Well still battling bud rot its started a little on the Tysons and the og now. The weather has not been good. High humidity cloudy and damp. Rain a lot but I cover them from rain its just the wet humid air and lack of sun killing me. The up side is i got amber trics across all 4 of the plants so im going to harvest the last orange punch tonight as its having the most trouble with bud rot. The og and Tysons im gonna squeeze a few more days out of them. I think by next week all will be harvested. Besides some rot the plants are doing good I always catch the rot at first sign and remove affected bud. But the smell is insane the buds are coveted in trics and all of them are packed out dense buds. All in all even with some rot loss its still going to be a huge great harvest for my first time.

This girl has got some absolutely beautiful leaves. They have a dark tinge to them, that I don't know if it shows through on the pictures, but it is very cool. I think I may have too many buds for the size of my grow space but I can't decide which to trim or if I'm just overthinking things. Ill leave her for now and just tuck away leaves as the bud sites start to develop and then later trim any, if there are any of course, that may not have time or space to grow....... so for now I'll leave her to decide. she looks indica dominant (I've not checked) which suits me, I'm a fan of indica in a growing sense for my space, but means she will be a thirsty girl in my experience, compared to the sativa dominants. You can see in the photos that she has started to take square shape for her canopy space. I was once worried about her leaves touching the £1 emergency blanket I use as light reflection in the grow cupboard but has never been an issue its way too thin to hold anyway near enough heat to ever be an issue so the shaping also come somewhat naturally. shes under a selection of home standard LED bulbs around 10w, random blasts of UVB from a reptile light (I think helps growing with a slight slowing of the auto influence. My own thoughts from previous experiments only.) the other lights remain on 24 hours with a few 5 min breaks in the timer to cool the bulbs down a touch. I of course talk to her/them on a regular basis which has some scientific backing somewhere showing benefit for both of us.

Flowering day 19 since the time change to 12/12. Hey all together 😀. This week she has developed beautifully ☺️. I poured it 3 times with 1.2 l this week. Tomorrow I will add the 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom because the first blossoms are coming :-). I checked all the leaves thoroughly for pests or diseases and everything is fine ☺️. Next week I'll look at your roots as soon as the coconut is completely rooted. As every week, the tent was cleaned and the entire technology checked. The humidifier was also refilled every day 👍. Scrooge has grown bushy since the start of flowering. So, I gave it a trim and some care. Now, let's wait for it to bounce back, and I probably won't mess with it much more. 🌿🛠️

I've already cut a few buds this week, so that the effect is not too deadly and suitable for work

End of week 12 in bloom (photos from day 84). Buds are getting fatter. Last days for some plants, i will cut two of them next days .

Plants are growing really fast just giving water when soil dry. Decided to top the big bud auto seems to be growing really fast. Was only going to lst because this is my first indoor grow and don’t want to fuck it up hahah. Not much else going on this week. One of the northern lights is tiny but I have faith in it

Welcome to the Gardens of Queen Peaky! This is the last week for these little girls in their birth vessels. next week we will reinvest in larger pots and we will transfer these jewels into another tent starting with the 12/12 cycle for flowering happy harvest for everyone

We enter the second full week of flower. I went and got some nutes to start adding in sparingly to the watering sessions. Mild mix from Foxfarms of their Tiger Bloom formula. I didn't catch that the large plant's leaves were curling pretty tellingly so I didn't realize I was about to overload the nutes for that plant when I should have been flushing for a week. I had supercropped this large plant as it was 6" taller than the others but it bounced back so quickly. Five colas snapped and turned 90 degrees, bounced back in a day or two. It did allow the others to catch up a bit. I find that the one potential male I removed was 100 a male as it now had well developed pollen sacs. I had this plant outside alonside the other two potential herm/males. I put the two questionable ones on the roof and chopped the male down.

Week 6 Summary: First off, Happy New Year! May the new year filled with peace, love, joy and dank buds! 😄😉 Day 36-39: Despite my heavy defoliation they seem to bounce back quite quickly every time, but this is my first grow so I could be completely wrong and slowly murdering my plants... 😅 WC1 starting to frost up, the two double buds are starting to split themselves up while stretching: WIN! WC2 and WC3 really starting to show their size compared to just a week or 2 ago, really spread out now, and starting to stretch. Day 40-42: WC2 and WC3 really stretching now. WC2 almost catching up to WC1's height, and has probably spread out the most out of all plants when you compare it to a few weeks ago. Maybe defoliating is a good thing for Autos after all? I'm stoked about these. Although WC2 and WC3 are a few days behind of frost production it's definately starting to show itself by the end of week 6. Stoked for these!! These are stinking aswell, but for now the 4AM in the tent is sweetening it up! On to week7!!!

So die Süßen bis auf ,,Eine,, die ist nicht so süß die letzten Tage gewesen..., befinden sich jetzt am Anfang der Blütewoche 5 Allgemein verläuft alles sehr gut. Aber wie eben schon angedeutet, spielt die Pink Mist vorne bei der Luftzufuhr ein wenig ,,Fasching,, und versucht sich doch als Mann zu verkleiden :-) Zwar gering und natürlich da, wo man es auf den ersten Blick nicht vermutet. Wenige Staubbeutel hatten sich sichtlich geöffnet. Dennoch hoffen wir nach rascher u. vorsichtiger Entfernung, dass weiter große Kollateralschäden ausbleiben. Die Gründe dafür können vieler Natur sein. Trotz das die Geschlechtsreife abgewartet wurde, ist nach hinten raus alles möglich. Man muss das beste daraus machen :-) Hätten wir es noch komplett vor dem öffnen der Staubbeutel gesehen, hätten wir sie eher entfernt. Natur ist halt Natur und noch viel wichtiger, es ist ja nur für uns. Sollten in der Pink Mist samen auftauchen, so hätten wir feminisiertes Saatgut. Also immer Positiv sehen ;-) Seit Mitte letzter Woche fahren wir mit einem EC von mind. mS 1,6 Tendenz jetzt fortlaufend eher an die 1,8. Augenscheinlich und von den Werten her passt alles wirklich gut. Auf eine neue tolle Woche! Ansonsten vielen Dank fürs reinschauen viel spaß mit dem Bild u. Hi gromie's welcome to week 8. These girls are going great, started flushing on Monday 11/11/24 with plain ph'd water and Resin from Green Planet Nutrients at 2ml/ltr. I also reduced watering to just 2 times a day for 15 minutes on each time. Just trying something different as I usually do high fertigation . 15 minutes on watering cycle every 2 hours. From what I've read, I was hoping they would draw moisture from within themselves to help with drying but also some people believe it can increase THC?? It has worked at bringing out some more of that beautiful colour with in the buds but you can really notice the back plant has started canabilising itself! Starting to see some really nice fading of colours on the vegetation of the plant at the back, which is something I don't usually get with hydro because you usually feed them right to the end & Only need to flush for 2 to 3 days. Gave them a long flush this time. I've been waiting on a new microscope to arrive to check trichomes, but these girls are looking about done going off pistills turned orange/brown & curling in , Calyx closed & swelling up, looking really frosty!!! Will harvest this week! As I need to get veging plants into Flower Come on Grow diaries get your act together!!! I'm tired of updating my Diary only to see it's all wrong, things have been changed, put my day temp at 28°c save it & it shows -2°c & it's like that All through the diaries????

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS
