Welcome to week 5 of my Bubblegum XL diary Genetics by: Royal Queen seeds Looks great, nice and dark leaf, i like the new smaller leaves, the bubblegum leaves edges remind me of the weel on an automated saw. Kinda cute. I think i will let it grow for another week to get a bit wider plant

The tricombe production on this strain is ridiculous! It looks amazing under my microscope. The heads are mostly milky coloured so this may be finishing sooner than expected. The space in the tent is getting a bit tight so I'll be glad to have more room when this lady has done her thing.

Things are looking good, started with some lst with my hands at first now I've secured them with ties. The gelato looks like it finally want to start its growth due to whatever stress it was going through. Happy with how things are picking up

On my next round I am going to make sure that I make additional soil when I start a grow so I can keep topping the soil off to take advantage of all the root barbs popi g out

So here are a bunch of photos/vids of the first 4 weeks of flowering. This girl really took off and has filled out the 4’x4’ net on top of her nicely, and my 1000w hortilux eye HPS bulb is really kicking ass! Got her in the same tent/RDWC system as 1 other Cement Shoes and so far she’s loving it. Got a massive root system backing the 5 gal bucket and spread out beautifully. They are really drinking up the water now too, putting 2 gallons in everyday. Another 4-6 weeks to go! Cheers 💨

June 9th - nutrient delivery on the 11th will also see a fence with 6” square holes, be wrapped around the 15 gallon pots for branch support. The 3 pots can then be anchored to the ground for Stability. - dressing the substrate surface (x 3) with a Mulch featuring Worm Castings. Then watering 14th - visited and fed, dinner posted above. 2nd feed in the feed-feed-water cycle. - plant continues to grow and continues to be beat-up by the high winds in that agricultural corridor. My aggressive bud-blocker removal has resulted in an unruly bush who is trying to over-grow her space! My hopes are that she can keep herself contained for the rest of the grow lol 😂. I've done a LOT of defoliation to try and help with the humidy and airflow in the tent. Her bud sites look happy and healthy, and her branches are super strong! 💪 She is drinking a TON of water. I find myself adding a gallon every 2-3 days!

The buds smell very tasty and look very good so I'm really excited. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber. As always, it came to the darkroom 48 hours before harvest :-). There it will now remain after harvesting at 62% humidity for 8-12 days before it is put into the jars for fermentation with 62% boveda packs :-). As usual, the last update will come after the fermentation. Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that move in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. She's on pre-flower, switched the nutrients and increased a bit the feeding volume. That's all folks, have a great week
