April 3rd 2022
- Germination was simple ~ seedling soaked for 36 hours in water, then the tip of a root was planted downward, directly into Soil, about 1 inch deep in loosely compacted soil; ie gravity and a shake
This is day 4. Moisture is being metered out by spraying the surface 5x day. Not wet, but Moist. Liquids start tonight, pH'd water ~ 30-40 ml
- all the plants around it are being Foliar sprayed at Lights-out... That begins next week for this one. She looks strong today, long way to go from here ie: Sept/Oct
- destination is outside around June 1st at the latest. Working towards 1 gallon, then 3 gallon planters before going outside. Pre-Loading destination with Nutrients for Veg, Teas and Amendments, Mulches, Microbes and Enzymes as needed. First real attempt at this style of Nutrition. Working with MarketLegacyFarm and a specific menu was put in place. I am moving straight ahead, outside reporting may be sporadic, how's that sound? There will distance involved, plants are going to homes through the County. Lets see what this looks like !!

- moving things around inside and outside the tent for the watering this morning… and the Family cat snuck up and Nipped the head right off the Purple Dawn as it was sitting there.
**Off with its Head! and she did not stand a chance lol
- Diary on Hold while a 2nd seed soaks. No issues, i’ll be back shortly
- 2nd seed has soaked, and now been in a towel for 24hrs. Tomorrow morning it goes into Soil
April 8th
- healthy seed with a 1” root was planted in Solo Soil this morning. (36 hrs water / 48 hours in damp paper towel in a plastic bag, dark & warm)

- move from a Solo Cup into 1 gallon.
- applied DynoMyco to an aggressive set of Roots as it was moved. Lightly watered to help set-it in place
April 21
- Purple Dawn has entered this week very strong, under a new type of light (cmh) and in tight quarters. After a few bigger plants get moved this weekend, PDawn goes into a bigger pot Sunday!

- she is standing Taller today. Here comes a bit of Vertical; roots are not too extensive, but they are out the bottom and in the sides of the 1-gal pot
April 28th
- fed a meal for Breakfast, she was THIRSTY. Officially on the Nutes. To be posted above… Tea brewed with microbes and enzymes, then after 24 hrs the rest of the ingredients were added and pH corrected to 6.2
- trimmed the cotyledon and true leafs off
- FIMmed the Cola close to start week 3
May 2nd
- this Purple Dawn has certainly stood-up the last 3-4 days and that is the first sign of ANY real Push from it.
- did not help that my FIM appears to have missed, as I was trying to get the jump on an early double Cola... all appears to be good and healthy though

- steady as she goes, portable room is holding conditions well
- added mylar sheets have certainly bumped-up the rooms brightness

- 150ml breakfast for P. Dawn
- jumped to 18cm really quik in a few days. She’s going Up !
- little delay in 4 plants leaving the Tent (17th arghh) and tonight P. Dawn gets moved into a 2 gal pot. (No room for 3’s) She needs to move up one-size regardless, to keep those roots active

May 5th starts a new week.

- Starting the 5th week above ground. She looks strong and healthy

May 19th,
- fed on the 18th a.m., and it was the end of the 2nd feed cycle. (Food-Food-Water)
- transplant into 3 gallon pot (last week) was uneventful
- going to try and reduce the RH% slightly (5-10%)
-posted the VPD chart for the tent., Room is at 25c, top leaf avg 23.5c and 75%rh…
21st
- fed 600ml for breakfast. It was dry, shes getting thirsty!!

- performed a little LST on P. Dawn. Looks great on the last day of week 6 above ground
May 26th
- fed last on the 24th, with a tea brewing today at noon
- LST applied to plant on 25th and it made a big diff on a smallish plant.

- fed the Water portion of the menu; amino acids, silica & calmag ; ppm = 390
- Spectacular week of growth and filling-in

- Purple Dawn has jumped-up to 66cm tall this week and looks ready to go

- and finally Purple Dawn had been transplanted into her outdoor location… a 15gallon pot was not the first choice, but a possible move by the owners made it necessary. Great spot, great light. Sharing this stage with another Nukeheads progeny; Russian Tzar Bomba and Ace Seeds RnD project Congo #3 x Bangi Haze…

- watered in with a Gallon of Nutes, on an Elevator, under the Pot…
- later this week, a five foot tall, 6” square hole fence is going to be wrapped around the pots circumference. This fence will be anchored to the ground and will provide needed stability as it grows. All 3 get the treatment.
June 9th
- nutrient delivery on the 11th will also see a fence with 6” square holes, be wrapped around the 15 gallon pots for branch support. The 3 pots can then be anchored to the ground for Stability.
- dressing the substrate surface (x 3) with a Mulch featuring Worm Castings. Then watering
14th
- visited and fed, dinner posted above. 2nd feed in the feed-feed-water cycle.
- plant continues to grow and continues to be beat-up by the high winds in that agricultural corridor. Shot a short video of how tough the winds have been. Weed is bloody tough. Then again its a weed

- plant had some living soil amended into substrate, plant was fed on the 14th, defoliated a bit, extra support installed due to the punishing winds of the location. More Rain Heat and Humidity are scheduled. See where it goes… she looks Healthy

- 15L of amended soil added to the/each Potted plant. Re-established the bamboo supports and secured them.

- Amended soil includes Bone Meal, Kelp Meal, Azomite, Gaia Green all purp, perlite, Dolomitic Lime, 2019 Bud (white widow shredded 1/4lb), black top soil, Worm Castings, kg of kitchen compost = 45-48 Litres
- thankfully the plants have a healthy diet, they were really beat-up from the elements. Exposed roots etc. Straight ahead
- great to see Lady Bugs on the plants… not one insect bite on the leaves… dang that works

Aug 7th
- no mistaking the move into Flower. Microbe Tea for Flower was prepared and applied; 1.6 gallons
- then the Amended Soil was applied. Reason being not to overwhelm the soil/plant with nutes. Getting the liquid nutes throughout, will allow the amended soil to slowly Begin seeping in. Weather can always help deliver it. (more pics coming)

- Purple Dawn gets chopped this morning. Making the trip
- all looks good and she is Done; 2.8 lbs wet harvest
- into a controlled environment featuring 62F and 60% R.H.
- shooting for 14 days min.
October 13th
- and thats all she wrote at 2.8 lbs. lots of dead and dry leaves will be cleaned off in 4-5 days.
She’s getting colder.

- branches snapping. Plants around it are flexible still, out she comes for a little Chop Chop; 9 days hanging (only).
