Well there is not a whole lot to talk about , the legendary team over at Seedsman have been throwing out fire for so long . Was a great frosty strain to grow and would be a winner for hash or dabs extraction fans a must . .. it's a winner for sure in my books . She germinated fast in a paper towel and water in a warm spot. It lived well in soil amended with garden soil and compost .. never skipping a beat it was a good yielding strain and given enough room could have been the best in garden . The only draw back I had was it's resistance to pm .. it didn't matter what I did I was battling that in the final two weeks before harvest but nothing crazy just on down lower branches . Over all it took my mistakes and overfeeding with out even skipping a beat and could have easily been a monster that is very well suited for extracts because of the high trichomes content .. cheers and happy growing ..

Flower18, riego con 6.2 pH y EC 2.2, pequeña defoliación. Flower22, riego con 6.5 pH y 3.0 EC. Hoy las plantas me han sorprendido, están creciendo mucho sus flores, se están viendo muy llenas. Me preocupa que por el espacio muy justo, puedan generar hongos, tendré que colocar tutores para separar un poco las ramas y mejorar la ventilación poniendo 1 o 2 ventiladores extra, quizás darle más potencia al extractor también. A parte de eso van súper bien 😁

Today I made a new portion of food with guano seaweed and palm ash. Plants develop well and are already in the middle of flowering.Everything is going according to plan and I look forward to harvesting.

This week is week three and growth has begun to pick up on both plants. They are growing branches, which is the first node beginning to form. I lowered the light to the 8” inches off of Cookie Monster, since she is the tallest at this point. Noel is growing her first node too even though she is much smaller than Cookie Monster. Right now Cookie Monster is 2” inches tall and Noel is inch and a half tall. This week they both are starting Perfect Grow nutrition and The Coffee spread. Next week I will add boost to the grow nutrient and continue the coffee spread.

July 4th *** PurpsBerry is in Flower *** - calling this week-2 Flower because her Branches are covered in them. Yes it brings questions into the genetics… here in week 14 of Veg… at least we will have something to smoke while Harvesting the rest - on July 2 purpsberry had the soil amended to Bloom Fertilizers, Compost, worm castings etc and her next meal is Bloom nutes - rOOF95, CloudWalker will drink on some Root Boost when they are next thirsty (6th, fed) 8th - PurpsBerry was fed 2 gallons and Bloom Microbes were used for the first time. Diet change here we go

Saturday 16-11-24 , Flowering day # 53 week 8. Harvest day! Cut branches off plants & hung the 2 front plants off the light. Put scrog net back in with a large flyscreen laying on top, & spread branches from the back plant over it. This allows complete air flow around the buds. Running a single oscillating fan beneath pointing to the bottom. Temperature is around 24°C & RH is 55%

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!
