As always germinated in a glass of water with 1/5th peroxide added. Beans all opened up in about 30 hours. Plugs were hydrated a day beforehand so they were nice and moist but not drenched. I added a little myco's to maybe get a headstart on inoculation and explosive and healthy rootgrowth due to the fungus. Took about 48 hours to break topsoil and the Grape & cream beans seem very vigorous. 14-8-2023 Ive added a vid where you can see 3 grape and cream seedlings where 2 seem to be less happy than the third. Heatstressed mostly. This was due to my light hanging too low and the ppfd seemed a bit much for them so ive adjusted and they seem happier and are folding out flat again. 1 didnt seem phased so for now we'll keep an eye out for that one for cutting purposes but its very early hahah

All the clones have taken we have run another round of clones for practice also seem to be doing well The mother plants are growing well continue with LST and topped the remaining arms that needed topping. Now to train and get ready for flower in a couple of weeks. Also started defoliating and will defoliate / lolly pop before flower You will also see the new genetics / next grow, seedling growing amoungst the field of green.

Tonight on growfessor theatre, 4x4 edition, 4 ladies get fed and defoliated! Green Crack, LSD and Mandarin dreams are in the home stretch, this is their last feeding before flushing. Actually kind of glad the light fell on her two weeks back - right before flower and you can tell she's about to bush out. I've been diligently defoliating and tying her down at each developing node. Every day i seem to be greeted by new growth. In other words, she responds great in high stress situations! I may top my new Purple Lemonade purposefully since this one responded so well. Not much else to say... God speed fellow growers!!

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Sorry guys been lagging on posting because got a lot other stuff going on n I figured this plant would’ve been chopped by now but I must say she’s been filling out quite nicely..I lowered the light hours to try n see if thatll he’ll ripen her a bit faster as I’m looking to replace her with another plant

All the plants are beautiful but some are beautiful. This is the case of Red Hot Cookies, a young lady who stands out, stands out among the others and despite the 6.5 pot she is also growing and swelling well. But her strength is beauty for real, look at these flowers to believe. They are an intense red that goes towards purple which contrasts greatly with the truly wonderful white hairs. Also wonderful are the leaves that are tinged with the classic RHC color near the flower

What can i say about this amazing success story from Barneys Farm. They were a breeze to grow and took whatever i theew at them without a hitch. the bigger pheno girls were amazi g with growth spurts and went easily more than double in stretch. I ran out of silicon and calmag which did hold them back a little during flower. In true Gorilla strain style , they were floppy with their weights from about week 6 and i suggest staking early on for a better control of their bud position. Without my lazy growing practices ( being resolved for the fast bud run shortly !) , i feel this strain is a winner. rhe smaller phenos were unfortunate but still gave nice buds to smoke. I would recommend this stesin to growers at all levels. easy if you want it to be but would meet you every step of the way with more complex training methods too. Love Gorilla Skittelz. PH: 5.8 EC: 1.8 As you can see the PH from the feeding water is a bit low, this is because someone suggested that i can try to lower the PH as my PH pen was a bit too high, aswell as my soil PH. Lamp is at 80% and 40 cm distance. The White Blueberry finally recovered from small accident 😳 ufffff 🙏 She at last start to change her size and high, it's looks like she is chasing The Gelato. She is ready to go into the flowering stage 🌼 🌼 🌼 Few yellow leaves have been removed but other wise I haven't got any issue 😇 😇 😇 Please have a proper afternoon rest 🙏 You Lovely Girls Growers 😇 🌻

Just harvested last night so will come back on in next couple of week to review!! No estimates on yield as yet. But the smell is definitely pungent lemon and sweet smell. Can’t wait to try the end product!!

Day8: First day of the new week. I assume still pretty much focusing on roots, as the top didn't really do much today. Day9: Nothing special. But she's growing Day10: Still roots, it seems. Very little happening up top. Day11: Effort being put into growing the top leaves. They increased in size. I assume that the next node will start tomorrow - kicking off the switch into Veg. Day12: Next node already showing :D Day13: I put in a humidifier and changed the cycle of the extractor to keep more moisture in the growbox. My humidity was way too low. Day14: This time the humidity was too high. It was sitting at around 95% when the lights went on.
