Our Slurricane is one of those plants that I always say are my favorites, I am fascinated by low internode plants for their style. It is one of those plants that is doing well I would already promote it but to avoid the risk of speaking too soon, let's see what grass it will give us. For each strain we have at least two plants there is also a specimen that is growing straight that you do not see in the photos for now for each strain of her I have a very small one still probably I will do another diary. We have done our best Zamnesia has put superb genetics and at home B&B we are working to show you the plants in all their possible meanings. This plant like all the other photoperiodic ones has been worked with a topping x16 buds, simply repeating the topping technique without doing anything else than cleaning the leaves from time to time and now the branches that I believe do not give me good flowers at the bottom. The 16 florets are perfectly aligned and the growth is very regular. The flowering fertilizers have helped us get back to a good balance in a very short time and now we go straight to making big buds. We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic. The plant has been flowering for 3 days, in the diary I leave it indicated as the last week of vegetative growth but let's move on to the flowering fertilizers. We have now moved on to the flowering start program which maintains the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom with which I find myself very very well even more than Alga Grow which sometimes I have to understand well how to dose in some particular cases (topping). Probably I will try to prepare the soil with Plagron Super Mix or with the Zamnesia Pellet. Since my plant is sativa dominant, I decided to abandon the use of Hybrids and change the base fertilizer to GHE. I use Root Booster and Diamond Nectar exclusively in the form of a spray on the leaf, so that organic matter does not shorten the life of the solution. Mister small has built up root power and copes with abundant watering more easily. I water it 2 times a day for 10 minutes. After watering the PH solution grows slightly, I let it balance between 5.5 and 6.2. I also updated the first post in the report. Added information about my system and lighting!👽

Added CO2 suplimentation and up'd the nutes to 900ppm today; the runoff was 230ppm which means the plants appreciated the additional nutes & drank good; today's feeding of rain water, cal-mag, floraMicro, FloraGrow & FloraBloom was at a pH of 5.5 and the runoff pH was 6.6 (All exceptional numbers IMO).

Week 8: Water and wait This Lady is SUCH a blast to watch!!!! Her giant colas and sugary orange nugs just sparkle with resin. The structure is GREAT for avoiding bud rot which would be my major concern here. She has been flushing for a week. I assume she has 1 or 2 more in her. Really excited to write this smoke report.

Week 5 day 35 today I turned the plants 180° and defoliated not too sure if I absolutely butchered them but its done now time will tell....they've been watered straight after also I've noticed no yellow tips or deficiency on leafs all through pur which is shocking...this strain is the best one I have grown soo far I've done about 5 so far over 10 years with big gaps so learning again for sure slowly 👍 would like to grow this again soon but properly next time... temps are around 26-27 still using the cfls to keep temps up and is going well so far. Im looking for seeds for next time I want to grow but can't seem to find this strain anywhere 😕

Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!

Very good week lots of growth shooting up and nice branch length an spacing . I've taken a few leaves but not many as the light is getting through OK I've been folding the fans down and that seems to be enough . It's starting to show flower but I'll keep it on the grow nutrients a few more days . Good genetics . I've been taking pics after lights out an if I wait to long it goes all floppy .

Hello. Lovely week for dosidos. Nothing has happened to speak of. She gets frostier and denser . The smells are sweet and skunky and she is pretty to look at. At 5l of Coco I think I should have gone a bit bigger. I think she is more root than the pot wants to allow but we're stuck like this now. If you wanna grow this strain maybe worth a note...🤔 I will remove more pk this week and reduce her EC to 1.6. just from Greenbuzz Nutrients Organic Bloom. Lights are at 60% 1100umols average across the canopy. Thanks for passing. Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼

😞😞😞My Alaskan purple and the one I gifted my girlfriends son have the weird discoloration. It appeared at the same time on both plants that r at 2 dif places so its not likely to b fertilization or the dirt. Other then that everything is going good and the stretch appears to be setting in. Thought id have another week or so but obviously not. This damn Alaskan purp is confusing the hell outta me 7/27

Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.
