant and for grow scheduling, we don't mind letting this one veg out a little longer anyways. We really wanted to see what we could do with this plant and if we could in any way, reverse the stunted growth, but it seems to be a mixture of stress/genetics. We aren't fussing though, it has definitely been an interesting learning experience as we have gone along. Much earlier in the plants life, after topping, one of the nodes had been accidentally broken off and the plant seemed stressed out by that, as well as a transplant to a larger pot, only to find out it was too large for what we wanted to grow. At the end of the day though it has all been a fun learning experience and this is definitely a seed we would like to try and grow again. We have another Ice Wreck plant currently vegging (about two weeks) and if we like the pheno, we plan to keep it as a mother plant. Feb 26 - Ice wreck has shown some decent growth over the last few days so we figure that its time to stop vegging this one out, after 10 long weeks, and this sunday, at the beginning of her 11th week, we will be throwing her in the flower tent, to start the next part of her journey. We can't wait to watch this plant stretch during flower and see just what she is fully capable of. We expect a decent amount of growth, but nothing too crazy as she is a small plant to begin with.

Significant drop in local temps this week 6 of flower. A cold stream hit the area bringing outdoor temps to below 60 F daytime and low 30's F at night. Had to bust out the portable heater, which when adjusted kept 12 hr dark indoor tent temps at about 65 F. I brought the humidity from 55% down to 50%, which has been fairly easy to maintain. No nutrient regimen or training at this point: Super soil with top dressings prior to flipping 12/12 and at week 4 of flower. Defoliation prior to 12/12 flip and end of week four flower. Heavy lifting is over now, so maintaining health is priority #1. I'm using 7 gallon fabrics, so watering is basically once a week (from below and above) to full saturation. It's not quite a full dry-back when it gets hit with another watering. Pheno #2 doesn't particularly enjoy the watering regimen as much as #1 and #3. Going to allow a day or two more of dry back to see if #2 responds better. I believe the other two will not be adversely affected, but will monitor closely. Thanks for stopping by and having a look. These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower Nice progress with these ladies, I honestly did expect them to stretch this much. They were pretty heavy on leaves so I did a bit of cleaning of big fan leaves and bottom useless growth.. I admit, went a bit too far with one of them. Should've left a few more fan leaves behind.. 😪😓 Other than that, things are looking good. Bud sites are more visible, sure hope they keep growing out. Stopped adding grow nutrients, only bloom now.
