Finished the last week of flushing WOO! and its harvest time! I put them in 48 hours of darkness on Wednesday ready to crop for saturday, I will do a proper harvest report next week when I have them ready to go into curing jars along with some pictures and a full report, but I will add this some of the smells I was getting whilst trimming where unreal smells like pine, citrus, beef and a really faint sweet smell I cant put my finger on... I'm not saying that's 100% what it smells like but it smells similar to wild garlic. Well these b*tches took 14 long hours( could of done it quicker but we made a day of it ) all bud is trimmed and primed for drying then curing. Happy Growing 👊👍

Tout d'abord, commencez par mesurer la partie de la tige que vous allez fendre. Il faut faire une incision d'environ 10–20 cm juste sous la branche la plus basse de votre plant. Utilisez un ruban adhésif ou de la ficelle pour marquer le début et la fin de l'incision. 2. Ensuite, prenez votre lame et faites une incision en travers de la tige, en commençant par le haut. Attention à faire une coupe propre, jusqu'au centre de la tige. 3. Utilisez votre lame pour tailler en descendant vers le bas, jusqu'à la marque inférieure de la mesure que vous avez prise auparavant. Essayez de tailler aussi droit que possible. Même si certains cultivateurs recommandent de le faire dans les 3 derniers jours avant la récolte, nous recommandons de le faire un peu plus tôt (7–10 jours avant la récolte). QUELS SONT LES RISQUES À FENDRE LES TIGES ? Fendre les tiges est une technique à stress élevé très agressive que nous ne recommandons qu'aux cultivateurs expérimentés. Nous ne recommandons également pas de fendre les tiges sur les variétés à autofloraison, car cela peut être bien trop intense pour elles. FENDRE LES TIGES, ÇA MARCHE VRAIMENT ? Il existe un solide ensemble de cultivateurs expérimentés qui déclarent que le fait de fendre les tiges peut produire de bons résultats. Malheureusement, peu de données qualitatives le prouvent. Cependant, il semble que la fente des tiges soit originaire des Pays-Bas, où elle est pratiquée par des cultivateurs néerlandais experts depuis les années 1970.

November 2nd marks another week with "Verlena" and "Carolyn". Verlena has transitioned into flower, yet Carolyn remains in veg. I should be placing them both in their 3 gallon homes this week. November 3, 2021, Wednesday. Nothing new to report. November 4, 2021, Thursday. All is well no issues to report. November 5, 2021, Friday. I watered the girls with MG Organics 11-3-8 and they respond quickly and positively. November 6, 2021, Saturday. Watered again with MG Organics. November 7, 2021, Sunday. Day of rest.

Did a medium defoliation in the middle of week 4 prob around day 25. Everything is going smooth and I will most likely add another layer of trellis once they start packing on more weight.

Day 77 This tall plant displays strong vertical growth with a sturdy central stem and several well-developed side branches. The leaves are broad and evenly distributed along the stem, showing a consistent deep green color that indicates good health, The upper section has vigorous new growth, suggesting the plant is actively developing. The pot appears adequately sized to support its height, and the soil surface looks well-maintained. Overall, the plant has a healthy structure, balanced proportions, and appears to be thriving under its current growing conditions.

May 25: growing quickly and looking quite good for the end of May. Fifth node is forming and the first topping for the manifold will likely be tomorrow. May 26: raised soil level using Pro-Mix and compost. Got rained on. May 27: first topping down to third node (removed 5 and 4). The only growth tips left are the two on the third node. In about a week these will be topped again. And then again. Manifolding (or mainlining) is totally easy and really is just topping at the right stages of development. Highly recommended technique. May 31: it’s been cool since the topping and seems a bit slow getting going again but I’m sure it’ll be fine. I probably could have waited a few more days before topping but oh well.

Done a tiny bit of defoliation. Have not spotted any signs of hermy yet, will see how we go next week. Good week again. Plants living the light, getting around 900-1200 ppfd according to Photone app.
