Let's start the week: Flowering day 56 Today the plant was checked for health. Flowering day 57 Today it was poured with 1.2 l, only with Clean Fruits so that you can use up your remaining nutrients 👍. Flowering day 58 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 59 Today was only controlled. Flowering day 60 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 61 Today was poured with 1 liter, and the trichomes checked, of course the tent was also cleaned. Flowering day 62 Today was cleaned, the plant cobtrolized for trichomes, mold and health. everything looks great 👍. And fresh osmosis water was filled in tanks for next week. The way the trichomes look like, is harvested in about 10-14 days 👌👍. Eine SideCola hat sich oben wie topping verhalten und 2 TopBuds entwickelt . Sieht echt nice aus . Ausserdem hat sie überall da wo ich etwas abgeschnitten habe einfach neue Triebe mit neuer Blüte gebildet. Diese Dame hat irgendwie nur ein Sinn , Blüten bilden wo es geht :)) Ich lass es einfach wachsen , dagegen arbeiten wäre eh zuviel stress. Hey everyone! Do-Si-Dos ladies are growing inside the grow tent now and under a 250w HID, which is a HPS since my MH bulb burnt. They are growing very strongly, fast and healthy. With a decent thick stock for their age I believe. This genetics are very strong, so far no problems, no stunt growth. Made a 4-way topping, where you must leave 2 nodes only. The plant had around 6 nodes before topped. Will start LST on branches and shape them for the scrog I might apply later. They leave a sweet smell scent in the air. Roots are also growing pretty fast. Thxx 🙏

They are certainly coming along. Pretty pleased. Waiting to see those lovely white pistles. :) I will definitely be checking in again next week. 😁

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. So, guys.. This is her first month blooming. 4 complete weeks has passed. Here we are for 2 more. Gave Her a super powerful egg shell fert (all powdered - Phosforium Whelthy.) 07/10/20 - We are in the middle of week 5. Thats the way they look like. For me a good number of buds and they are as dense as I thought they would be by this time. I think everything is under control despite some foxtails cuz the heat. Loving the experience.

Day 49 These beauties continued to stretch after the defoliation. Stretch is done and the buds are getting bigger. I’ve secured some of the branches to the trellis to create more space between them. Everything is going fine. Not much to comment on. Happy Growing 🌱

Es ist vorbei, jetzt wird geerntet. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Phänotypen werden sehr bald im Vaporisator auf ihren Geschmack, Duft und Wirkung getestet werden. Auch wenn die kleinere der beiden Pflanzen vielleicht noch etwas länger hätte stehen können. Es war kein Platz mehr im Zelt und der oberste Bud der großen Runtz fing an zu verbrennen. Für ein SOG halte ich solch unterschiedliche Phänotypen nicht geeignet, anders sieht es allerdings mit Stecklingen von ihnen aus. Insgesamt unkomplizierte Pflanzen, nur die Thripsen bekam ich nie vollständig in den Griff. Dies war mein erster Indoor Grow und ich stelle fest, daß meine Grow Box nur Platz für eine Pflanze hat wenn es eine Schönheitskönigin werden soll. Immerhin habe ich es noch geschafft eine paar schöne Blattverfärbungen an der größeren Pflanze zu erreichen. Auf den Bildern kann man das wilde, ungestüme gut erkennen. Danke an Zamnesia, dass ich diesen Strain ausprobieren konnte! Ich habe ja noch ein paar Samen für weitere Grows. Vielen Dank auch an Plagron für den Blütendünger. Das solch dicke Blütenkolben möglich sind hätte ich vor diesem grow nicht geglaubt. Ich wünsche allen anderen Teilnehmern dieses Contests einen erfolgreichen Abschluss und eine gute Ernte! P.S. Wenn ich mir so in der Verößerung die Frostigkeit der Buds ansehe, wird mir etwas Bange... --- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. I wish all the other participants in this contest a successful conclusion and a good harvest! P.S. When I look at the frostiness of the buds as they grow, I get a bit scared...

Day 65 - Pics/Vids..... Everything looks good......stress bent them into position and defoliated ..... lots of flowering now..... ..... hadn't actually measured them for awhile, and updated the height, 44 cm .... tested out the lights higher, 40cm away, and seemed to slow down growth... so moved em back, 20-25cm... watering is the same, bottom saucer feeding, 850-1000 ppm dutch master one flower 5-8ml/lt.... actually using about 12-15ml / 1.8l....... Day 70 (10 wks) - Pulled em both out of tent, flushed em and trimmed em abit, took some pics/vids in the sunshine. ...... the soil started smelling bad, - stale, moldy, damp, soil smell..... so i did a full flush out on both.... noticed afew gnats, been afew since the start, but haven't really been many.... i'm going to try out a UV bulb, and also a usb uv led bug trap ..... just ordered them.... posted a pic of both... see if they are any good..... 😎

July 11: Finally this week getting some heat with 25-30 deg C daytime highs. Plants are thriving with a lot of vertical growth and flowers starting to build. Resin is developing nicely. Purple Punch is going to be big and heavy by the looks of it.
